The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, polite, and courteous. Everything was clean/tidy (including the bathroom). It was an enjoyable experience, for sure. 💖
Clean and fast. Bowl ingredients were as expected. Staff was friendly and professional. BUT Y’all gotta chill with the salt on your chips. They’ve been way over salted all 3 times I’ve been to this location. Makes me feel like Spongebob when he’s in Sandy’s dome. I spend more time wiping the salt off my chips and picking out the ones that can’t be saved than I do eating my entire meal. I’m still leaving 5 stars since I know anything less is a negative review.

I have been to a lot of chipotle’s but this one was the best. Hands down. They were well staffed, the staff was friendly and efficient with their work, the employees were always doing something be it cleaning, restocking, etc. I was so impressed. Feels like it been a long time since I have seen a group of employees with this kind of work ethic that it was so noticeable! Thank you chipotle staff for making it a pleasant lunch. When I am back in this area I will always come to this chipotle!
I stopped while on a road trip from Texas, and I found this Chipotle to be great. I was greeted when I first came in and the staff was friendly and helpful (I needed help to figure out how to get points.) The store was spotless and the food was great. One of the best Chipotle’s I have been to and I’m a fan of most.

I have been to several Chipotles throughout the US and this one was by far the best! The staff was very friendly and highly motivated and hard working. The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The food was also amazing. Everything was perfect and would definitely recommend this chipotle!
Stopped on way to Yosemite. Lots of outside seating with shade. Parking lot was cozy, shared with a couple other stores in same area. Has a drive through which we thought was an interesting idea for Chipotle.

I have been to a lot of chipotle’s but this one was the best. Hands down. They were well staffed, the staff was friendly and efficient with their work, the employees were always doing something be it cleaning, restocking, etc. I was so impressed. Standard Chipotle not bad, not amazing. Burritos hit the spot and the service usually moves at a good pace, but the guac can be inconsistent. It’s still a steady go-to when I want something quick but a little better than fast food.

Standard Chipotle not bad, not amazing. Burritos hit the spot and the service usually moves at a good pace, but the guac can be inconsistent. It’s still a steady go-to when I want something quick but a little better than fast food.
The rice was very clumpy and I received a piece of steak that was entirely fat. Not great. The staff was very accommodating though, nothing but praise for their services. The place was well kept with the exception of the bathroom which could use a once over, but nothing too serious. I also don't understand why there was an option to recycle without an actual bin to recycle in.

We came in when they were still supposed to be open for another 2 hours. No one want to help us. I stood at the front to order and even made eye contact with some girls in the kitchen but no one came up. It was super weird. Eventually a guy from further back came, but it was pretty clear he didn't want to help either. Or maybe he was a annoyed the girls didn't help us. Either way bad service. I could understand the attitude, if we came in 15 -30 minutes before close, but they were still supposed to be open for hours. Also all of the table and chairs were put up so you couldn't sit. That's why I double checked the hours. I think they wanted people to think it was closed.

They do not take food allergies seriously. Serious safety issue. Female management on duty on 12/21/25 @ 1:31 PM. She was very rude and gave me an eye-roll when I informed her that my son has allergies and if she kindly asked her if she could change her gloves because my son has a lot of allergies. My son is ANAPHYLACTIC to wheat and eggs and allergic to garlic, peanut and mung bean. We order exactly the same food for my son every chipotle we go to. This location and the one located in Berkeley had treated us disrespectfully after informing them that my son has allergies. She deliberately washed her hands very very long that another male employee served us. She didn’t even serve us or rather refused to serve us. I informed the gentleman that my son has allergies. He changed his gloves no problem and helped us. She smiled at everyone else after. No apologies from her rudeness. No, we don’t need free food. I know how to respect my server since I used to work in food industry and customer service. I understand how hard it is to work with public. But when it regards to my son’s medical concern I know how to politely ask for extra step, and will not stop asking for that extra step.

Saltiest Pico de gallo (Mild salsa). Also put all the bean juice in the burrito so it was a bit messy.

Ordered online, asked for napkins and utensils, received none. Could've forgiven that but I cannot forgive the burnt quesadilla they gave me. So gross. Also, the mild tomato salsa is not mild, it's got heat. If I wanted some heat I would've ordered medium.

Some of the workers had an issue with me sharing my food with my group. One of them even went and told others, which led to several of them staring at us, making us feel very uncomfortable. It’s really not their concern whether or not I choose to share my food with someone.
I was first kicked out of the lobby when I was waiting at a table for my mobile order (I came too early and it was 100degrees in my car) and was told since I selected drive-thru on the app I need to go back to my car. Then when I came through drive I was shouted at that I was too early and to come back. I was literally waiting not speaking to anyone in lobby, not by the counter. honestly I've had issues here before but this one was just wild and overdid it all.
I've been coming to Chipotle for years, despite them raising prices considerably on a regular basis. Probably done with this food after tonight; portions get smaller and smaller, prices go up, and 30 minutes before closing you still hardly give anything in a 13 dollar burrito with nothing added? You have containers of meat full sitting around and after you close you all are either gonna throw it away or keep it for yourself...awesome policies. People should stop eating your food until you actually try to feed them. I know the portions you guys make yourselves for free every day arent like the portions you sell to paying customers. But hey at least it's clean on the floor. Update: January 2nd, 2026. PORTIONS STILL SUCK! New incompetent hire gave me a burrito smaller than my hand, and I do not have big hands at all LMAO! Been to multiple other Chipotle locations in the area, just go to any other one honestly. Unless you like paying adult price entree prices for a kids meal of food.
