This is the best CiCis we have been to. Full salad bar, all choices of pizza available at all times. We come to this CiCis every time we are in this area. I live in Montgomery County TX and all the CiCis should be as good as this one but unfortunately they are not. Thank You to ever owns this one, you’re doing an excellent job.

We went between lunch and dinner, a great variety of pizza, plus a choice to also order your favorite pizza. Clean, and the staff was great.

I love going to Cicis Pizza at League City. This time the pizza was very well cooked and the buffet was constantly getting filled with new pizzas. Salad bar was replenished accordingly. They are under construction, but that did not inhibit them in making a good atmosphere and working around it.

The food is great if you want to feed alot of people for the price. We only eat h we eat maybe twice a year. Great for picky eaters. They can do a better job woth keeping the cici pizza spots cleaner. But overall it was fine. I will return.

They have delicious Salad, Pizza, Cinnamon Rolls, Brownies, Pasta, and Soup! The games in the arcade are also fun aswell!! I drove 1 hour to get to this place because I am from Lake Jackson and eating at Cicis brings me back to so many memories. Favorite Cicis around! Always have to hit the salad bar, fresh pizza(&if not they'll make what you want!), delicious cinnamon rolls. One of our kids favorite places. For 2 adults and 2 kids we paid about $35 for the buffet.

Friendly staff, very kind. Great fresh food, they have been consistent in cleaning up and in presentation. They offer the bar-b-que, the spinach, a tomato bacon(whaat?) Along with the Buffalo, Hawaiian, pepperoni, etc. Pizza is serve yourself but salad and pasta is they serve you. Mask requirements (as of 4/22/2021) seem to be flexible....(each visit as County rules change so may this). Place is clean and well organized and fully stocked. This is the most peaceful CiCi's we have ever been to (we travel a lot). Bathrooms were Very clean, stall doors, the floor, mirrors; only downfall was the paper towel dispenser is nearly in the trash...

I'm not a Texas native but my wife is and she really wanted to go to this place while we were visiting. I cannot complain at all for the price you get a great amount of food, basically as much as you can eat, and there are also some games for the kids to enjoy. The atmosphere is a bit loud think of it like a Peter Piper's or Chuck e cheese with much less games. I really enjoyed this place and wish we had some back here in Arizona!

I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza and I have to say, it tastes better than it used to. This location really impressed me. The pizza was fresh, hot, and they actually put a good amount of cheese on it. You can tell they’re not skimping like some places do. Overall, this is hands down the best CiCi’s I’ve visited. Everything tasted well-made and consistently stocked, and the value for the price is honestly hard to beat. For an affordable buffet, the quality was surprisingly good. This location definitely stands out and I’ll be coming back.

We grab grandma and get all the grandkids and come to cicis. We try to do it once amonth sometimes 2 it's there favorite place to eat and just sit and visit . The food is always good and I like I can make my special order since I can't have red sauce on mine. Great place

First of all the front Clerk didn't understand about ordering a pizza and wanted to charge us $17 for a deep dish pizza when we just wanted to buy the buffet. He gladly worked with us about trying to figure it all out and finally told us we just waited to order the deep dish when we went through the pizza line. The deep dish Supreme Pizza was wonderful and seven of us ate for under $48. The dessert was better than usual and everybody was really happy and very full . The bus woman was super attentive and kept our table nicely cleared off. We live by Hobby Airport and wouldn't think twice about driving down here for good pizza again.

I've always liked Cici's and seen this location near Walmart so we went. This was probably the cleanest and neatest store I've been to. An employee picks up the dirties, they don't have trashcans for the food or plates which was cool, keeps the store front cleaner, never seen that at another cici's. Their cold bar was fresh, the pasta too. Soda fountain space was clean,, no sticky soda in sight. The pizza was fresh for the most part ( we went a little after the lunch rush so some pizzas were older) the ones I liked were old. The BBQ one and the cinnamon rolls were crunchy and over done so I didn't have any and they'd just put them out sooo someone wasn't watching them. Nothing really special so 4 stars for a usual visit at a pizza buffet.

I loved the salad bar, just wish it was bigger with a little bit more variety. The space was huge and offered a lot of different seating arrangements. My family and I have been coming here for years, the buffet has a great variety of pizzas and is fully stocked most of time. The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. I would have given this location 5 starts but one time a skinny female manager (Caucasian) with short hair was rude to my friends.

Typical buffet environment. Positive thing is it has a small salad bar and soup. Pizza is good for teenagers and people with hangovers. There are desserts on the buffet; The cinnamon rolls with cinnamon glaze are the best. Look for coupons. BTW, small soft drinks are almost $3.

Booked the party room. Was way smaller than expected. And ended up being more money after deposit than was told on the phone. Food was normal cicis. Pizzas were fresh and pushed out quickly Didn't like how the arcade was next to party room with huge window to see it the entire time( I have young kids so they didn't even wanna eat just go to arcade since they could see it the entire time. Most of the arcade games were just claw winning machines instead of games. I believe there was a total of 4 games others was just the claw machines..Seemed like they turned the heat up halfway through the party it was burning hot in the room. Service was a meh. All the highchairs were broken except one. Will definitely do another party at cicis but will have to check out a different location before putting deposit down. They said room was big enough for 35 people or so... that doesn't mean putting 30+ chairs in a small room can actually hold that many people. Staff was nice. Great for a small party of maybe 15. I had 16 people in mine and it was a little cramped for my style.

Food was good and love the remodel. However when you special order a personal pizza for the kids and dine in, you can’t take out the remaining in a box without paying additional $1 per slice! Instead they would rather throw it away than give us what we already paid for… very sad!

Decent food and decent service. Nothing has ever stood out to me other than the cheap prices here. The food is tasty, but you can tell that the quality of the food here is below par. My only complaint is that the facility itself is sporadically dirty. The workers are hard working, however, and are always busting the tables to the best of their abilities.

Cici’s so called deep dish is not deep dish at all. Just thick crust. There were many dirty tables that sat there during almost the entire duration of our meal and the restroom were horrible. Drinks were out of order and the floor was filthy. No cleanliness in a restaurant is a terrible sign. Very unhappy with the deep dish as that’s my favorite type of pizza.

You could not get pasta or sauce at the same time, one was always out and by the time it was re ok laved the other was out. Low quality pizza made with no care. And just overall dirty feeling. Went last friday said they do not honor the "kids eat free everyday in summer". Also the 3 hispanic workers 2 young ladies and a guy. I purchased some cinnamon rolls. I called to place the order @ 9:41p the name on the order was for “J” 20 cinnamon rolls extra icing. I got to my house and they looked TERRIBLE but it was too late to go back and I threw them away because that was not quality cinnamon rolls . My $6 went down the drain. I will never be going to this location again, the lady that was cleaning had a nasty attitude, the pizza they were serving was cold the entire time and they only had 3 options for the pizzas. Now the ranch smelled funky and when my bf and I ate it it burned our tongues so I told the manager something was wrong with that ranch and he took out a different one and it was the same issue.

First off, why am I being asked to tip for a buffet? Second, I was made to confirm 3 times no tip before I was given my cups because the first transaction was cancelled by the cashier, then asked again on the second transaction then printed a receipt I then was made to sign for no tip. If your workers are this hard up for tips then you need to pay them better wage instead of guilting your customers into providing your employees a living wage. Also they had so many tables full with dirty dishes that a family had to wait almost an hour to get a table. Why would I tip for this type of experience or even come back to this location ever again? Do better!

I’ve been coming here twice a month for years with my wife and had a great experience until today. The team on staff today at 4:00 pm was the most rude and incompetent I’ve seen since I began frequenting this establishment in 2021. The restaurant was a mess when we arrived - so much so that I had to clear off my own table to sit. The ice machine was empty the entire time I was there. There was barely any pizza on the bar and the employees were just standing around socializing not making any more pizzas even though people were piling into the restaurant. My wife asked for the ham pizza because it wasn’t on the buffet and they gave her a Hawaiian - didn’t offer any apology or to make a new one. The manager ALWAYS applies the Veterans discount to the entire meal ticket and for the very first time ever today we were only given a discount for one person even though we both had military IDs. Never coming here again.

Told an employee drink machine needs to be changed out. After 20 mins checked again, still not changed out. Employee working register insisted they changed it 5 mins ago. Overheard other customer complaining the drinks were still carbonated.

This place is trash now. We came for my son’s team party, and they REQUIRE every adult, even if you can’t and won’t eat their trash food, to pay for a buffet. $12.00 for a water. They have signs up all over the counter stating you can’t be inside without paying for a buffet. Tells you the character of the owner of this location.

Came here once and was the last. Restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned up. The customers that were there did not help either. And not to mention the pasta was stuck together. The food was not very appealing and not many pizza to choose from. My boys were ready to leave. I was truly disappointed with this cicis.

Drove my family about 20 minutes to get to this location (this is the closest CiCi's to us) and when we arrived (8:30 pm) there was a paper on the door saying they were closing early at 9 pm (Online it stated they close at 10 pm). I understand closing early, but what I don't understand is why the doors were locked at 8:30 pm. There was an employee who saw me at the door, and I knocked to ask why the door was locked so early and if we could place an order to take a pizza home since it wasnt even 9 pm yet, and no joke, this kid looks at me and then turns around and gets on his phone and ignores me knocking. The employees don't seem to value the people who patron the establishment and give them business so they can all have jobs. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. Driving 20 minutes to find locked doors at 8:30 pm, despite the posted closing time of 10 pm, is unacceptable. Clear communication about early closures and proper training for staff interaction should be priorities. They could have updated the hours online to reflect the early closure so people wouldn't waste their time or gas to drive to this location. They could also train their employees on how to better interact with customers. The employee's attitude and demeanor is inexcusable. As a result of this experience, we won't be returning to this location, and it's disheartening to see such disregard for those who support your business. Shame.

Unfortunately didn't have a great experience. Family of 5, didn't see what we wanted on buffet so asked if I could get a medium pizza made up and they let me know we offer 1 size, small. Customer service goes along way when you spend 50 bucks and can't even get a medium pizza made up. Lost a customer for life due solely on lack of customer service. Pizza selection was very poor, dessert pizzas was very unappealing. Wasn't much of variety to pick from.Salad bar was very bare and salad dressing containers were empty. The food wasn't worth the price we paid for. We won't be coming to this location when we come back to Texas City.

Everything was nasty from the pasta, to the breadsticks to the pizza. The pizza had barely any cheese on it, and it didn't taste like mozzarella cheese. The pasta tastes tough-y like flour that wasn't fully cooked. I tried everything except dessert. The bathroom was dirty. There were only 2 stalls and one was broken. The toilet was covered in plastic to prevent anyone from using it. You could smell the dirty diapers from the trash and used feminine hygiene products were exposed in a trash without a lid. I had to leave after I watched a lady pick a front wedgie and then touch the utensils used to serve food. On top of it, she returned to her table with the same wedgie because her shorts were too small.

Really disappointed with their rule that everyone must pay just to walk in. I have a dietary food restriction and was traveling with my family and decided to stop here. Unfortunately I decided to just wait outside in the heat since I wasn’t going to eat and I’m not going to pay for something in not getting. Probably won’t come back.

I came here quite offtenly, and I'm just kind of posting this for awareness as something obviously went wrong with the way food was handled on 3/3/2025, and I probably won't be coming back. Came in for an early dinner/late lunch. Fiancee ordered two specialty pizzas. I ate the pizza and salad off the line. Early morning rolls around and my body is evacuating everything. I 100% got food poisoning from eating the food off the line as my fiancee feels fine today thankfully. But it'll take a bit to bounce back from this one. The food tasted good, nothing tasted out of the ordinary, but I was sick until late afternoon today. Now I'm just trying to bounce back from the whole experience as it has left me with severe body cramps and being dehydrated. Just be aware, if it happened to me... it can happen to you as well.

They say 10$ for adult buffet, be prepared to spend 3.50per drink so the buffet is actually 13.50 per adult. But they put it like this to get onto low cost list when you search restaurants. Not worth the price and not worth my time if your going to hide 2$ costs in your drinks. Also very loud and noisy, so many other buffet and restaurants at the same price for far better food for the same price.

RUDE STAFF including female manager who wouldnt give name or number for corporate. They said they were busy and personal pizza would take 20 minutes because they do the buffet and online orders first. Not in order of who ordered first but buffet and online first. Watched them do buffet twice. Go up at 25 minutes and order wasnt even started. Employee at buffet was rude and manager was rude and talking about me in spanish. His surprise when I told him I speak spanish. Tried to talk to the manager and employee stood their listening whole time. Went back to my table and the same employee brought me my pizza and continued arguing with me at the table. I have been coming here for about 10 years and this place has went downhill. By their standards I could have ordered from the parking lot online and got my order faster and without all the rudeness. Needs to be better staff and managers should act like it and not try to be the staffs friend.

My granddaughter wanted CiCi's for dinner. The food at this location always makes me sick, and I didn't feel like subjecting myself. I was surprised to learn of the "everyone must pay for a buffet" policy. I asked to speak with a manager and tried to explain, to no avail. The sign that was covered up by a donation box was pointed out. I was told that this is a corporate policy. After a little research today, I don't see that to be 100% true. I've visited this place a few times with my family for their buffet days and never had any issues. However, today I called in a pizza order for my nephew's birthday party and picked it up in-store. Later, when he grabbed a slice, my nephew asked me, "What is this?" and showed me the pizza. I was shocked to see that it was randomly sprinkled with something that wasn't cheese. I used Google Lens to identify what it was and discovered it was fly eggs or larvae! I am NEVER going back here again. I didn't eat any of it, but I almost threw up just thinking about it.
