The $100 burger was simple, but good. Plenty of seating that gives a good view of the ramp and airport. Service was quick and friendly. 10/10, would go back again.
Fun place for a good all American breakfast. Good service and tasty food. Be sure to get a window seat so you can watch the planes!
Hidden gem of a restaurant at the Airport, which got my autistic kids very excited. The waitress treated us as we were her best friends. Excellent experience!
They have very good food I live in Cal city too bad foxys in Cal city closed but when going to Lancaster I stop to get a bite keep up the good work thank you 😁
I had breakfast there it was delicious. The service there was great. I loved that you can watch airplanes land and take off as you eat your meal, and the staff there were all friendly
Beside the food being exceptional, the customer service is unbeatable!
I've been wanting to try Foxys landing for a long time. My advice? Don't wait! It's wonderful! Go! Great food. Great service. We got breakfast, the veggie omelet actually has lots of veggies and the potatoes were delish. Coming back for lunch to try the 3 cheese grilled sandwich, or the Ruben. Can't decide! It all looks so good!
This is a restaurant located within General William J. Fox Airport in Lancaster, Ca. It is open for breakfast and lunch and well worth the trip even though it is a few miles outside of town. An easy going atmosphere prevails where you can enjoy excellent food and watch airplanes from you seat. Try the Foxy Burger where the hand made patti has chili peppers mixed in the ground meat. Out of this world good.
Took a friend to lunch here recently and had the best burger ever! Our waitress was so friendly too. I will definitely be back!
I enjoy taking my little boy here to watch the planes. After years of eatting here, I finally tried the pancakes. Oh my goodness, I cannot believe how incredible they were!!!! Best pancakes ever!!!! 👌
Revisited Foxy's yesterday for a "1st date"...my 1st in over 10 years. What a awesome place. Great conversation, atmosphere...Brandy, OMG, Brandy is a goddess. Thanks to her, "I" had a good time... Unfortunately my date was obviously only there for a free meal...(I guess she frequents this place looking for single pilots...) which unfortunately, Im not. BUT, If I ever find a quasi-normal, single lady, that would enjoy and appreciate my company, I'll be sure to bring her there. Apollo lake is right there for as romantic walk...or to waste time with the guy who bought you a meal.... Thank you Brandy! Food was great, service was better!! Wish my love life was as good! LOL
Been coming here for Breakfast for about 7 years now. Friendly service, good food and the portions are just right. I always get "The Perfect Landing " Because it includes coffee.
Good food.Great service 👏 Waitress was outstanding. She was working all alone, yet I never had to ask for anything, and it was fairly busy. Should have gotten her name, Coffee cup was always full, enjoyed one of the best patty melts in recent memory, so kudos to the cook too! Took my time to enjoy. Got to see some cool planes, a bad *** C130 fire fighting plane, really cool paint job, I bet I had some parts flying on board that one. Also a neat helicopter, a Sikorsky, I believe, way cool. Also with an outstanding paint scheme. All firefighting planes. Probably paid for by taxpayers, from one state or another. Maybe leasing from another State? Or another country?Perhaps Canada... Also met a family returning to Arizona from their vacation in Seattle. Spoke with both parents They had a little girl, maybe 4 @ the most, waiting for the fuel truck to fill their plane. (Really nice plane ).She seemed unfazed by all the going ons. .... Had actually stopped to check out another little red job, 2 seater with a cool pull back canopie. Sounded great. Seamed to take-off in no time. Really fast and loud!...should have taken pictures. My bad.....O well....Constancy should count for something ! 🤔
If you want a small, rustic Cafe with an airport view, neighborly service and really great omelets, then this is the place to go.
Nice place to go hang out and watch the air traffic while feasting on delicious food. 😋 Every time we've gone to Foxy's we've had a great experience. The service is great and you feel welcomed. It is nice to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
Love coming here, a place away from it all is always a great idea and with good food to choice from on the menu is a plus. The staff members are always so friendly. This place has big windows that you could get a glimpse of planes taking off. You could seat outside when the weather is nice to do so. After your meal there’s a park near you can take a walk after. If you like planes check out the pictures on the walls and models.
Pilots, if you haven't been here in awhile or it's your first time, Foxy's is pretty good. Locals you probably already know about it. There is not much going on nearby the airport that I can see, but we just flew in for lunch and then went back to San Diego. The three of us all had melts. Turkey and ham and cheese. We all liked them very much. Fries are a bit dry, lacking in taste but acceptable. I had the coleslaw side instead of fries, which impressed me because it was without mayonnaise. Actually healthy and good tasting. The server she was really nice.
A group of us met for lunch yesterday. The food was fabulous. Brandy was our server and she gets 100 points for her speed and patience. We had a full coffee spill all over the table, and she helped us move just like that! The place is covered with aero stuff, and you get to watch the run way as you eat. All in all, great experience! We have already made plans to come back!!
Am perhaps a bit biased for a quaint diner such as this: I love planes, airports and watching take off/ landings. My Dad owned a single engine Cessna, when I was young. Precious memories of riding with him in his plane, plus sitting at a little diner like this eons ago when I was 7/8/9 years old. Our waitress was very nice, thoughtful, attentive and we had a neat conversation about Moms. Lots of photos of all sorts of aircraft from many eras hang on the walls. All windows were on the one side to watch the runway and see planes. Also, there were several miniature planes hung from the ceiling. Great selection of meals, fun names for the meals all referring to aviation in some way. It was breakfast time while we were there, looking at the menu, I found something quite unusual....an omelette with Cacti slices. Yep....Cacti... No, no prickles, just the vegie. It was a bit different, the spice paprika gave a bit of an after kick. Would definitely enjoy it again! After we ate, chatted and watched some small planes land and take off, we went next door to Apollo Park and had a nice stroll.
Great diner with view of the Fox Field flight line! Super nice people and aviation models and photos on the walls.
This is a great little diner off the beaten path! The food is outstanding, and I can't even begin to describe how amazing the server was! Brandy was simply fantastic! She handled all the tables basically by herself, and let me tell you she doesn't just mosey around either! She hustles to make sure everyone has what they need, and was constantly checking to make sure you had a great visit. It was very cool to check out the pictures and airplane models around too, and the most amazing view is out the big window to the air strip. It was fun watching planes take off, and land while enjoying meals. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this diner!
Love this spot! Amazing chili and onion rings. And you can't beat the view of planes taking off and landing.
Great aviation themed restaurant on the Lancaster Airport. Not too many left like this, and they do an outstanding job! Lots of historic aviation memorabilia on the walls, very friendly staff, and great food! They don't make them like this anymore.
Great airport restaurant, fun casual, good service and food. I will be going back when in the area. And you get great views of airplanes landing and taking off. And the cherry on top, is the musical road on the drive. Check it out.

If you love places with history and friendly faces, this is the place. After a nice walk at Apollo Park, I love coming here to have an excellent breakfast or grab a cup of coffee. Right when you walk in the hostess greets you with a smile. You can sit next to a window and see the plane's landing. All the breakfast plates are named after airplanes ✈️ . The breakfast burrito 🌯 is enormous. You definitely can share. My son eats the entire thing. Overall this is just a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
Decent food. A little pricey. Used to be the $100 lunch, now it’s the $150 lunch. Been going there for 20+ years and it used to be much better. However, it is not bad. Lots of great wall art/pictures. This is the aerospace valley so there is a lot of unique history on the walls. Worth going at least once to read the walls and get a bite. Update: dropped by for lunch this past weekend. I got the 3-pancake stack. At restaurants they always serve the pancakes with that single 1” diameter scoop of butter. Butter is one of my everyday food groups and that single scoop is never enough. However, not here! They put the scoop on top, but each pancake had butter on it underneath, too. Great! Updated my overall review to 4/5 stars as the food was really good this time around and the service seemed to improve, too.
It's a small light filled diner with great views of fox airfield. The food is comforting and tasty. If you have a kiddo who is into airplanes or you yourself is an aviation enthusiast then I would highly recommend.
We had an enjoyable experience. After researching highly rated restaurants, we decided to stop in for breakfast. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the tables were all cleaned and ready. When ordering we asked our server for recommendations, and she did not steer us wrong. I had the hit pastrami on rye with grilled onions. It was delicious. Looking forward to going again.
Enjoyed breakfast with family. Food was good, service good. Like many here in California they are struggling with getting staff to return to work. So the wait was a little longer than I expected. The customers have returned without the needed help to handle the volume.
Dined outside due to covid19, good service, quick, and tasty. My only complaint is that outside there's lots of little gnats that bug you, nothing to be done about it, but it will be nice to be able to eat inside again some day. Also my kid enjoyed watching the planes land & take off. ☺️
We love this place, but it is really expensive. Great experience watching the planes as you eat, especially if you have a little one with you, and the staff are always great.
10/19/2024 Today is my second time to be here. The food is good. All my friends love it. I do not eat meat. They made my breakfast burrito, took out the meat, and added avocado. It was very good. Two of my friends had the perfect landing because it comes with coffee (only one comes with coffee). Hope u will try it. Thanks. 10/20/204 My friends wanted to come again. So I am here. I wish they should have more vegan dish or vegetarian with coffee for me. I hope it will soon because all my friends love to eat here, but I do not want to eat meat. Thanks.
Great views and ambiance, friendly service. I was a little disappointed with the size of the Crispy California Salad for $13, although the salad was fresh and delicious. The Million Dollar Burger was huge but made with premade patties. Foxy's Burger had great flavor but maybe needed some cheese. Fries were perfectly cooked. I'd come here again to try breakfast because it looked delicious.
Very nice menu item. Come to breakfast everything is looks good. And taste good. Nice photo !
Have become a repeat customer at Foxy's cause the food & service are always great

Great breakfast spot! Wish the had espresso based drinks but still good. Great reasonably priced chili is nice on a cold day.
It's part of the "$100 hamburger cafe" at an airport. Food was good, fresh and our server was delightful. Loads of airplane pictures and model airplanes. The runway is right outside so we got to see planes taking off and landing. Look up the $100 hamburger, it's a great idea and story that Small plane pilots talk about. I had a turkey and avocado wrap, and my partner had a great chicken breast and pesto sandwich.
Inside of a building at a small airport reminiscent of the "Wings" TV show of yesteryear. Probably will need GPS to navigate to the location as it's a little off of the beaten path, worth it for the ambience. Food was good, portions adequate and the server was pleasant but they've really got to step up that whole wheat toast, one tiny slice of bread that wasn't enough for the meal. Son had rye toast which was slightly larger than my own wheat toast. Able to look out and see planes taxiing in preparation for takeoff, did not see any landings.

Interesting place. Closes at 4:30. Has good breakfasts and burgers for lunch. It's at Fox Field Airport. You can see some 8nteresting planes land and take-off. The road to Fox Air Field has a section called the musical road. Watch for signs in the left lane from Hwy 14 to the air field. If you've never been on the musical road, be prepared for a treat!
Food was 50/50. Waitress was not into her shift. Inside was ok. Think the grill wasn't hot enough. Hashbrowns sucked under cooked and my $20 steak was over cooked and could fit inside a toddler's hand
I got simple bacon and eggs and the only think that was edible was the toast. My husband got an omelet and had trouble eating it due to the salsa being too much. It is dingy and outdated. The only nice thing was being able to watch the planes land and take off. If they did a little updating and improved their food this place could be really popular!
I ordered one scrambled egg and asked for crispy hashbrowns and an English muffin toasted well with butter on the side . My eggs were marbled so basically eggs tossed around on a grill not scrambled and they were cold. Hashbrowns were like warm and barely cooked Not Crispy, the English muffin was barely toasted and greasy butter on although I requested dry butter on the side! I cook elaborated even more but the people I dined with can make their own review but there were other issues like asking for the syrup several times for a pancake and the pancake being thick pale and undercooked (not brown). It all made me sad because these small diners are a dying breed and I enjoyed the diner a couple of years ago but it’s going down hill

My family and I went to this restaurant and the first time was nice; good food, good atmosphere with all the plans they have around the restaurant and what I thought was a friendly staff at the time. So my husband went back with a couple coworkers and his boss, now my husband is Mexican, and his coworkers and boss are all different types of Hispanic, my issue is that the waitress started to make fun of my husband and say that he looked like some person on the Internet which did not resemble my husband at all other then him being Hispanic and overweight, she then proceeded to show the picture of this person to the other staff members, the chef, and some other customers, and laughing and pointing at him. This was totally unprofessional and unprovoked. All my husband wanted to do was share a nice place to eat only to be ridiculed and embarrassed. Shame on you for acting the way that you did. I do not recommend this place anymore because they like to make fun of other peoples race, and how they look for no reason at all.
Skip it! Breakfast menu stops at noon on weekends? Really? Very mediocre food and they couldn't get an easy order correct. Charges $4.50 to add avocado to a sandwich! Upcharge for dressing! 3% charge to use a credit card! Will not be back...
The breakfast was just ok. The portions are so small that I thought I had ordered from the kids menu. The only thing I liked was the view of the planes on the runway. Breakfast for two came to $31.
