We’ll be back! You can taste the freshness and wholesome baking! Our soup & sandwiches were so fresh and scrumptious, I didn’t have a chance to take a photo! I assume they could make it a little warmer, a little more homey but we enjoyed it.

We had lunch for the first time at Old Mill today and it was so yummy! I got a pick 2 meal with the chicken salad sandwich and their soup of the day- loaded baked potato. The chicken salad sandwich was so delicious! They put bell peppers in their chicken salad and it was a whole new level of flavor! The soup seemed homemade and was hot and full of loaded baked potato goodies. This also came with a cookie! My boyfriend got the Old Mill panini with chips and said his sandwich was tasty and fresh. His meal also came with a cookie! We got lucky and had the chance to sample some divine pumpkin bread that the manager brought around for customers during their meal. Service was fast and friendly, food was well made and tasty, and we're already planning our trip back!

Absolutely delicious bakery goods, from home made cinnamon rolls, fudge brownies, cookies to freshly baked bread. Potato soup was wonderful. Each visit I try something different as well as my favorites. Happy to shop at a local family establishment.

Just stopped in the middle of eating my lunch from Old Mill to give them a review. (I don't write reviews. That should say something in and of itself.) Delicious, freshly baked breads to choose from (love their sourdough bread) or stop in for breakfast and/or lunch. Simple sandwiches, yet in each, a touch of something special or unexpected, elevating the "simple" to simply wonderful, and soups that are so good, you want to ask for the recipe, but refrain. 🫢 So, if you haven't tried Old Mill, I recommend doing so in the near future. Be sure to look at the choices of yummy breads. Did I mention the sourdough bread? 😉 It is almost as good as my late mom's, which is a HUGE compliment. Stop by, smell the aroma of freshly baked bread, say hi to Mike, and enjoy. (P.S. Thanks for the cookies added to lunch today. I didn't really think that I wanted anything sweet, but took one bite and realized that, yes, actually, I did...)

Large, working bakery. Proprietor seems to be on-site and at register. All baked goods fresh. Large assortment of both sweets and loaf breads. Basic tables to the side if you choose to eat in. Thermos coffee. Scones and sourdough loaf bread exceptional. This would be my go-to bakery if I lived in Rock City.

Love to see a real bread bakery in my new home of Little Rock, Arkansas. Please try this wonderful place. Fresh baked breads and sandwiches, pastries. I had a cranberry scone. It was great. He insisted on warming it up for me even though I was happy to take it and go just out of the case. Nice people!!

From the Chicken Pesto Panini to the Turkey and Swiss Apple onCranberry Bread, it was another great lunch date. The Garden Veggie soup was very tasty.

I stopped by accidentally. I'm glad I did. I got the salad, half sandwich and soup. The panini was large enough to fill me even though it was 1/2. The vegetable soup was interesting and what can you say about a salad. All in all a good experience. The man behind the counter we pleasant and friendly. I'll be back.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the B.A.E. to go and it came with a cookie. Service was very fast and the gentleman that took my order was warm & friendly. My breakfast sandwich was very flavorful and the bread was perfectly baked & moist. 10/10 will be coming back again

Trying to breakfast for the first time we ordered the early bird and the old mill breakfast burrito, two water, and a cinnamon roll to go. Surprisingly, it was delicious. customer service was great . Food temperature was excellent. We are come again for other options.

The best bread I’ve ever had. I got the tomato herbs and cheese. But the soup? The soup! The WORST soup I’ve ever had. The broccoli cheddar was watery and unpleasant. It also cost $7 for the tiniest portion ever. But the bread. The bread was so delicious I almost ate half the loaf in one sitting. Please just stick to what you’re good at.

Below average sourdough bread. Only comes in loaf form. The bread has a tiny hint of sourdough at the end for the chew. Quality of texture is similar to one or two day ol bread.

The chicken salad was very strange because it has bell peppers, yet it comes on a sweet bread (cranberry and pecan). The combination of the two is extremely off-putting and left a horrible aftertaste. In addition, they give you the thinnest smear of chicken salad on the sandwich - the whole thing was the thickness of my thumb. Not worth $11+ for such a meager ration
