I only think I would return to Panera is if it was a fundraiser as I did today. I feel the portion sizes are WAY too small for the prices they charge. For the amount I paid today for 2 kids meals and 2 pick twos I could have gotten a LOT more food at other restaurants. Like for instance we ordered the Steak and Cheese kids sandwich and the "cheese" in the name wasn't even in stock so he just had steak on bread. For over $7 there needed to be more than what's in my attached picture. The food overall tasted good, just not worth the price.

Worst Managed Panera Bread. Panera BREAD had been out of Baguette's the past several times we came to this location. Tonight they finally had a Baguette but we order a Bread bowl, we get here and......Manager says, not sure why you are allowed to order it, we have been out of bread bowls since 5pm. Manager advised me about pre-ordering before 5pm to try to reserve a Bread bowl. Terrible experience. We came for a soup in a bread bowl. Hopefully other Panera's don't stop making bread.

At 12:45 PM I tried to order one of the new chicken Roma asiago bagel sandwiches. They were already sold out. It is still the lunch hour, and I was told they were sold out and I could not order that sandwich. Ridiculous, so I left

Ordered delivery from here for my work lunch and I specifically requested utensils. I did not receive any utensils, unsure of how I am supposed to eat a soup without a utensils!!! Not to mention they didn’t give me any napkins.. I thought every place will give you napkins with your food order… not impressed and will not order again.

I don’t leave reviews because I understand workload and food service, but I waited about half an hour to get 2 soups and a sandwich with little to no one in line while everyone was moving rather slow in the kitchen

I ordered a bakers dozen of bagels this morning from Panera in Lockport and when I got home the bagels looked like they have been chewed up by the slicer. So disappointing

To the management of the Panera in Lockport, Illinois. I visited your drive-through today for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I placed the order at 10:40AM. when I pulled forward and paid for my order a total of $13.07, left a two dollar tip. I was told to pull forward. They’re still working on the sandwich. It will be ready shortly. Keep in mind I was waiting about two minutes for the vehicle ahead of me after I place the order. I pulled forward and sat for another seven minutes. At that time now I had to get going because I have a workout session with a personal trainer. I left and called the Panera location in Lockport and advised them of what was going on. I told them to donate my order and remove my telephone number from their system. I will never visit this location again nor will I ever recommend it. Our family’s been frustrated with the service at this Panera on several occasions and enough is enough. When you spend your hard earned money to order food service should be decent, not substandard as this.

Worst experience ever here. As a local for many years I come here quite often and enjoy staying in the cafe of occasionally using the app for takeout. The app was down, no problem. Go inside to order on the kiosk and that’s having an issue. Okay no problem, so we go to order up front. The Manager Olga took our order and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing, had to repeat things multiple times because she couldn’t find the buttons. Anyway, of course she missed multiple things on our $50+ order so I had to verify with the kitchen staff that it would be made correct. Only to find out that she had put our order for dine in and didn’t even try spelling my name that I spelled out letter for letter for her since I know it can be difficult. 30 minutes later I go to check on my order which of course had been sitting out so I had told them that I specifically asked for to go since it was just me and my boyfriend picking up multiple orders. They took everything and packaged it to go, I made sure to check everything was good to go only to find out our bowl of Mac and cheese was half full, the sandwich was missing olives the salad had the dressing on it which I specifically asked for it on the side and they gave me a green and hard apple. Not a problem, I had kindly asked that they fix my order…. They said they could redo the salad and give me my sandwich topping on the side but the rest they cannot do because the “Mac and cheese was proportioned” we grabbed the cup size bowl before we left to see how much more we were actually getting for the extra payment but realized it was only a small spoonful more. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and experience. I understand having to wait due to the system and having additional orders but all I expect when waiting 30+ minutes for our food is for it to at least be correct.

This location is honestly just getting worse. The bacon avocado melt I got on the left vs the app picture is laughable. Literally not one piece of bacon on it- only a few tiny bits. That avocado slice was the only slice on the entire sandwhich. Really a disappointment.

I’v been couple times in this location and every time I was not happy with sandwiches. I thought maybe every Panera Bread is cutting portions n food quality, but I guess no, only this location..Last week I went to Orland Park location, ordered Cuban sandwich and it was delicious and right size. Today I ordered same thing from this location, and COME ON, ARE SERIOUS?! Its one bite sandwich, plus meat tasted dry, old.. Im done giving chances to this location 👎
