Bought today 10.28.2024 The Tenders were very good. But the fries. ☹️ Look like were fried twice. Price was high too. Went home and made a quick potatoes in the fryer.

This place is horrible. The worst customer service I have ever had and the worst Wing Stop I have ever gone to. I have an issue with my order 9 out of 10 times when I order from them but if I want wings I have no choice but to come here. So if you have a choice go somewhere else!!! Also if it wasn't expensive enough already they only give u 1ranch/blue cheese and make u pay $1.99 for each addl one. RIP OFF!!!

Ordered a 30 piece, very little flavor. Seems likes they water down the sauces. Some of the wings seemed old and tasted like bare chicken with not even salt

If you happen to order when they are having a rush, you could be waiting over 2 hours. And no, it is NOT reflected on the app. Worse yet, they promised a refund and never gave one. Buyer beaware!

i usually never order well done but it seems if you dont ask then your food is always undercooked only this time my tenders were burned so bad they were not edible , the meal was already severely expensive (Cali prices im visiting from Texas) so I was hoping to get my monies worth , I trashed them. Someone had to look at those tenders and knew that they were not presentable yet they served them anyways! Almost $20 for 4 tenders & a drink is insane, this same meal is roughly $11 in Texas. There arent many options in the Pleasanton/Livermore area, the one in Pleasanton where im staying had a 2.3 ratings so i took my chances & drove 00:20 mins to this one and was disappointed ugh!

Poor quality, would not order from here again. The wings were average, and fries were semi burned with lots of crumbs.

The food is good but they cannot get the order right, once I understand but happened to me 3 times.

I love wingstop but this location always disappoints, especially today. I did an online order for 12pm. I get there at 12:15, no other customer is there and they haven't even started my order. While I'm waiting for my order I can hear an employee in the bathroom cussing someone out very aggressively for at least 5 minutes(I thought it was another customer until he came out). After a short time I get my order and leave. When I go to eat my boneless wings are overcooked and dry. Again I love Wingstop but unfortunately won't be at this location again.

No stars.. Horrible service from punk kids with attitude and 1 hr 20mins for an online order to be filled.. I was in your store for 45 mins waiting for my order that had been placed earlier. No care, no hustle, no business anymore.! Shut this store down this place sucks!!!..... Picture is fries "extra crispy" even the food wasn't right

This place needs serious management attention. The front counter staff need urgent customer service training. Rude and careless service is unacceptable. If your AC is broken, CLOSE the restaurant. Forcing customers to sit in unbearable heat is not okay. If you don’t have all drinks available, don’t charge me for a fountain drink and fail to mention it. That’s misleading and unfair. The bathroom smells terrible. If you can’t maintain basic cleanliness, don’t keep it open. A fire extinguisher leaking? That’s a fire hazard. This is beyond negligence — it’s dangerous and could shut the place down. This location is poorly run and unsafe. Until these issues are fixed, I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The people working there are very rude and unprofessional. It's not the responsibility of the doordash drivers to fill up the cups for customers. Although i explained them nicely that i shall not do this, its against the health code violation of the company. And they refused to give me the order which means the customer have to wait for another 30 minutes that someone else deliver to her. I hope the owner sees this review and replace them with the new professional employees.

everytime i order from this location, they never put any seasoning on my corn, i now ask for extra everytime and they usually will put none at all. I receive plain corn. The chicken is only seasoned if you get a rub

Muhammad talk so fast, tables need to clean up, he's not a consumer oriented person. Our bill is $60.59 we handed $100.00 and he don't want to accept it since I withdraw money from my bank 100 dollar bills.If you don't have a card and no 20 dollar bills don't come and visit this store

Don’t order from here. They don’t care about their customers. They neglected to include dipping sauces in my order. They didn’t include the ranch I paid for. Subpar. Order from another store
