I stopped by for breakfast on 05/09/25 while in Lancaster and I don’t know who the cook was that day but him or her was cooking like they were at home! The scrambled eggs were fluffy n buttery, the sausages and bacon cooked perfectly, and so were the hash browns and pancakes! Everything was very flavorful and I will drive another 30 minutes from where I live to get another breakfast like that. I usually take pics but I was too busy eating.

Placed an online order for pickup and someone else picked up the order for me as I was not able to. The person picking up my order did not know what we had ordered. But the restaurant should have. We had 3 meals, 1 was the new BLT&E with wavy fries. The E (egg) was missing. Another meal, Fish and Chips was sub the fries for mashed potatoes and a side of corn with garlic bread. The garlic bread and corn was missing, and there were French fries and mashed potatoes and gravy, with half the fries being smothered in gravy rather than the gravy being on the side in a separate container. The spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread was fine. I tried calling right after we received our order, but no one answered so I called again an hour later just because I wanted them to know, even though there was nothing to be done about it. The person started off apologetic, however, she then told me that WE should have verified our order before we took the order home. Could you imagine your Door Dash driver picking through your order to verify your food? The restaurant should get it right now matter who is picking up the order! And while examining the receipt, I see that they have a line that says "Order Verified by:" and the line is left blank. Yes, hopefully I get to verify my order before I take it home next time, but it was very clearly someone else's responsibility to verify the order and they failed to do so.

Ordered the 3 Cali Club sandwich. It is a multi grain bread with cheese, turkey,ham,bacon,lettuce,tomatoes &avocado. I asked for no tomatoes and sourdough instead of multigrain bread. The picture is what I got took a bite to show you just what I got. It first came with multigrain and had to be changed to sourdough when we finally got our sandwiches mine arrived like what I got. I don't like wasting food so I told her that I would eat it but I wasn't pleased. She later when I was half way done with meal with a plate with a slice each of cheese,ham,turkey & avocado. Unbelievable i had to pay $15 for this. This isn't the first time we've had problems at this location. Last time where we were sitting it was the invasion of ants and tug he smell of what they sprayed was so overwhelming they had to move all of us. So sad because tug hey have some wonderful servers there.

Sat for over 15 minutes and no one came to bring drinks. Had to go get myself sat for another 10 minutes and no one came to take are order so we ended up walking out

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for over 40 years. I’m 62 years old. My mother is 82 years old. We are Muslims. We were using the restroom doing our Islamic washing washing our face and hands and rubbing water over each foot that’s it. The hands are up to the elbows and we wash each one three times and we’ve been doing this for years and we see no problem with using water in a bathroom sink in a public restroom, we even wipe up the water from the floor when we’re done there’s no unsanitary about it and we wet the napkins with the water from the bathroom and then we go into the stall and we use it to clean ourselves. That’s it nothing disrespectful or harmful to others. and we were told we’re not allowed to wash in the bathroom and we got kicked out of the bathroom and asked to leave. This is not the first time this manager have disrespected me, we wear hijabs.’ This is not the first time this manager have disrespected me by giving me an old piece of cheesecake when our cheesecake was missing out of the bag and I went back the next day to get the cheesecake. She gave me an old piece of cheesecake when I took it home and I shared it with my family members. They said this is old and I tasted the difference as far as I’m concerned this manager Hispanic lady she works there and she’s always rolling her eyes at us she followed us into the bathroom and told us we’re not allowed to wash or have the diaper exposed that my mother use and my mother was covered. She only had her sweater covering her disposable diaper and we were kicked out of the bathroom. she said children are in and out of this bathroom we’re not allowed to show any of our private parts when my mother‘s private parts we were just wetting a Napkin to wash in the bathroom stall. She just happened to walk in when my mother was wetting her tissue and after that it was catastrophic. We currently are very upset. We will not be returning to this Denny’s. racial profiling all the way we have used plenty of Denny’s bathrooms all over the years, Simi Valley Newbury Park Woodland Hills countless number of other restaurants and this has never happened to us before in our history, and never got kicked out out of the bathroom and she said get out.

I’m literally surprised no one is saying anything abt how bad this place stinks! I could only imagine how the kitchen looks like. The waiter was no good she gave no refills for our soft drink we were listening around us and she had a bad attitude to other customers! She looked like she didn’t want to be there over all! The food came quick but it came all burnt . We found a hair right when we were done with our food. I was so disgusted! I wish I would’ve found it sooner ! Stay away from this place UNLESS U WANT TO SMELL POP WHILE U EAT AND GET BAD SERVICE FOR NO REASON!

One word…TRASH. I received my order like it was some kind of ridiculous soup..I ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and herbed corn..this is what I got..A dried out piece of some kind of meat, and the sides slopped in like it was just cold gravy with some kind of instant potatoes…pure GARBAGE. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.
