Just another Arby's lady at the register was prolly overdosed on mood stabilizers was dry and just there for the paycheck for the day . Food was good tho. Kinda small but I bet most people eat to go. Clean restaurant tho

Great location surrounded by plenty of other dining options. It's clean, usually not busy and has nice bathrooms. Food came out Great. Granted, I may have ordered way more than I could even eat in one sitting... but it was delicious 😋

Employees were very nice and quick. To our surprise they still make potato cakes. 2 other locations told us Arby's no longer offers them. We stopped going for a long time.

While traveling home from Oregon we stopped at Arby's for lunch today. The restaurant (including the bathrooms) was very clean, the employees were welcoming & friendly & the food was delicious. Excellent job everyone! Thank you for a delightful meal😊.

This is our new lunch stop on as we drive along the 5 freeway. The food is tasty and there are plenty of options. The employees are friendly and helpful. We were in and out quickly.

This restaurant is located off Laval Road before you head over the Grapevine. It is a great place to stop before heading over the hill into the LA area. The staff was cordial and efficient. We did not have a long wait in the drive-thtough. The sandwiches were filled generously with roast beef and priced fairly. The portion size was great for lunch. The chicken wrap was smaller than we hoped, and while tasty, it was more of an appetizer than an option for lunch. The iced tea was freshly brewed.

This Arby's has better food than the one at Lost hills if you're traveling on the five they were 10 minutes to close but may one of the best tasting French dips I've had in a long time

Living in Pasadena, we dont have any Arby's near us anymore. On our way up the coast this weekend, I saw the sign and we made it a point to go in, because I miss the food. So glad we did. My 10 year old is a very picky foodie and we were glad they had mac-n-cheese. His only comment was that there needed to be more cheese flavor. But he did enjoy his. I got the meat nuggets and I have to say, I'm still not believing how good they were. They fell apart with little effort from a plastic fork. Definitely hitting them in our way back.

GM Jorge runs a tight crew at this Arby’s location. This restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. Upon entering, they had staff cleaning the bathroom, sweeping the dining room, and cleaning the kitchen. This is a sign not often seen at a fast food restaurant. The team is efficient, gets your food to you fresh and fast, and is clean and organized. They also play a great playlist with a variety of songs that makes the visit relaxing and enjoyable. This team deserves a raise and would be a great training facility for other locations!

Arby's definitely has the meats. You also can't beat Mello Yellow on tap.

Customer service was great. Food was tasty because my kids liked it. It just reminds me of the teen years rating at Arby's. They have clean restrooms.

This Arby's restaurant is clean, parking is easy and it seems safe there. The food was served promptly and warm, and all the employees were pleasant and courteous. Access from the highway can be a bit confusing during hours of darkness, especially when it's raining. Getting back on the highway is easy.

Clean, fast and everything I would expect from an Arby's. The location is great for filling up the tank on the vehicle and yourself before heading up the Grapevine. There's plenty of parking with trailer parking nearby.

Great place to stop, get a bite to eat and use the restroom on a long trip. Easy on and off the highway. Next to a gas station and has a big parking lot. And they have roast beef 😋 Enjoy!

The staff at the drive thru were friendly and helpful! We placed our order and they helped organize our order to make it cheaper and get us an extra sandwich. The food came out hot and what you expect from an Arby's. I'd definitely eat here again, especially since there aren't anymore near me. 😢

I love Arby's turkey sandwich. The great is think and fresh and they add Dijon mustard which is excellent for me. The roast beef sandwich is just ok. Service was a little slow as they did not have enough people show up for work today

Recently went to this location. The food and service wasn’t bad but the bathroom trash can was overflowing with paper towels and had to ask to get more napkins which none were set out at the dispenser. Other than that, no complaints.

I didn't do it! Thanks to the reviews I went to the grocery outlet across the street instead! They don't have "hot food" but they do have some things you could warm up.

I have been to many Arby's and generally they are good This one not so much. Not only do I feel their sandwiches have shrunk (80% bread) but also Soda tastes off and is slightly flat. They were out of a few things and sadly workers did not look like they wanted to be there. Though, that I can understand.

Went through the drive-through sat at the window for over 10 minutes watching everybody stand there not getting our food ready. Then the lady finally opens the window and hands me my food telling me that the French fries are hot and be careful but she doesn't even ask if I want any sauce closes the window again. So I try to honk and kind of raise my voice to get her attention so I can get some sauce and she completely ignores me the customer service here and the wait times is hideous.

If I can give zero stars I would I waited 40 minutes for my food watched them prep my sliders just left them sitting on counter. When asked if that was my order they just ignored me I spent 40$ to not get my entire order the worker the his name was Louis was completely rude.

I expected more from Arby’s, I ordered a turkey greek gyro and the meat tasted synthetic it had a jelly texture, it was disgusting. The employees were a bit rude, the cashier didn’t tell us what was in the turkey and swiss sandwiches we ordered. The mustard sauce was a bit strong. In addition, the sandwiches were cold, the bread was barely toasted on one side. If anything I could’ve made this sandwich even better by myself. Furthermore, I have nothing against pets, but another costumer brought their dog inside, it didn’t feel right in my opinion for other customers to eat with dogs inside. Also the tables were not clean and the handicap restroom stall didn’t have no toilet paper. I definitely do not recommend coming to eat here.

I was at this arbys on Thursday with my family I was told I couldn't sit by a worker names maria I believe she was the manager . We were tired and wanted to sit but she told us the lobby was closed it was about 6-7pm but one of the other employees with tattoo took chairs down for us and told us we could sit. I want to thank that employee she was very nice and sweet, that lady should take some note on how to treat her customers, she should be let go very rude

Went in for my favorite Beef and Cheddar but on a seeded bun. Being allergic to onions I have always ordered it on a seeded bun. For 20-30 years I've never been told that they can't alter the order. Huh? For a customer with a food allergy. The seeded bun is the "El cheapo" bun where the onion bun is a "premium" bun. It's not like I'm costing you money. Well tonight I cost you some money. I just walked out in disgust and you lost probably a $30 sale. I then walked across the street to In N Out where I was met with a super friendly staff who gladly accommodated my order with no onions. I'm a truck driver who has stopped at this Arby's on several occasions but apparently never ordered a Beef and Cheddar. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS PERMANENTLY AT THIS LOCATION! All this over a reasonable request to accommodate a food allergy. Sad!

You have an absolutely horrible staff, I went there last week, and I was treated rudely by the staff where they talked behind our backs while we were still in the store. Also, one of your employees asked why mean my mom were wearing wearing masks which it’s none of your business nor concern, and a completely inappropriate question to ask. Your workers are rude and mean to customers and honestly honestly shouldn’t have jobs. Arby’s do better and maybe actually train your staff to act like employees instead of little mean highschoolers. And when I tried getting a hold of any type of manager, no one would answer the phone.

I went to Arby's on Saturday thinking it was a good atmosphere. I order my roast beef sandwiches as always and my French dip. I went during the day and went back in the night for some deserts. In the day this employee I believe her name was Kyandi. She seemed very rude to her fellow employees and as I went back in the night she told me credit card only and I had only cash. I'm a truck driver and i just don't have time for this so i walked out. I don't think I want to go back. I really hope they get rid of her, fire her or something. Who put her in charge
