2-16-22 @630pm. First time at Lock 34. Very friendly staff. Each bartender took time to say hello and welcome to Lock 34. I ordered the French Dip sandwich. It was excellent. Perfect portion with standard bar potatoe chips. Never had to ask for refill on drinks...excellent service considering Bar was busy. Will be back to try other menu options.

Really good food and service. I work nearby and have wanted to try it for a while and I’m glad I did. Got a Rodeo burger and quesadilla. Fantastic. Worth a stop by if you can.

I had my daughter's baby shower here and also my bridal shower. Food was amazing but times and service was great! I highly recommend this venue!!

First of all, our waiter, Jordan, was very nice and accommodating to our needs 😁my husband and I split the reuben sandwich which was the best we've had in a long time😋 I ordered the onion rings and he got the french fries very good Jordan is the best 👍😁

Very nice place. First time there. I had a fish fry (cod) and hubby had beef on week with gravy. Fish was good. Only came with fries and small side of Cole slaw and tartar sauce. Beef was very tender. Gravy was au just only. Bartender was very pleasant (we sat at the bar. Lots of room. We'll go back next time we're in Lockport.

What an amazing experience from the hostess greeting us to the prompt attention, and the great service by Kayla and Jordan. The food was amazing and the dessert phenomenal.

Went here with my daughter for lunch for our first time. Friendly staff greeted us and offered us seating choices. We elected to eat outside on the patio. I had the cblt and my daughter had the anchor wrap. Got both with the fries which was a great choice. Both meals were very tasty and good portions. Fries were I think battered and crunchy outside and creamy inside. Well done to the chef! Usually I will have something negative to add but there was nothing bad that I can add. From the great waiter to wonderful food. Go there and hope you have a wonderful experience also!

Good food, quant place. We happened to be there on trivia night, it was a lot of fun. We weren't expecting that. I had a Ruben sandwich and I have to say, it is the best Ruben I have ever had! The corned beef was really tender. 6 of us met for a family dinner. I would definitely go there again.

I've gotten takeout from here a few times and it's been mostly great. The pizza is good, on the smaller side so prepare for that if getting it for a group, but great flavor. The ranch is also incredible. I got chicken tenders last night that unfortunately were not great. The online ordering let's you choose the option for sauce on the side but it appears it doesn't print that way on the ticket so my tenders were DRENCHED in BQ sauce, so much that it was not good and hard to eat. They were soggy and literally drowning in the sauce. I also paid for extra ranch and only got one. And got celery and carrots which came in a little baggie that was set on top of the box of tenders so they were hot by the time I picked my order up. Disappointing dinner, but again I've had good experiences in the past.

The service was my first impression and I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. Our waiter didn't ask if we were ready to order for a while. Once she dropped off the drinks we had our menus down ready to give our order and she said she had to run food and she'd be back for the order. Well we waited a while. Once our order went in the food came out efficiently. Drink refills happened in a rush and she didn't clear the empty glasses. We were already placed at a table for two with three people in our party so it was frustrating. Plus they give you water glasses to start wether you ask for it or not. So with one refill each we had nine glasses at our table. I got the rodeo burger cooked medium temp. Bravo cooks :) it was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the BBQ, caramelized onions, cheese, and meat was sweet and savory. I got onion rings on the side. They are perfect too. Crunchy and just the right size. My fiance got the pulled pork nachos. He said the pulled pork was super sweet and delicious. Don't plan to get this meal in takeout though. It won't taste the same. You have to eat it after it was prepared. My daughter got medium boneless wings. She wasn't as happy about her meal. The wings has almost no sauce and medium is more like mild. I blame myself for this one. We should have asked for extra sauce on the side and about the heart of the wings.

We were looking for new place to eat that was casual but nice. We were pleasantly surprised at our choice. The staff, including the hostess to the waitresses, were so kind accommodating and patient. Our food was tasty, and came to us hot. The finished plates were removed promptly. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star rating was some of the prices. We ordered the jalapeno poppers for an appetizer to share before our entrees. There were only three on a dish. The price....$12! There's a pic of them covered in cheese. They were ok..a little hard, maybe undercooked? No breading..just cheese and baked. But to each there own. Not for us. Pricey! Our dinners were good. Average to tasty. The restrooms were very clean. Good sign. We might go here again.
