I'll mention that I had these delicious birria tacos at a taco shop next to the aforementioned Pepez restaurant! I don't know the name of the taco shop, but I can say it has some great birria tacos! As for the restaurant, it seems like a great place to visit on a trip to San Francisco del Río, Guanajuato.
