Every single individual who works the Afternoon and evening shift at this location are literal heaven angels, and I would fight strangers for them. Always friendly, regardless that this is food service and are always so considerate and accommodating. I literally could be in the worst mood coming home from work and interactions with the staff always put a smile on my face because of how sweet they are. They never get my order wrong so honestly, this is the best location in LA lol

This is a very clean Wendy's. I had the grilled chicken ranch wrap meal and a chocolate frosty. The wrap was excellent!!! Plus they have a drink machine where you can choose several different flavors of coke, Dr pepper, exct.. I really love the choices they have. I got the strawberry Dr. Pepper and then the just peachy peace tea. Both were delicious! Highly recommend!

First time visiting. The service was wonderful. I had the pretzel bun baconator and loved it. I can't say enough about the gentleman who took my order. He was very friendly and helpful and provided excellent service. Everyone was very nice. Thank you for a great dinner experience!

My wife wanted to go for the SpongeBob collaboration, I simply tagged along, but food was delicious, and customer service everything right, nothing to complain about. We were both highly satisfied.

This place was quick and easy. Not hard for them to take the order and was even very friendly at the pickup window. They told me whether or not I wanted also extra drinks for a mishap that happened I denied it because I understood that it was a lot of orders. The lady at the window and helped me gracefully and told me have a wonderful day even though it was a little bit of a hassle to take my order again. Great work and great people that work there.

The manager was very accommodating when I went to discuss a charge I had contested on my credit card. There had been a power outage weeks ago and my charge on the app had gone thru but the location was closed when we tried to pick up our order. Today I had to ask the manager for some help with the dispute and he just offered to give me back my cash. Much easier than dealing with my credit card people.

Now listen...I used to come to this place when I was a kid visited with my friend because they had never had Wendy's...and guys it was pretty nice in here. They had an issue inside but greeted us and said they'd be right with us. Took our order .....friendly we got our food which was really hot?? So fresh well made. Frosty's tastes better than I remember!!!! Gilbert was really cool got us everything we needed. And guys wow bathroom was clean.

Aldo the Cashier employee was what made this experience great honestly. He immediately greeted us with a hello welcome and a friendly smile! We came to just grab a quick bite and I’m not really familiar with Wendy’s since I don’t have one close to where I live, he took the time to explain the menu and was honest with the size of what I was purchasing. He also suggested items which was helpful to me being that I’m an indecisive person lol anywho we saw the new nuggets on an ad and figured since we happened to be close to just come try them out, ultimately we went with the nuggets and tried the spicy honey bbq (Aldo’s suggestion) and Spicy garlic parm. Nuggets were yummy very impressed with the fast food quality. And the person that tied it all together Aldo great guy!

Dollar menu has crept up. But you wouldn't believe how this location (so far) has REALLY stepped up fast food at a comfortable level. Seating is incredible and so is social interaction among everyone.

The food is great no matter which one you go to. Unfortunately this establishment is very slow when you dine in. The prices have gone up a bit as with everything these days but they havent downsized the portions so thats good.

Just looked for something quick. I was hungry so I got the new $5 Combo with the Nuggets, fries, double bacon burger with pickles & lettuce, swapped out the drink for a frosty. I ate the whole thing by myself & I never do that. It was good. I usually take nuggets with fries home for later. Next time I'll take pictures.

3 year update: Aldo is the saving Grace for this place now. What a kind person! He totally turned past experiences around for me. Rude staff that barely acknowledges your existence. It’s like the action of placing your order is inconveniencing them.

i was met with fast service and good hot food served quickly exactly how i ordered it. the lobby was clean and empty but the drive thru was backed up which made it the main reason why i went inside and had no problem. they had an employee out in the lobby wiping everything down as well, i suggest you go inside at this location

Food at this location was nice and fresh, nothing wrong with any of the food. Sometimes when I order the chicken nuggets they'll be a bit on the cold side so it was definitely nice getting them hot lol. Only part that bothered me was that my sprite tasted like carbonated water with a hint of sweetness, nothing like typical Sprite 😂👌

The food is always great! The only issue I have is that they close the dining room at whatever time they feel like and not the time they put online. Also if you go past 8pm the dining room is always a mess and hard to find a clean table to sit at!

Clean. My order - jalapeño bacon burger with two patties came out super fast. It’s not as crowded as McDonald’s. Kind of strange but my data signal was a whack when I was here. So, I tried to get connected via their WiFi, which is a bit clunky to get connected. Once you’re connected, you’re good for 2 hours (which is included in the disclaimer). I like their soda machine. One can enjoy as many flavors of Coca Cola products.

Food was okay, drive thru service needs improving. Maybe the girl was just having a bad night at work. Had to drive be back for missing items from my order and was given attitude when I returned.

The woman @ the 1 window (payment) ask if I could gv her a couple of seconds then changed tht to mins (I ddnt think she meant 2 mins literally) I said yes. Approximately 2 mins later gv or take she returns with the shake I ordered & to process my payment. That was PRETTY DARN WEIRD TOO ME 🤔. Then I go to the next window to be greeted by the same woman asking how many sauces I would like & to eventually give me my order 🤷🏾‍♀️. The weirdness was I guess the wait & receiving my shake @ the payment window. I am guessing maybe they were short staffed but y not just process the payment at window 1 as per norm & gv me my complete order @ window 2 🤷🏾‍♀️

The drive through lights were off even though they were still open, which made it hard to see the menu. I asked for no chicken on my salad....and of course, it had chicken. Luckily, the chicken was placed on top and not mixed in, so it was easy to remove.

Food is good, but I’ve noticed a trend with some restaurants closing sooner than posted closing time. I went tonight at 11PM and posted closing time was midnight, but it was closed when I arrived and it seemed like the employees were just waiting in the parking lot for midnight to hit to leave. Hope I’m wrong.

It is a beautiful location. They messed up on my order. I had to go back. They didn't apologize and just fix another sandwich for me. And I had my daughter with me and she was hungry.

I'm sure I've done several surveys on Wendy's. All search places in my opinion has at least one item perhaps two Buy nonetheless, they're still all fast food places not recommended for daily consumption, occasional something? yes definitely! You can't live life forever on salads. Well, I cannot anyways. I've always found Wendy's to be a little bit expensive for me though. However, it seems most of these fast food places are becoming quite expensive. This is a drive. Very small but clean on the outside. Not sure if there is a bathroom. Came here to redeem a free Dave’s Single hamburger from my T-Mobile Tuesdays offer, and they accepted the offer with no problems. There was a bit of wait through the drive-through on Sunday at lunchtime. The staff was super friendly and provided great service. The Biggie Bag is a great deal for 4 items for $5, and I upgraded my drink to a pineapple lemonade for 70 cents. The bacon double stack was smaller than my single burger, lol. But both burgers tasted delicious, and I loved the fresh lettuce and tomato on my single. The chili was a bit salty, so not sure if I’ll get that again. But the nuggets were good.

2020.07-25/0800; Was passing through to Laguna Beach early morning and we all found out Wendy's had breakfast. Since we all never had it, we thought we'd try it. Surprisingly excellent. The croissant sandwiches were delicious! The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits were delicious, too. The breakfast fries were delicious as well. The only thing that was terrible at this location was the drive through attendants attitude. That's okay, we were just saying thank you and she didn't even say a word or even crack a smile. Other than that, I would definitely eat at any other Wendy's again. The food and prices were excellent.

I have to note that I do frequently go to Wendy's. However, the only thing I ever order are the spicy chicken nuggets and occasionally a frosty. That being said, this location is the same as any other I've been to - it's a hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken nuggets come out fresh, hot, and juicy. When it's like this, I definitely recommend it. But sometimes they are barely warm, dry, and taste like they've been sitting on the counter all day. Those I just toss them in the trash. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is a specific time of day where you know it will be fresh as I usually go around the same time and it's always a toss up on how it will come out.

I don't understand. I use the drive thru and order 2 combos with the hamburgers plain, and a side of BBQ sauce (saw it added to the order on the screen). Pull up to the window, pay for the food, finally get the food and drive away. We find out there is no packet of BBQ sauce. So back thru the driveway I go. THATS WHEN THEY TELL ME "we don't have any more BBQ sauce" - why didn't they tell me? Give me a chance to get something else for dressing?

Customer service needs much improvement. Had a coupon for a complimentary Mango lemonade and they had no lemonade made so I asked if I could have a soda intead and was told no. After asking what the difference would be as it is just a beverage. Finally after a short residence from the cashier I was given a soda. I still ended up ordering $25 worth of food and had to go through an unnecessary ordeal for a complimentary beverage that I had a Wendy's coupon for. Good grief. Secondly since there is still no indoor dining at this location, it would be nice to have trashcans set up in the parking lot for convenience for those that eat in their vehicles. Bad experience going inside to order my food. Was behind 1 person in line and there 1 behind me. For some reason the last person to order received their food 1st and turned out this person knew the employees. No issue for this person when getting their soda but for some reason, none of the workers can find the soda machine when it came to my order. Food could of been better if they didn't having it sitting for 15 minutes before given to me! Prioritizing needs to be utilized by the workers.

Tried the new breakfast menu at Wendy's. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. It was so so. The biscuit itself tasted great with the sweetness of the honey yet savory with the slightest hint of butter. The chicken patty, I felt was a miss. The chicken tasted microwaved and really compromised the sandwich, in my opinion. I think if it was a great crispy taste, it would have been amazing. The coffee here is just okay as well. I felt like it may have sat for a bit because it tasted dark yet flavorless at the same time. I'm not certain if this was atypical but hope to try again.

You pull up drive thru mobile order, they will have you park for 20 minutes and no one will come out as promised. Eventually you get out and your order is waiting on shelf cold. Worst service.

Let's start with the Tmobile Tuesday offers, free Wendy's breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a drink. After all the trouble and downloading the Wendy's app,it seemed I got my order and when I headed to Wendy's, the app said dine in was closed but to select drive thru, the order was cancelled and I went in circles with the app and this promo, I go to the window and explain, well there was no coffee anyways. Visited on a Sunday. Restaurant is clean, updated and nice inside. But service is horrible. Longest I have ever waited for food. No soda only lemonade. Got almost every item on order wrong, didn't fill kids frostys and when we asked they said oh you want those now. Maybe just a bad day but not like any other Wendy's experience I have ever had. They take a very long time to attend us and they misted some Items on my order. The guy inside was just walking around and talking with other people. No sense of emergency for take care the customers.

The drive thru young girl was quite rude. No customer service at all. She was in her phone talking while taking orders and getting my money, another worker was giving our food while she was on her conversation. She was very unprofessional! Drive-tru order was horrible. They forgot my water and the Cream of my CREAM and chives potato. I mean its literally in the name. Called and spoke with the manager. Nice as could be, but was disappointed she was trying to offer a 10% discount for my "trouble". I don't want free things, what I want is to get home from a 10 minute drive and have my food! The other standard alternative is "can you come back and get it". Um yah ill drive back for another 10 minutes, pick up the sour cream and drive back home. WASTING 30 minutes. At that point the food would be cold. So I calmly declined her generous offer of having me waste more of my time and gas. She asked for the amount I paid so she could go back and talk to her team. I agreed and said I need to get it from my phone so i'll call you right back. Got the amount $11.88. But now all of a sudden the phone is always busy. Been calling for the last 30 minutes. Now I understand why the regular workers don't care. If management is treating customers like this, what can we expect from the regular workers. Not going to this location again, Recommend you avoid this one guys.

Several menu items were unavailable at 9 p.m. including chocolate frosties, as well as several food items. Both the car in front of me and myself were then stuck in line with no way to exit for 10 minutes and unable to order anything. We were forced to wait in line until the cars ahead of us paid and received their orders and then we could exit. Very poor drive-thru design and complete waste of my time.

This is the second location I've visited in one week where they did not have Black pepper as a condiment. Why is that happening? Are your managers supposed to reorder necessities on a regular basis? And truly Black pepper is an American pairing in most if not all restaurants. I drove to competitor for the seasoning. I won't be back for a while. I had ordered the #10 combo. I did not know there was a spicy option and the menu said the burger included classic chicken. When I got the order, my burger was so spicy! I went back to the counter to ask why my burger was spicy. The guy who took my order just assumed that I wanted the spicy option without asking me. Also, there where no clean tables to sit at.

The food was cold why would you serve people cold chicken nuggets cold fries and cold cheeseburger the cheese didn’t even melt that’s how cold and nasty the food was the Wendy’s on 120th and Crenshaw has the best hot food and drinks . I just left the drive thru at the Lawndale location. One car was getting their food and I was the only other car in line. I ordered the Dave single, no mayo, no cheese combo. I got a chicken sandwich with mayo. I don’t eat chicken sandwiches! I would have taken it back but after a day of shopping and unloading my car, I didn’t feel like going back out. I spent $16 for fries and a coke. I should have cooked dinner.

When you eat at a famous chain you expect the customer service to just as good as the food, I did not experience this a this particular Wendy’s.The drive thru personnel did not seem to uphold any kind of customer service, they seemed not happy to be there. When my order was given they did not say a word, and when I asked if that was all they said is there a problem. Will not be going back to this Wendy’s, I really hope these employees have better training as far as customer service.

This is not a safe place to eat. Multiple homeless people going in and out of the restaurant and in the booth behind us was a couple on drugs. When the man threw up on the floor we had to leave, management and employees did nothing. Service was terrible

This location has very rude staff. The drive-thru attendance I need some coaching on customer service. Not only did he drop money but refused to walk around and pick it up. He suggested that I open my door and get it but that would have caused damage to my vehicle. He spoke in their native tongue, I did not trust what was being said by the people making my food so I politely walked in and got a refund. I took my money to another establishment because this is not how you treat a paying customer

My husband asked them for two barbecue, two ranch dipping cups for us to share between the two of us. The cashier said, "If I give you two more, I have to charge you." He came back and told me, I took cash to go pay for the damn sauces, and the cashier looks at me and waves me off and gives me the sauces are I tell him; "Charge me whatever you need to charge for me two ranch dipping cups." That was... weird. And sexist. That employee needs CSR training.

The first red flag was that this place was a ghost town during dinner. When you get inside, you realize why. The place is the nastiest fast food restaurant I have ever walked in. From the trash all over the place to the sticky floors that almost made my wife trip. Not to mention the bugs flying around. Even the parking lot was littered with trash. Then, when we got our food, which cost over $30 for two people, it tasted like it was made 5 hours ago and kept warm, not hot. Will not be coming back here ever again.

Disgusting hamburger… Next time I will not tolerate this anymore I will open my food at the drive-through window and take a look to see if the burger patty has been sitting in a tray somewhere for 30 minutes.. Charging eight dollars for a hamburger that just taste worse than anything I could possibly make it my house is criminal and that they should be arrested

After spending $44 for 3 1/2 people you would expect at least edible food but my salad was anything but the pics show the majority of the salad which was the core of the lettuce which is usually trashed most of it was trashed and they charge $7 for that never again!

Placed a huge order and was given a half cooked burger!!! Wendy's PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MEAT IS COOKED TO ITS TEMPERATURE.. THIS could've given me FOOD POISONING🤬 I am disgusted and DO NOT recommended this Location!

So I just left there after sitting in the drive thru got about 20 minutes waiting for my food. The wait was no big deal I understand sometimes things can take awhile. But when I get my food and drive back to work which is about 2 mins away. All of my food is cold. My Chilli is cold. The cheese isn't even melted I didn't get my crackers fo my Chilli either. I eat here 3 time a week and it's just disappointing cause this has happened before. I don't know if they have a new stay or what it is. But if I'm paying $20+ for some food I'd at the least expect it to be hot not cold.
