La definirei un'osteria tradizionale innovativa. Usano prodotti locali con maestria e fantasia. I piatti sono curati e sicuramente originali. Il servizio snello è dinamico. Apparecchiatura volutamente minimal con stoviglieria d'antan. Un posto piacevole, forse con prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma corretti per la qualità servita. Un unico appunto: il prezzo di una porzione di pane (4€) mi sembra eccessivo, ma qui in Alto Adige vedo che è divenuta una regola comune.

We visited for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner, and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious and really high quality, easily one of the best meals we had in the area. The restaurant itself is very charming — we loved the decoration and the cozy atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and gave great recommendations. They made the whole evening feel special. Totally recommended.

The true heart of Reichhalter is its people. From the first messages before arrival to the warm welcome at the door, you immediately feel at home. The team creates an atmosphere that is both relaxed and personal, making every moment easy to enjoy. Breakfast was great, delicious food served in a setting so peaceful that we could have happily lingered there all morning. Dinner, too, was exceptional. We stayed at the 1477 Reichhalter and it was one of the our best hospitality experiences ever! We arrived on a Sunday, it felt a bit closed and empty at first as the restaurant was closed that day. But the hotel is absolutely greatly designed, the rooms a spacious and clean. And we absolutely loved the dog bed and water bowl that was arranged for our dog. The hotel is located in the centre of Lana and is surrounded by many restaurants and places to check out. The breakfast was perfect! Great coffee, healthy but delicious morning dishes and the most friendly people. We also heard that the restaurant was great and we were lucky we got a final spot. The outdoor spaces already looked inviting but the food was one of the top food experiences we ever had! It’s good, well priced, and low key! We highly recommend the hotel and restaurant and would love to come back! Big shout out to all the lovely people that work there and the team that have been working on the hotel concept. Best experience!

Our stay at 1477 Reichhalter was unforgettable — from the beautifully designed rooms to the thoughtful details throughout the property. The hotel is exceptional and exactly what we wanted…however what truly made our visit special was Markus at the front desk and in the restaurant. He brought so much warmth and ease to the experience. Whether helping us with check-in or serving at dinner, he made us feel right at home. He immediately made quite an impression with us too after he went above and beyond by taking the bikes out to show my wife (who was exhausted from a long journey) where the nearest hike was for some fresh air and movement. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates a stay like that — thank you, Markus, and the entire Reichhalter team, for such a wonderful time. We can’t wait to return.

Given all the good press this place had received our expectations were high, but they were met in full. Verena and the staff at Reichhalter made our stay memorable. The rooms have a Nordic style furnishing, so minimal but functional. The restaurant offers quality food made, where possible, with local produce. I always say the perfect stay is a mix of location, food and people/staff and Reichhalter offers them in the right balance, neither overwhelming nor lacking. Would definitely visit again.

Ieri a pranzo sono stata a mangiare in questo locale. Premetto che ho mangiato divinamente dall'antipasto al dolce ed infatti ho dato 5 stelle al cibo, ma purtroppo per quanto riguarda il servizio ci sono stati alcuni intoppi che non mi hanno permesso di dare il massimo dei voti a questa esperienza. Il locale si trova in una zona pedonale e il parcheggio a disposizione non è in loco, quindi siamo arrivati 15 minuti in ritardo rispetto alla prenotazione. All'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il tavolo prenotato, avendo un ritardo di 15 minuti, era stato cancellato automaticamente dal sistema e che, sempre in automatico, era stato assegnato a qualcun'altro. Naturalmente la signorina che ci ha accolto era molto imbarazzata e si è scusata diverse volte dicendoci di accomodarci fuori all'ingresso del locale in modo che aspettassimo visto che a breve un tavolo si sarebbe liberato. Nell'attesa ci è stato chiesto se volevamo bere degli aperitivi che abbiamo preso volentieri. L'attesa è stata breve e Il tavolo è stato pronto in neanche 10 minuti. Il pranzo è proseguito ottimamente e come ho già premesso all'inizio, il cibo è stato buonissimo, alimenti freschi cucinati divinamente con accostamenti di sapori impeccabili (complimenti allo chef e al suo staff). Alla fine quando abbiamo pagato il conto, ci siamo trovati addebitati gli aperitivi e sinceramente, per il disagio e imbarazzo avuto all'inizio, pensavamo ci sarebbero stati offerti, magari poteva essere un gesto carino per scusarsi con il cliente. Per concludere, sicuramente tornerò a gustare i sublimi piatti del 1477, perché credo che il servizio si possa sempre migliorare (e spero che la mia recensione possa essere d'aiuto) mentre se si va in un locale e si mangia male...li non si torna più.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante con alcuni amici. Il menu è piuttosto limitato però i piatti sono molto interessanti e particolari. Il cibo é buono però a mio parere troppo costoso. Avendo preso un antipasto diviso a metà, un primo e un dolce e bevendo acqua ho pagato circa 40€ e non ne sono uscita particolarmente piena. Il pane costa extra 1.70€ per pochi pezzetti e non è neanche eccellente come in alcuni ristoranti. Non è male ma per questo prezzo ho mangiato in ristoranti migliori.

A hipster’s wet dream: lots of vintage stuff which is super instagrammable - unfortunately most of it doesn’t work (lights, music box, clocks) which is pretty disappointing for a place claiming to be all about the details. Other stuff: Food is decent, but overpriced; staff is super nice; terrace is great; spa access at the other hotel is great.

Sono curioso di mangiare in questo locale da un pò di tempo. Un giorno passeggiando mi sono fermato al bar per dissetarmi. Bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,75 EURO 4!?!? Non so se ho ancora tanta voglia di cenare qui
