Every time I go I get fresh food all the time you may have to wait 5min, but worth the wait.

Our family has been going to this Popeyes on Manheim pike for years. My husband even goes these for Uber eats and drives there many orders monthly. The food is always hot and fresh and the people work hard but the main reason we have gone there for years is because of Judy. She treats us the best like family everytime. Even that short period of time she was gone we missed her cuz no one works as hard and deserves anymore credit running a store as a manager than Judy. We pulled up from the side street and it didn't register the speaker alert drive thru and the big boss I think was there and came outside and asked us if we had been waited on which I thought he meant if we ordered already but we weren't at all in a hurry and just had pulled up right before he came out so we didn't sit there not even a minute. It confused me and my husband didn't mean for any of that cuz Judy always gives us the best service and if we would have known that was the big manager we would have told him how the Judy is the reason why we continue to go there all this time and recommend her to be noticed as the best manager and deserves a raise. Please check this Popeyes out. You will be happy.

I find Popeyes to be one of the more pleasant fast food restaurants in general. This particular location, Manheim Pike in Lancaster, PA is exceptional in regards to service, politeness and a great experience in general. I order online and pickup through the drive thru pretty regularly and everyone is always very nice and helpful. My order has never been wrong which I can't say for any other fast food restaurants I have visited. Thank you for being exceptional!

The food is great but the reason this one is my favorite place to go is because of the Manager Judy. She has always treated us like family and works harder than anyone to keep the place running and thats why we love this place. I recommend her getting a raise because its not easy running a business and she does it the best and thats why we have been continuing to go there for years because of Judy. Decided to get Fried Chicken at Popeye's. This is the closest location to where I live. We've tried other places that sell fried chicken, but some of those others run out of chicken. We tried another local place, but this location of Popeye's chicken tastes better than other competitors that have fried chicken on their menu. We wanted take-out. Opted out of burgers because Mom won't eat those unless we cook them ourselves. Chicken was the only option as far as take out goes for us. Good thing it was a hit. The food made it home hot, and Mom loved the taste of the chicken and the mashed potatoes. We'll be back soon for more great tasting chicken.

We were wowed by the excellent service and fresh food at this location. The chicken nuggets were fresh and tender, and the red beans and rice fresh and delicious. We dined in, and the manager, M.D., went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcomed. He even brought our food right to the table and checked to make sure we were happy with our order. You don't find customer service like that very often anymore, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely visit this location again when we're in Lancaster!

It was very busy today and im pretty sure they forgot my order so i waited 40 mins on a 15 min wait but its ok..i understand they was super busy tonight and to be honest all the workers did a wonderful job handling it...i was impressed to be honest...even with a smile on their faces. The team working today was incredible. Everybody was friendly and working in an orderly fashion where communication was clear. I had to wait for fresh spicy tenders but was told about the wait. I enjoyed waiting and watching the team work. The food was fresh and the store front was clean. I made sure the team was aware of how great they were doing before I left. A+, keep up the great work. It truly does not go unnoticed.

Got a family chicken tender bundle, everything was great. Wasn't busy for lunch so it was nice and fast but it was all fresh and hot, always a little scared ordering fast food at an off time, but was pleasantly surprised.

Judy and the staff were very friendly and attentive to my order and made me feel welcomed. My order was done correctly and quickly and was very fresh.

We were in the area and decided to eat here.. This is the best Popeye's I've been to for quite awhile. The store was clean, the staff were hustling, and the food was hot and delicious. The red beans and rice were perfect, correct ratio, hot, and fresh. (We had red beans and rice at other locations that were subpar and bad ratio). I did let the shift manager(?)know how great our experience was. Keep up the good work!!!!!

This location has fast and friendly service. Food is their typical fare. Depending on time of day the lines in drive thru are little longer, making 30 min lunch hard to accomplish.

Went with family, four adults spent around 10$ a person and all left full and fairly satisfied. Service was decent, language barrier but nice as could be. Order was made and served correct. Took quite some time but it was ALL very hot and seemed fresh. The soda machine, freestyle coke machine, had more things out of service than available which sucks for those who enjoy the selection. Dinning room wasn't busy and was clean. Nice environment for conversation. TBH, there is a chicken place closer to home that is stiff competition. Where Popeyes is lacking, this other "store" has them beat by a long shot. Around the area, looking for good chicken stop by!! You won't leave hungry

Still no chicken sandwich when I went but chicken tender were cooked fresh and tender. Full of flavor and nice and moist. Mashed potatoes never disappoint. A few times this location seems to have had issues with soda machine. Service had always attempted to mske it right.

My drive-thru order was completed accurately and quickly, at affordable price. Met my expectations for a fast food restaurant. The taste of the food was adequate, the portion size was surprisingly generous. The restaurant staff were certainly not rude, but I wouldn't describe them as pleasant and friendly. All in all, not a bad place to grab a bite if you happen to be in the mood for some quick, "southern-style" cooking.

Can be crowded at times but good food and service. Sunday afternoons are usually very busy with drive through.

My favorite fried chicken place. This place in my opinion has the best tasting fried chicken of all the chains. They offer good meal deals and have a children's menu. This particular establishment has very nice staff and is very clean. I made my order and for some reason they said they gave me 2 extra tenders with my son's kids meal and I didn't catch why they said. Hey, I'll take it! Everything was great to me!

I usually go to the drive thru, but I needed to stretch my legs, so my wife and I went in. A Door Dasher was waiting for a few orders, but we could walk right up to the counter and order. My wife went for a chicken sandwich meal and I got a chicken tenders meal. I have not ordered anything else since I tried the tenders. They were fantastic again, so piping hot (classic tenders, just literally hot) I couldn't eat them right away! Fries were tasty as always and I can't wait to get another tenders meal. My wife liked her sandwich, but clearly not as much as I enjoyed my meal. Can't recommend the tenders more, so delicious!

Consistently gets your order wrong. Good quality, though it can be extremely inconsistent. My SO received a chicken sandwich with a piece of chicken the size of a chicken wing and i received a normal chicken sandwich. I love Popeyes chicken but this location has some serious issues with listening and following through. It's gotten better vs 2 years ago but it still has room for improvement.

I usually do the drive thru...the chicken is good and the servings are reasonable. I wait for combo deals tho because it can be pricey.. staff seems friendly... have visited at different times and feel that it could be a little cleaner to my taste..wipe down tables more often..just saying..

I love Popeyes, but I waited over 30 mins for my 16 pc. Chicken only! Then I had to go in after it when they told me pull over long john silvers old parking spot. And I watched atleast 5 cars go through the drive thru.this needs to get better or I'm looking for a new chicken spot,

The food here is Popeye's, it's good. I think the couple of times I've been there were different issues. 1 time the service was very good, another time it was terrible and then the most recent time the drive through was closed and the interior was very busy with the staff scrambling. I caught the eye of the Manager who was in the midst of the order processing herself and the look she gave was an acknowledgement that things were out of control a bit. Perhaps some work to bring consistency within the team would be useful for everyone's experience? The store could do with some investment from the owners too.

Was expecting KFC level chicken and food, but got more McDonald's quality. Not horrible food, but not the best. Also, the price was kinda high for what you're getting. Next time I want fried chicken, I'm going to KFC.

Food was pretty good. We got 3 meals. 2 out of the 3 were missing fries, 1 sandwich was missing cheese, and im pretty sure all our meals were supposed to come with a biscuit according to online and only 1 did. I would say definitely check your orders before leaving. Directions and reading orders is lacking a bit.

Not sure if they forgot about me or not, but I waited for longer than I thought reasonable for the amount of customers that they had at the time. Most of the chicken pieces were tough & dry. Fries were just mediocre. The biscuit & coleslaw were the highlight of the meal, which doesn't make much sense that they outshined the entree.

Just went here first time. Food was great, as I heard it was. The service, that was horrible. Trying to understand someone mumbling through the intercom is impossible. After placing my order she repeated it back to me and I could barely make out half of what she said. Figured I'd just go over my order once I got up to the window. Once there it was clear the girl at the window was not very enthusiastic about her job. I reiterated my order. She missed a drink, 12 piece nugget and was the wrong sandwich. Got it all corrected and paid. She grabbed my bag, handed it to me and slammed the window shut. I got her attention to reopen the window. I asked if the 12 piece was in there because I hadn't seen her put it in. She assured me she put it in the bag so I pulled away. WELL..... no 12 piece. Bad experience, I'd get Popeyes again, food was good, just not this store.

I ordered classic wraps on door dash and when I got them, they were honey mustard which I didn't even order.

The last three times I took my daughter we had to leave the drive thru as it took an incredible amount of time to order. If I was the owner of this franchise restaurant I would do something as they are losing so much sales revenue because their employees are not working efficiently. It's been like this for at least a year now. Too bad as the food is very popular now.

Slowest drive through I've ever been to. Employees aren't rude but they are not friendly either and twice I've gotten regular tenders when I've asked for spicy. I keep coming back because the chicken is good but Popeyes needs to take notes from Chick fil a in terms of customer service.

Ordered food earlier tonight and I had ordered ahead using the app. I upgraded my fries to a large (which is an extra charge) I got home and I had no fries... Also had to ask at the window for my two drinks that I had also ordered with my food and the guy acted like he had no idea to which I showed him the order slip and he gave me the drinks. I live 30 mins from this location and I'm not fond of having to drive back out just for French fries... There was no one in the drive thru or parking lot, they were not busy at all, so there is no reason as to why my order shouldn't of at least been double checked to make sure all the items were there. This is the first time this has happened and I am very disappointed as the fries are my favorite.

This place is closed and they did not updated on Google. I had to drive 20 mins to get her and see that they are closed for some issues.

The service is the worst, I guess I deal with it because I like the chicken.

I really hate leaving a bad review. However, this is one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had a pleasure to visit. We ordered takeout for six people. Both parties orders were messed up. We were charged for stuff we did not receive it was just a disaster The food quality here was mediocre at best, that’s coming from somebody who eats Popeyes once a week. These people definitely need to be retrained.

Not a good experience at this location. First, I was happy to find their dining room was open (been closed for an extended period of time due to covid, I believe). But their menu boards are not working - so cannot see different combo options and related pricing. I should have just turned around and walked out, but I was looking forward to some of their spicy fried chicken. Ordered a 3 piece combo - which was $10.80 (way overpriced). The chicken was fine, but the restaurant was not. Most of the tables were messy (not recently cleaned), and the Coca Cola fountain machine was apparently not working - soda being served from the kitchen only. All around, pretty much a disappointment. I'll be taking my lunch business elsewhere.

So this place is hit or miss! We never get our biscuits or sauce. It’s definitely not “fast” food. Almost every time I order on the app for pick up I still wait 30 mins in the drive thru. It’s so slow. So don’t be in a rush if you stop here.

The food here is amazing but the service is terrible. We ordered first in a line of 3 cars and the lady told us to pull past the window for our food. The car behind us as well. Then a car came from behind the car behind us and got their food before us. This happened 6 times and we waited at least 15 minutes for our food. The service deserves a 0 star.

Needs improvement. This is the chicken breast, there is nothing but breading. They are not interested in helping.

Everytime I come to this location the people always get smart or have an attitude. I went through the drive thru I asked for extra sweet heat sauce before I even pulled up to pay because I know they charge extra when I got to the window and handed Asahd my card I asked could he add Mardi Gras mustard but he probably didn’t hear me because he was rushing my payment. He hands me my order I ask for the mustard because he didn’t put it in there then he gets mad talking about we have a timed window and he didn’t charge me for my extra sweet heat when I literally never had a problem with being charged for it because I told him to do so before I even paid. I didn’t appreciate this interaction. I work retail and customer service I just got off a long shift and was looking forward to this food. I was nice and willing to pay off rip as I understand the service industry so I felt it wasn’t even necessary to do all that when I was willing to follow the rules. Very disappointed

I have never seen a food establishment try harder to go out of business but still stay in business. Those chicken sandwiches are so delicious. If you are one of the truly blessed customers to randomly receive a spicy chicken sandwich when you order it, you will enjoy it immensely. I literally was on the premises for an hour of my life , 1 hour to go around the building just trying to get a spicy chicken sandwich and in the end I got a regular. I was in disbelief at the irony of waiting an hour for a fast food sandwich and then getting the wrong one. The guy in front of me literally drove off without his food and they tried to give me his food and when I said that’s not my food they took another 20 minutes to get me my wrong sandwich. The owner of this place should really think about how much money he is losing because I could have parked and sat down at a fine dining restaurant and ordered a cocktail and a hand cooked from scratch meal and had it faster then it took you to warm up one chicken patty. Unbelievable, but I will say that I’ll go back because it’s like traveling into a parallel universe where time doesn’t exist and at the end you get a chicken sandwich. Dude , a HOUR for the wrong sandwich, think about that.

The drive through service is horrible. We waited 30+ minutes for our order to be brought out and we had to go in and get it because it was taking so long. The drive through worker had an attitude when we pulled up to order and then was on their cell phone talking to someone when we got to the window to pay. Will never be coming to this Popeyes again.

Worst drive through experience ever. The line was out onto the main road so we got the app and thought we could save some time to order that way. Big mistake! The door was closed so we couldn’t pick up inside as the app said you could. We had to start all over again in the drive through which took about 30 more minutes. After sitting behind someone waiting to order at the menu for a long time we went around them to go to the window where we thought we were supposed to go to pick up our order. An employee came out and yelled at us to go back to the very beginning of the car line and was very rude and insulting. Told us we wouldn’t be getting our order if we didn’t. We drove to the window instead and explained to the next employee and she was finally able to get our order to us. If we could have cancelled we would have but we had already paid. Terrible disorganized, unclear system, terrible customer service. Will never go back again.

Placed an online order for PICK-UP, showed up a little late due to hitting every red light possible and when I got there they said someone had already taken the food, I asked the cashier about it and he asked his coworker who said “it was probably the person delivering it to the address listed” I explained we didn’t do it for delivery and it was for pick-up she then proclaimed “that’s not my problem sorry” and walked away. Needless to say I did get my food cause the first cashier was nice, and would love to say I got a free meal but in reality the person who stole our food actually got it. Absolutely hate this location.

Too bad this is the only local location for me as it is obviously poorly managed. If they gutted management and got this store in shape I would go more often. The food corporate is selling is great. However this location appears to be run on a shoestring budget. Tables always dirty. There are loaded fly traps hanging from the ceiling above the area where they flour the raw chicken. I'm sure a dead fly drops into the chicken time to time. Every single time I have been they don't have something. Went to try the new chicken sandwich that's been out a week and they had no pickles. You have to beg for napkins or ketchup because they don't put them out in the lobby like every other restaurant and they divy it out like it's going to break their budget.

Couldn't place my order via the app and what should have cost us 26.00 by what our prices were on the app...they wanted over 42.00!!!!! We cancelled the order after waiting in line in a raging thunderstorm and being soaking wet for the 15 minutes it took in line with an amazingly rude girl taking the order with the car window open at the drive thru. We'll never go to this Popeyes again...this week we went to the Popeyes in Lebanon with the same prices as we had for this place and got the same order for $26.42 with no issues.

Spent $60 on food for my coworkers and did not get any sauce, napkins, straws, or utencils for any of our meals. My poor coworkers had to eat their mashed potatoes and mac and cheese with the lid bent in half as a makeshift spoon. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be back. Oh and the sodas taste like water.

2 coworkers and I all got sick after eating here. It also seems like every time we order here, they mess up something with the order. Would not recommend.

Horrible zero custom service. They should really think about changing the restaurants hrs to 10pm rather than 11pm because the employees want to be walking out the door at 11 pm. So they will not serve anyone at 10:45 . I pulled up at the drive thru at 10:45pm. on June 26th, behind another vehicle that was giving their order. That customer pulled up to the window to pick up their order. I pulled up to the order point, but I was left sitting there with no one taking my order. If your open till 11pm then be open till 11pm . Not 10:30 not 10:45 .... 11:00pm

The food was good. The staff was nice. The soda machine was out of most syrups and that limited us to what we could choose. The manager said "If you want any flavor not out there let me know I will fill it". This was not true, she huffed when asked and promptly grumbled how it takes the machine out if service. Maybe she should have prepared the restaurant properly prior to lunch time.

I agree with the other reviews and management. I have only been there a few times and each time I think it gets worse. This time they had no ice or napkins. My order was wrong. When I took the wrong items back to the counter I realized the customers in front of me also had screwed up orders. The guy running the cash register was the only employee that knew what he was doing. He was also fixing the orders that his co workers got wrong. I can't imagine the place being run any worse than it is now. Management needs fired or they need a new owner to get this place right. 0 stars but I had to give 1 to post.

Last time I visit that location. Ordered spicy tenders bigger box. Advised me of a 5 min wait which turned into almost 20...condiments not stocked....out of coke zero....no small cup lids....the fries were cold....shorted my order of biscuits. The chicken tasted fine and I got extra dipping sauce was the highlights. If they weren't so busy checking personal cell phones ( both managers ) maybe they would have noticed the service was terrible.

Your window staff have no life, they don't talk not even a "hello" "please" or "thank you" and no body smiles. Did you know a smile personafies through the speaker? Says about how they like their jobs (sad). Fake smiles everyone..

We waited in line for 20 mins or more. Once we got to the speaker they informed us they were only accepting debit cards today. Probably should consider posting that so people don't wait that long if they dont have a card to use. We placed our order. We ordered popcorn shrimp to which we were rudely told that we would have to wait for them. For our drinks we tried to order diet cokes. They were out of diet coke so we had to settle for coke zero. We finally made it to the window to pay. There were 6 employees standing there and one girl was working the soda machine. She clearly didn't know how to do it because the soda was overflowing everywhere. The fryers were very dirty. You could see them from the window. We get our order and drive to the parking lot to eat. We ordered mac and cheese and fries as sides. They were cold and no good. Tasted like powered mac and cheese. No straws were given to us. Instead of 2 coke zeros we got one coke zero and a dr pepper. I called and spoke to the manager Sherry who was rude and could have cared a less about my complaint. Spent $30 there and it was the worst customer service experience I've had and the food was cold and stale. The manager needs to take some customer service classes because she lacks those skills. Place needs cleaned and new employees.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Waited for 25 minutes for a simple eight piece carry out order. Then they did not have the side items I requested. I won’t be back. I could go to the store and make my own chicken faster. If you want to wait 25 minutes for greasy garbage, then feel free. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. And after all that time not even an apology. Tighten up or shut it down.

Too bad, I actually enjoy Popeyes but this location needs major changes in a lot of things. I only came to this location twice and I got irritated each time. I came in with my boyfriend the other day and we ordered the new chicken sandwich and that took like 20 minutes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was lunch rush but everything in there was dirty and run down, plus flies everywhere. Management was all over the place, all in the back room while there was a line of customers waiting to order. We probably should have left at that point but we already ordered. It’s a fast food restaurant, I don’t expect much but it’s pretty bad. Feel free to still eat though if you’re craving chicken yum 😃

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. The place was in total chaos, with cars waiting on all sides. The lobby was full of people waiting for their food. No lids for cups. Half of the beverage options were unavailable. A cardboard box of uncooked biscuits was on the service counter. We ordered at 8:42. We got our food at 9:12. The order was not prepared to-go, as requested and was missing the gallon of sweet tea. There was no apparent management presence, just a handful of teenagers with either a "deer in the headlights" look or an attitude of complete apathy for their job. I was so embarrassed for the ones who were trying to do their job, that all I said was thank you and good luck.

If only can give this place 0 star. Their services is terrible. When you asking then for napping they stare at you like you steal something from them. The attitude and the atmosphere is really bad.

While I can’t say anything about the food or atmosphere, as a DoorDash driver, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. For me, time is money. I arrived at the Manheim Pike location at around 11:05 AM. The orders were to be picked up at 11:08 AM. I told the employee behind the counter that I was picking up for DoorDash and gave him the names on the orders, and he (very unprofessionally) looked at me and said “uhhhh, no”, to mean they weren’t ready. I said “okay, no problem”, and stood and waited. Mind you, the restaurant had maybe one or two people eating, and nobody else in line. The Drive-Thru was being manned by a woman who I presumed to be a manager, and she was taking orders, running around like crazy, busting her butt and getting orders together while the employee behind the counter was wondering around and moving with no sort of urgency. There was another worker in the kitchen area, and another female employee had just arrived when I pulled in for her shift. After about 5 minutes or so, the one order was ready, but the male employee never said anything and I had to eventually identify it myself as he had simply set it on the counter and wondered off out of sight. After a few minutes of waiting, I inquired about the second order and he claimed he was waiting on “fresh” tenders, but I could see there were tenders sitting under the lamps ready, but figured better fresh tenders than not. It took him another 5 minutes to get the drinks for the order ready, and again, he merely sat them on the counter and wondered off again without letting me know if they were for my order. It took nearly HALF AN HOUR to get both DoorDash orders, and it turns out the “fresh tenders” he was claiming he was waiting on was a complete lie, since he grabbed the tenders for my second order FROM THE ONES I HAD SEEN EARLIER. Finally, after setting the order on the counter, before he could wonder off again, I tried to confirm if the drinks he had set down were in fact my drinks, in which he said “uhhh, I don’t know. They all look the same to me. They look like the right ones though.” I can say that after this experience, I will never personally order food from this location and recommend no one else that I know do, and most certainly I will never, ever pick up another DoorDash order here again. Other drivers in the area be warned.

Save your money and go somewhere better. I had to wait 15 mins until I got my order taken. A bunch of staff walking around doing nothing. The lady manager yelled at them for not doing anything and they all talked shit behind her back when she's the only one who's actually working. Before I had my order taken, there were 2 or 3 people came back to the counter to get their food remade cause they're all wrong. What's up with that? Waited another 10 mins for my food and it's cold. I'm out of words.

Do not go here!!!!! Highly mismanaged, supposed understaffed, when there were 6-7 people just moving around accomplishing nothing. Door dash gets their food before everyone, drive through takes priority over dine-in. After waiting 15 min, told guy behind the counter my order, he checked me out, and had put it in wrong. I told him again what I wanted, and he said he didn't remember me saying my order, which was seconds ago and it was VERY simple. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding this place.

Extremely slow drive through. Also the fries were just dumped in the bag as pictured. Avoid this Popeyes location!

The last 3 times at this popeyes have been horrible. This most recent experience was the worst. We ordered 2 spicy chicken tenders boxes. We both got classic not spicy. We ordered blackened ranch and sweet heat sauce. Got No sauce. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and cajun fries. Got no fries and the mac was just mush sitting in a puddle of oil. On top of that i ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. It said my order would be ready by 5:58. We got there at 5:56. She had us pull around and wait. We waited until 6:07. Then when we get out of the car and we are about to go in and see where our food is, the guy finally comes out with it after waiting about 10 minutes. So much for fast food. So disappointed, wont go back to this location again

Arrived and was the only drive thru customer when we got there. However, it got busy after us. When we ordered they told.us it would be 4 minutes for tenders which is fine. It took 20 mins and my husband getting out of the car for us to get our order. Many people and cars were served and received their food after us. Place needs better management. Neither of the two workers bringing food out seemed to see a problem with the situation either.

My partner and I just tried to order a snack wrap meal and the attendant working the drive through was INCREDIBLY rude. We asked a simple clarifying question about how many wraps the meal included and were met with snarky remarks and snide comments. When we asked for a little time to think about drink choices, we were met with “If you wait too long the lemonade is going to melt”. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This location is, unfortunately, not worth your time.

A lot better than KFC. The staff is super friendly, the food is great, but the price is a little high. Edit: Just came in to try the rippin chicken fingers. I would not suggest. They taste like they were sitting in the warmers for hours. Barely warm and not crispy at all. The mac and cheese was good. Edit 03/16/2025. Would not recommend. The wings were small and gross, thr biscuits were burnt and the restaurant was in shambles. You have to wait and ask the front counter for anything you may need.

Came here for the first time. Ordered just a little over $40 worth of food. I specifically asked for no pickles because I am in fact allergic to them. They put pickles in my sandwich. I told them it had pickles so I gave it back it seemed to have bothered the lady in the back. I watched her complain in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish and remake it she put so much mayonnaise on both sides of the bread to where it was completely seeping out and didn’t even put it in a bag she grabbed it and gave it to the front guy who put it on a lil tray. Yes I could have taken them out had I knot been allergic but very disappointed in their customer service. I didn’t even get my nuggets that came with my sandwich We will not be coming back. That is just not okay especially considering it’s an allergen that I cannot control.

Store was dirty. Managers and staff were rude thinking I couldn't understand Spanish. Food was rancid tasting. They did refund my money but not till after grumbling insults.

I ordered a fountain drink and instead, they 1). Gave me a can of coke and a cup of ice and wanted me to pour it in myself 2). They didn’t even give me a straw. If they didn’t have the soda machines working, they should have advertised that. The chicken had no flavor at all. The older woman who handed me my food shoved it in my hand and left the window before I could even tell her that she forgot my straw and spoon.

Terrible environment, bad service, and disrespectful. Employees were having a get together in the middle of the parking lot with friends, when I pulled up to the drive thru the cashier was being openly disrespectful at simple questions that he couldn’t understand and was too lazy to clarify. I’ve never driven out of a fast food drive thru because of a cashier until today. Awful awful awful

I just left this location.. time is 9:21pm.. Friday night.. June 27.. I ordered a #2 combo.. 2 piece conbo.. Spicy chicken.. with French fries and a Sweet tea.. I shouldn't have went through the drive thru.. got food.. paid for food.. did Not receive a receipt!.. the tea is Watered down with no Ice!.. Chicken isn't done and it isn't spicy!.. unfortunately I'm on the way to York so can't turn around.. I've tried calling the store.. 4x.. but Phone is Busy!.. probably off the hook..smh.
