I’m giving this place a 5/5. We are just passing through headed back home from being with family for the holidays and we stoped to get some breakfast. Every single employee we interacted with was super friendly! The McDonald’s where we live could never 😂 give these folks a raise!

The cashier that assisted me was constantly working. He went from working in the kitchen to mopping the floors to assisting me with my purchase. He was friendly and when I exited the store he held the door for me. Great customer service! Thank you.

Even though I am a bit disappointed with the meat 🍖 portion being minimized and prices being increased, it is still a better deal and better test while all those changes. Not to mention, combo deal still a better deal with competition. Onr thing for sure all associates and employees in In and out are very enthusiastic, motivated and friendly to each and everyone. Thank you for your great service. Keep up the great tests and maintain standards and values for all.

Great location, right off the highway, you can get some good food, drinks and various coffees, and get some rest.

Getting better at ordering through the app and just realized they now have curbside service at our local location in Littlerock, CA. Using the APP and Curbside Service together, I can now simply roll up, order, pay and munch without egettleaving the vehicle or motorcycle!

The staff here are nice and the place is clean. My only complaint is the stupid design of the women's bathroom sink and counter, mainly trying to wash hands with a faucet that barely hangs over the sink, so water inevitably goes onto the counter contributing to the corrosion of the faucet and adding more work for the person who cleans the bathroom. I brought it up with one of the employees and she said that the bathroom was remodeled recently. That's a surprise because the soap dispenser is already broken. My first memory of MacDonald's is from Soviet Russia where the first (in the country) MacDonald's was built in downtown Moscow. The waiting line stretched all around Pushkin's Square. Day and night pleople waited for hours to get in. Years later the rush subsided and I was able to check it out. I was most impressed with the bathroom: sinks, counter, hot water, beautiful chrystal design faucets, paper towels (and don't get me started on the toilets), everything worked, everything was so well thought through. It was nothing like public Soviet Russian bathrooms. Russians spoke highly of MacDonald's then. Surely, this little MacDonald's is capable of a proper sink installation.

One of the best but busiest in town. wait can be 15 min most the time it's 5 min. Employees are friendly. My only complaint is the soda machines they have 2 but only 1 has an ice machine that work and the ice machine that does work looks gross from the outside with hard water stains all over it. It Esthetically unpleasant to a customer looking for cleanliness. 1 thing i like I see is that the employees are eating the food on break so I feel the kitchen is clean.

The male cashier was super sweet and nice also spoke Spanish, kept checking in to be sure everyone was having a good time and enjoying their food. The bathrooms were clean as well. Parking was a bit small but if you have a sedan or larger there's an empty lot in front to park.

Food: Great! This place is understaffed however they do make the food really fresh, hot, and crispy. Unlike other locations. My hot and spicy was actually hot and spicy. It would be 5 stars if it was just based on food because it’s perfect. Service: Could use some work on being more personable and smiling. Also, they don’t allow free refills which I found extremely odd. They have a 30 minute limit to sit and eat, I don’t know who scarfs their food down in 30 minutes. With McDonald’s originally being a child’s place, they’d know kids take way longer than 30 minutes to adjust and eat. Atmosphere: the atmosphere was okay, it wasn’t dirty but the floors and tables needed a little cleaning between customers. Bathrooms were clean though! Overall, great food just a little strict for a children’s fast food place.

Since everyone knows McDonald's I am not gonna review the food or service much. This location was pretty clean. There is also code lock on the bathroom door here. I will say when we went, they did not even put cheese on the burger. just around the rim. So yeah they cut corners. Double check your food at this location.

I can’t ding it to hard because it’s California. Everything was great on the employee side like food and service. But most businesses are handicapped on atmosphere when every bathroom is locked, no mirrors, and so on due to the state of cali. Reminds me of living in detroit.

The self-serve soda machine is gone for a year and there is a no-refill policy. Kind of disappointing.

Excellent idea that you need to order 1st and the Pin to enter the restroom is on the bottom of your receipt. The trash cans needed to be empty and there was no soap in the dispensers. Counter personnel were very nice.

There is a young kid with a pony tail that works here that has excellent customer service. The other staff are always grumpy. My egg McMuffin was thrown together and cheese was not melted. Bathrooms needed cleaned

This place used to be really good in 2022 but they've just gone downhill. They used to serve breakfast until 2:30pm. Today, I got in line for the drive through for breakfast around 10:50am. They were taking their sweet time taking peoples orders. There was only 2 cars in front of me but by the time I got to the speaker, it was 11:02am. I went to order breakfast and they say they don't have breakfast anymore. I order something else and ask for a frappe. They say sorry we don't have any. Whatever, I get something else go to the 1st window to pay. I get to the second window for my food and I see about 5 different drinks and then 2 frappes. How are you going to pick and choose who gets what just because you're too lazy to make them.

Rating this on a total of 3 visits. Expecting fast service? Maybe during rush hour. Be careful though. They are notorious for messing up orders. They messed up all 3 times but no I do not have time to go back or waste time calling. When they are slow they take FOREVER. I ordered a happy meal inside because drive through line was long, inside much shorter but waited literally 32 min for it! I always time fast food places. If you are a vegetarian don't expect to come here and have vegetarian food, that is just the craziest move a vegetarian can make, unless you order salad. Have gone to restroom and nothing about handicap not being able to go in with wheel chair. Saying this because I read a comment on it. Besides that I mean if you have plenty of time to waste in case of slow moving times then sit down with family is great!

The location is convenient for our trips from the mountains to Santa Clarita. BEWARE! This location does not offer any assistance at the front counter and no refils on drinks!

Stopped by just for a couple of ice cream cups, but the drive thru was super busy, and at the counter the wait was even longer. It took me about 25 minutes to get out of there and the ice cream wasn't as tasty as expected. They need to get more efficient and faster. Maybe a bit of training to the employees or another fast food restaurant nearby to compete with would help.

It was late so I was hungry and decided not to wait till home, so i stop by McDonald's 🤦‍♂️ i wanted a Filet-O-Fish well done. I waited 15mins at front, the fries 🍟 were cold and the sandwich not crispy and hard to chew 😫 sorry but next time I'll wait till I get home. And I think my hand grew or the Sandwich got smaller! Never again. Thanks.

Won't take your order at all personally of course now. Men's bathroom is half a disaster. Obviously the food is bland as usual.

This was probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. They wouldn't let me use the restroom until shown a ticket and Bathrooms were dirty, no refills on soda, super stingy on condiments. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was ok.

As far as McDonald's goes this is a decent stop. I must say the place was clean and well-maintained. The employees were busy and non-personal. The problem I had was the lock on the bathroom door. I had to go pee after hours on the road and the bathrooms needed a passcode to enter. I waited at the counter for an employee and after practically pissing myself the lady behind the counter blurted out a number and kept moving. I did not hear her mumbled and curt response and the wait continued until I could annoy her again. A locked restroom may help the store but it is an inconvenience to the customer. As a customer, I have no sympathy for having to suffer because of your problem.

Ordered two sausage mc muffins at the drive through, he repeated order as sausage mc muffin and received sausage egg mc muffins, asked for a small orange juice, juice cost as much as the mc muffins. Won't be back.

This location does not give free refills on fountain soft drinks. If you want more soda you have to pay for a whole new drink. I have never seen a McDonalds have this policy anywhere else. Not impressed

We were traveling so we got a drive thru order. We had ordered a medium fries and a medium coffee. The coffee was good. But the fries were cold, soggy and very little compared to the price. Never coming back again.

I ordered two drinks. You can no longer get cups and fill your drink and leave. The wait for something so simple was bad. I don’t know why we stop here anymore. There is no more customer service. It’s all digital. And bathroom codes are required. Men and women are different numbers. I think next time you come through para Blossom, I will stop at a local restaurant support them instead of McDonald’s.

I would have gave it perfect stars. But sadly, they do not have no soda machines for the customers that want to refills, and they do not do refills. If you ask to me that's Pretty messed up that I have to pay for another soda. When usually McDonald's other McDonald's give you refills. Everything is terrible. The food is served really messy. And and the system, Will you cut in your order? And ask you to take a number and wait for your food. Well, if we wait for your foot, it'll never get to you because they don't bring it to you. You have to go and pick it up yourself. Well, kind of confusing, what's the point of that?If they're not going to deliver the food to your table. Attitude and service is very poor needs improvement.

Very little service available here. You can only order from the kiosk. I tried ordering from my app and it wouldn't work, so I had to go inside. My kid needed to go to the bathroom but couldn't get the code until we finished ordering and got a receipt. Then we waited 5-6 minutes after our order number was on the Ready side, while 4 staff members passed in and out from behind the counter and not 1 asked if I needed anything. Not sure how people pay cash since it was darn near impossible to get anyone to acknowledge my presence at the register. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience that left a really bad impression of a place we have stopped and patronized many times before.

Poor customer service, management don't care about ordering my food

They have drastically increased the prices on the drinks and do not give any refills. This looses me as a customer. I will not visit any of this franchise until that changes back. And I suggest anyone that reads this do likewise. The employees are ok though.

No cashier to help customers. If I need to be my own cashier, then I need to get a discount or get a check.

Nothing but bad attitudes and management doesn’t seem to care at all. I order correctly, it’s on my receipt correctly, even correct on their stickers that are on each burger. When I go back to get the correct order I get no apology for their error, just a “here you go have a good night”. I will be checking each burger from now on and I don’t care about how long it takes me. That’s probably what everyone else is doing since drive thru takes 15+ minutes at times. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald’s in our area and I know I’ll be back, however, it’s really sad that I will literally have to check each burger I order to make sure it’s correct.

We used to eat there two times a week while traveling. We found the customer service is not up to other fast food restaurants. They need to improve on training programs now that they have raised all their prices. More times than not as we drive away we find out our order is not correct. Not turning around to go back. Not to mention it now costs more than $30 for two adults to eat there. The burgers are tasteless and barely visible in the bun. Eliminating the $1 any drink size increased the total price. I hope the franchisee is happy with the increased prices because they lost us as a customer. The owner should drive thru In and Out, chic filet, or Wendy’s to see how workers treat their customers. Let’s see, $30 x 2 x 48 weeks, you figure out how much they lost in revenue. Lost customer revenue adds up!!! As a suggestion, customers fed up with McDonalds should try the Biggie Bag at Wendy’s. Two adults can eat for $15 and you can actually taste meat!!!

I have to update my review, I've have had to go back to McDonald's to get my full order for the past three separate times just because they keep forgetting 1 or 2 items in my order. I live nearby but I still don't want to keep going to McDonald's twice just to get my full payed for order. Sometimes I know it's an accident but three times in a row is insane.

Honestly, I didn’t like the way a girl form staff talked to me. she had no badge. I boght two coffees, no milk, no sugar and she gave me my order in a opposite way. She gave me attitude when I asked her ise restroom. But service form her, bad experience on this place

I wish I could go below 1 star. Manger is a complete jerk and likes to disrespect customers and his own staff!!!.... Had to go back 3 times to get order right for disabled neighbor. Never Properly Managed. The ice cream Machine Never Works, same with their Ice Machines. The only cold thing is their Air Conditioning and the food given at drive through after ordering. Oh yeah and their staff especially when they don't like you asking questions or making requests. The Rudeness seems to be the Theme No matter what time it is. (Kiosk ;Drink machines don't always work) Corporate should do under cover work at this Location. With all the Problems this is still a great location especially for the travelers. It's always clean and bathrooms always work. Parking,well sometimes you need to park at Charlie Brown's next door across the side street.

Employees are very rude and roll their eyes when you ask them anything. Added an orange juice to my order and kept being told at pickup I didn’t order one because they didn’t give a receipt for it. Bad communication between taking orders and delivery of the orders. Nonetheless 5$ for a small orange juice is insane. I’m always having issues with this location especially during breakfast.

The food was old and not what I ordered. They remade if three times and it still was wrong.The fries tasted bad like the oil was dirty. My burger was cold and made my stomach hurt. The restrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. All the workers seemed to be just standing there while I waited with four people who had there order wrong as well and three waiting on food. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. If somewhere has a fast food chain name I expect the same service. I feel sick to my stomach and I only ate two bites.I am so disappointed... Ill start With the reception i received when i stopped in from traveling to use the restroom. I've probably done that a half dozen times before. They have always been gracious before and Being a shareholder I thought that was pretty smart. This time as I asked for the code to their restroom 2 different employees, In a rather snide tone reminded me that the restroom was for purchasing customers only. I then ordered a small coffee. I looked at my receipt and noticed there was a code at the bottom. I used the restroom, took my time, came out and my coffee still wasn't ready. I think 3 people were in line before me , so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed with business. When I finally got my coffee I took 2 steps opened the lid and it was absolutely cold. So I simply dumped the coffee and went on my way since I didn't have time to go back and ask for a refill. I'm going to assume that this visit was an anomaly since so many other visits have gone well. But on this particular visit they failed miserably.

The dining room closed at 8 had to go to the drive thru which wouldn't had been a problem if I knew they closed the Dining room at 8pm. The closing time was scratched off on the sign. The food has gotten more expensive, while the quality of food has diminished. I'm done with McDonald's. I'll never spend another penny with them.

I feel bad for everyone who works here. The guy taking drive-through orders was very apologetic after saying welcome to me twice. I assume he was helping out his coworkers because they are completely understaffed and just got flustered. The workers here are almost always friendly. The company does not care for them at all, though. Hopefully, they will get some more help soon.

Everytime I come here at night I have to wait in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes. It is the only McDonald's that is like this. I believe it is very understaffed. Also they charge me for sauces. This McDonald's sucks and does not hold the standard I'm used to. And I have been to many McDonald's though out the years this is by far the worst

It sucks when they choose profit over their Customer, This is what you will find here. The situation was with their supply of medium cups I would I'd like a small order, Only have medium. They asked me if I wanted a water bottle instead or upgrade for twenty cents To a size I did not want. Over .20 cents they let me walk away hungry. 04/20 I drove in for take out, as I was waiting to pay, I noticed the cashier wiping his nose with the back of his hand. GROSS. As he was opening the window he sneezed multiple times into his shirt. He apologize and offered to wash his hands. I asked for a manager and ask her why she hasn't sent this employee home. Her reason was because they were short staffed. Smh. Allowing a sick employee to work while handling food is UNACCEPTABLE and I want to understand why this is even allowed.

Place is sketchy. People all around just standing around outside scoping out the cars in the parking lot. The service was less than sub par, a large fry is like a small at all the other mc donalds. They do not do refills on drinks, people working behind the counter make you wait about 2-5 min to acknowledge that your standing there even when 3 or 4 of them look directly at you while your standing there waiting to be acknowledged. Would not recommend stopping here.

I ordered two picante and one flame which they charged me at the kiosk. When I picked up the order, they said there was no more of the sauces left. They did not even offer me a substitute, and I had to ask the girl twice if I can get a substitute. The girl reluctantly hands me one sauce. I told her I ordered three and she only gave me a second one. Finally I ordered extra cheese and she states that normally the fish fillet only has a half a slice of cheese so an extra cheese means I only get one whole slice. This Mcdonald skimps you on the food for full price and does not offer any real service besides handing you food. Horrible experience.

One car in front of me at order window roof 18 minutes to get to window to pay. Then I get my two Sausage Burritos and they had half the amount of the ingredients that they usually have and looked like they had been sitting for a long time. Reach in my bag to get my normal salsa to put on my burrito and there were none in the bag and also no napkins. Go to this location at atleast a few times a month but service has been getting slower everytime but today was over the top. I need to find another location.

If it’s the only option i guess. Employees were very rude to a guy (was deaf) saw him eat then ask for the bathroom and the lady told him where’s his receipt? He couldn’t use it unless he had one? This place has no manners. And the kiosk machine said there was no coffee when I literally saw them pouring coffee. A lady ask why was it out of stock. You could tell she wanted a coffee and all they said was they would let their sub know. Like why didn’t they ask her if she would like one u know? This place will keep going down hill and u can tell the managers/owners don’t care about their customers at all just their appearance. All this place cares about it the drive thru and hate to serve people inside the restaurant. Very disappointing place. Would not recommend this one.

Everything about this location was off. There was no one in the front. Everything is digital. You have to order through the kiosk. The wait was so long. There was no parking in the parking lot. The ice cream for the sundaes is completely different than all the other stores will definitely never stop at this location again set up is super weird.

Floors are sticky and food was cold will not be returning to this place. The only thing they care about is taking your money wether you return or not.

12/2023. No soda Refills!!! No cashier, no cash transaction. All orders must be through Kiosk. The lobby is clean and with plenty of tables. There are rear parking for RV on dirt lot. Restroom requires code that is printed on the receipt and the staff won't tell what the code is. "Hope this is a one off and not the trend."

I shouldn’t be waiting over 20 minutes for 10 pc chicken nuggets only. They served everyone that entered the store after me but not my order.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could for the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I was on a road trip and I ordered a coffee at another McDonald's down the road but they made my coffee wrong and this location REFUSED even after talking to a manager to remake my coffee order. I've never had that happen before and they were rude about it too. Also the girl I was talking too first had these black stickers on her face and I would recommend better training in customer service.

The bathrooms here are disgusting. Spent $45 here just to only get 2 sauces. Asked for more and they said they would charge me crazy. The burger is very dry. They also don’t offer military discount or senior discount. Got food from the drive through and they only gave us two napkins. Would not recommend.

Literally a single person working both food and drive thru. This might be the worst run McDonald's that I've encountered. They should hire a better management team because with the way things are going in that store, it'll only get worse not just for the employees, buy also the brand.

Stoped 2 times in 4 days and no soap in men's restroom. Wonder where employees are washing hands?

I ordered through the drive-thru first they started to sound rude when I was ordering then they messed up my order twice and before I was about to leave they forget my something in my order I wasn't the only one too and then they have the audacity to give me attitude for no reason like your the one who messed up my order you need to take accountability for your actions

Corporate needs to investigate this location. The management running this mcdonalds is harming the brand. Extremely slow service, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Reoccurring problems with the mcdonalds apps for this location. Instead of helping to resolve issues, management refuses to help and leaves customers to figure things out. Whether understaffed or poorly managed, this mcdonalds is one location you should avoid at all costs

Horrible experience DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I can rate this place a BIG ZERO I would. First off NO FREE REFILL, NO KETCHUP, NO NAPKINS, NO GRINCHMAS MEALS and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are not fully stocked, and they should have better service since they are near a hwy. I am defenetly telling everyone I know not to go to this location. ZERO STARS DISAPOINTED.

I came here to get my food and everything was pretty much good I got my food and I walked back to my car and the fries were stale and they were cold as if they gave me some else fries that they didn't want and they just sat there and they gave them to me when I ordered .

Apparently McDonald's put in these order kiosks so that their employees could ignore customers, after waiting for over 15 minutes after placing my order at the kiosks, an employee finally asked if I needed something, which I said yes I need to pay please. I paid then went to what I guess you call a bathroom more like a haunted house to wash my hands I walked into one of the most disgusting restrooms I've been in. Scared to even wash my hands I reluctantly entered & was hit with a smell i can only describe as 2 skunks making love i exited only to wait another 15 minutes for my food, which wasn't even warm, made no sense it wasn't like they had it out to me in a couple of minutes, so my advice avoid this place unless your looking for food poisoning or a staff infection.

I when today l 9/17/25 ike at 4:20 -4:30 I order 2 meals one was $5 $6 and the chicken. Nuggets where old like if there was stilling there for a while and the fries were super cold not even warm or fresh.

Shout out to the manager for trying to ruin my morning short lady with glasses and no customer service whatsoever didn't get her name honestly I'm lost at the situation. I go to that location often but fortunately I won't be going back i rather drive to the one on ave s never had a problem with the customer service here at this location maybe she wasn't having a good morning. Went thru the drive thru placed my order ask cashier to repeat order I paid well over $30 noticed my sandwich wasn't how I ordered it turns out I didn't pay to add the sausage on it so I told the girl I'll pay to add the sausage but if it possible can they make me a fresh one she said yes manager came back making it a big deal because I wouldn't give her the sandwich back without getting the fresh one my thought is they never wanted to make me a fresh one she just wanted to add the sausage I live about 15 mins out everything is far I had already wasted my time sitting in the drive thru the second time around so forgive me for wanting my food to be fresh don't know what type of customer service the manager is on but God bless her thank you for your not service it was an easy fix I paid for the food no need to make things a big deal when it was their fault to begin with.
