Food revivew... Doubble cheeseburger is $13.99 its about the size of two white castle burgers with a small portion of fries 😡😡😡 Big price, small portion.. Watch for my reviews I was told, the regular cheeseburger is larger... so why mislead your customers 🤔

Stopped in for lunch. Great food! Service was also good . Place was clean and nice tv setup. Overall this is a great Applebees location. Keep up the great work.

The grilled chicken bacon sandwich was extremely salty. This was a going away dinner for me with my friends. The pasta I've had previously was amazing. The waiter was amazing. He does his best even when being triple sat and always keeps a smile on his face. I just wish the chicken sandwich wasn't salty.

Service was good but the food was just average. Mozzarella sticks were barely cooked through, onion rings were good, and the french onion soup was watery. Would not recommend the french onion soup or the mozzarella sticks. We were seated at a table for 6 even though there were only 2 of us, which was odd... I'm not sure why they put us at such a large table when there were available booths.

I ordered two medium rare for my meat and they got us both well done and it was sitting out there for a long time I guess. Delayed to bring the food as well. Did expect that for my birthday dinner

Seems like it is going down hill. Every time we go, something gets worst. Recently went for my wife's birthday. We both ordered steaks, hers medium rare, my medium. They both were well done. Seems they were under the warmer too long. I was server, so I know what it takes. Not sure if it's the corporate standards that have fallen off, or the management is lacking in holding their staff accountable. Manager reached out and apologized for our experience. We'll see next time if any improvements have been made.

Came here for my birthday tonight and unfortunately it was not very enjoyable. The service was just not there. The waitress really acted like she just hated her job even though we were nothing but nice and polite. Appetizer came out with the dinner (was charged extra for putting the wing sauce on the side which i thought was odd), dinner came out dry from the food warmer.. didnt even bother getting dessert just wanted to leave and go home. My kids love this place but I don't know if I even want to come back.

The Happy Hour is terrible! Discounted beer and drinks until 6. No food or appetizer discounts! I was with a group of friends last night; we went to the bar to meet, then got a bar table. We waited 10 minutes, then tried to get the waitress to come over to order more happy hour beverages. She said happy hour was now over. I looked at my watch, and it was 6:01! Terrible service, terrible happy hour, but the food was very good!

Me and my friend paid in cash, did NOT receive any change, when we asked the waiter about our change she acted clueless and then gave us our change. So unprofessional and goes to show if we did not speak up they would have kept out change in their pockets. Unbelievable.

Came in last night with my family for a night out. Being as I am a restaurant manager, I’m appalled to be honest. Our server took at least 10 minutes to even get to our table. She didn’t even seem to care. She checked on us once. We were never given a child’s menu nor crayons even though we clearly had a child with us but yet the table who came after us had them. The people that work there seem very uninterested in their jobs and don’t seem to understand that they’re in the service business. Even if you’re not in a good mood, you are. I ordered the OM cheeseburger. Was told my plate was hot, I grabbed it with my barehand, it was warm. The cheese was completely congealed and dry. The fries were on the cooler side. I never leave bad reviews, but this deserved one.

I had dinner Saturday night at the bar around 6:00PM this past weekend. The female bartender with a red bow in her hair was not attentive. We asked for I've water 3 times and had finally asked the manager which provided water we waited over 40 min for our appetizer. The female bartender blamed the kitchen for the delay. The good came out cold and unappealing. No attention to detail and woke up Sunday with food poisoning from my chicken salad which was so bad I had to take the day off from work to heal. Between the bartender lack of attention and the bad food I would caution anyone to eat there. I hope management reads this and will address these concerns.

Horrible horrible, worst people to work there I will never ever go back, the service was terrible, I had Anna the bar tender she was terrible, it was a slow day and she took forever to bring us our drinks and ask what we wanted to eat, we we’re probably there 2 hours waiting for our food and when she brought the food it was cold, she wasn’t at all busy she was just to busy standing at the Bar talking to the other servers.when I tried talking to the manger she said no and why. When I finally got a hold of the manger the manger said he hadn’t seen anything and that basically said their reason why she took long was because it was busy when there were about only 4 people in the whole restaurant

I recently ordered takeout from your restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I asked the staff if they could provide some sauce, instead of a polite response, I was rudely questioned: You have to ask for sauce in advance if you need it! To make things worse, when they finally handed me the ketchup, they literally **threw it at me** instead of handing it over properly. I was just picking up my order—not dining in—so there was no reason for such disrespectful behavior. The food might be good, but the terrible attitude of your staff completely ruined the experience. Service like this makes me never want to order from your restaurant again.
