León is ever better than I would have imagined. No place compares to the way they treat me.

I recently took my mother to Leon Medical Center Emergency, and I was very impressed. Leon's Emergency is just like a Hospital's Urgent Care. They had ALL the machines, tools, ect... All I have to say is that I was truly impressed and the care and service was excellent.

If I could leave more stars I would. There is no place like Leon. There are no words to describe how happy i am here at león. The treatment and care is like no other. Both of my parents are Also here and we are all so happy. You could not pay us to go somwhere else.

Well conditioned rooms, customer service it's good,has no benefits for patients with NO Medicaid,but medical staff is good.

The service is outstanding. My mother and 2 aunts have been with Leon for years. Their doctor is very caring and up to date on latest medical advances. The down side is that they have too many patients and not enough doctors so sometimes it takes a long time to see a doctor for follow up. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

On Jan 2 and Dalia called me promise she would call she didn't called I called,3 times a she never called the primary never called either. They collect alot of money but is more a center for older people for entertainment. The only one that has help has been my primary Assistant she is very good.

My mom had to have an echocardiogram done at this clinic. She’s 96 years old and had to climb the table from the foot of the table. To her it was like climbing a mountain. This is unacceptable. I can’t imagine how an overweight patient can climb that table. Another worker and I had to practically carry her. They should buy a table that is adjustable, one that could be lowered and the patient can just sit down, lie back, and the technician can then raise the bed to do the exam. I asked to speak to the Administrator and was ignored. Poor older folks who go to this clinic without a family member that helps them.

Great I came here for them to treat my mother that is constantly having nausea and vomiting, I know she is on dialysis but it can’t be every day with this, urgent care here is 0 empathy with the patient I went to the other Leon on Flagler and doctor and nurse was on top of the problem, provided medication right away. I could give 0 stars ⭐️…

No one cares here. Im a 75year old lady Called for a week about my medication and no one gives me a straight answer why they were'nt being delivered. Spoke to someone in pharmacy with Ms. Loyola and all she can say it will be delivered tomorrow again. All because no one knew that doctor placed an order for a refill. Worst care provider.

I’m writing this review in reference to all Leon centers . Been a patient for 7 years the past year has been a nightmare the doctors don’t listen to the patient they only have a 15 minute visit. When you call the main number and have a complaint must times they are not posted on the computer system. They will schedule an appointment and not with the doctor originally said you’d be seen on referral. I’ve know more than a few not seniors yet that have died for lack of finding on time. I’m in that position currently. While a few do try to help on your call must don’t. Please find yourself another place this place is name only and the brand is terrible.! As of the moment I’m looking for a private physician that actually cares and can truly treat me not for my insurance but as a patient

Leon medical centers are the worst and the most deceiving Medical Center that a human being can visit. They are deceitful they are cheaters. They are stealing stuff and they don’t know how to treat patients and every medication they give is false. It’s the worst for a parent typical visit my son, and I remove my three parents, my mom, my dad and my grandmother out of these medical centers. There are a bunch of deceiving stealing thieves from Medicaid and Medicare. I would not allow my finger to press one star or quarter inch of a point of a star ………….

I heard a lot of good things about this place but now I see that it’s just a front unless you’re Cuban they will treat you like royalty, but if you’re from other nationalities, they treat you like you don’t belong there like your are basically trash.

My mother has throat cancer and has me as her health care surrogate authorized for all medical procedures and every time you call customer service for help on something they give you the run around and are super rude over the phone.
