First time in. Looks like great donuts but customer service from im guessing manager sucked.

You can't go wrong with glazed. However the kolashi was ok. It's unassuming large and you're thinking I'm can only eat one. However, it's mostly bread. It's like several bites until you get to the hot dog and then it's over and back to eating just bread. The kolashi is like 5 inches but the hotdogs is like a Vienna sausage length. OK, maybe not that small but tear off an inch or so on both ends and then you get the perfect meat to bread ratio. And they didn't put that much cheese and only 2 slices of jalapeño so just stick to thr glazed.

Shipley in Terrell is WAY better. Kolache dough not thoroughly cooked. Cheese appears old and hard.

For the lady who worked the counter Friday Aug 6th. I know it's a fast paced business. But, just a few suggestions. •Allow the customer to finish speaking before getting the smallest bag (since I had planned on getting more than 3 items) but decided against it as I knew they wouldn't fit •Don't put the softest item at the bottom of the bag •Never close and roll the top of the bag down tight where it then SQUISHES the donuts

This location, unfortunately, ranks among the poorest-performing shops I have visited in the DFW area. On multiple occasions, staff have shown little willingness to accommodate even the most modest customer requests. Each time I inquired about the availability of warm glazed donuts—a reasonable ask at any reputable donut establishment—I was met with a flat refusal. At well-operated locations, I am accustomed to being offered an estimated wait time or, at the very least, guidance on when fresh batches might be available. During my most recent visit, just before 9 a.m., a significant portion of their menu was already “sold out,” yet no alternative suggestions or solutions were offered. For travelers or Houston-area natives seeking a familiar taste of home, I strongly recommend avoiding this particular shop. I sampled several items from what remained, and regrettably, they were among the least impressive donuts I have ever encountered. In a market that sets high expectations for quality and hospitality, this location falls markedly short.

They are nice enough but the donuts have gone downhill. Lucky to get a dallup of filling in multiple donuts hidden off in one part of the donut.

I made 2 order from TooGoodToGo and theres was 5 available and after I’m there they cancel my order because they did not have enough for my order . Lost of my lunch time . They had like there family just taking there , went in and they still had , but I just left ,Can’t trust this and then I have to wait 14 days to get my money back that’s crazy

Ordered apple fritter for mobile pickup. Went to pick up and given order nothing said. Only to get home and realize they stuck 2 random donuts in bag. Called was told they were out. Im like ok I don't want this can I get a refund was told call back tomorrow.

Bought 4 dozen for work. For the money, the worst doughnuts ever. The deli at the local grocery store has better quality. At $13 for a dozen, I expect much better. Find a mom and pop shop, not this chain.

This place used to be really good but something has changed. The apple fritter is like a small loaf of dense bread that is not good, chocolate twist is huge but it's got the texture of wheat bread and the frosting is really wet, the blueberry cake donuts are tiny now and overly sweet. It's morphed into a Mexican bakery stale dense bready donuts
