My 2 favorite baristas are at this store! You have Kim woohoo she is the best you need some cheer with your coffee you go see her!! I have been going to starbucks for a very long time and she is one of the reasons why! The other one I want to say his name is Chad or chaz( im horrible sorry) He rocks took my drink order 1 time , ONCE and knew it!!!Plus the fact that they make eye contact and acknowledge that you have entered the store!! Everyone does a fine job at this store but I wanted to highlight on these two!!

Stopped by on my way home from Thanksgiving in Northern California and was treated like an old friend. One of the baristas shared an awesome drink suggestion and, upon finding out that I was just starting out on my 9 hour drive with wife and baby (and needed to stay awake) “comped" the drink and wished us safe travels! We were both very impressed and will be contacting Starbucks to commend this shining example of excellent customer service.

Everyone was so nice at this location. They didn’t have the drink I was hoping to get but I was so happy and pleased with the customer service. It made up for not having the original drink. The second drink I got came out delicious

Fast service, drive through, quiet outdoor seating, love this Starbucks. Extremely busy, especially in the AM, but there's almost always seats with charging outlets available, great for meetings or study. And the perennial business means they know what they're doing. Knock on wood, this location has yet to screw up my order even slightly.

I went to Starbucks today and a guy with puckered up lips, kinda wavy fluffy hair, was taking orders (through the drive-thru). And him and a girl made my drink the best. I got a mango dragon fruit refresher blended and topped with strawberry purée and whipped on top. I’m not lying when I say in my 2 years of going to Starbucks ordering this same drink, this was the best, I would die for this drink. I do not know his name but I hope he gets a raise. Because on top of making my drink amazing he was also super sweet and in general made me have a nice day. They ended up giving us a free drink because the girl accidentally put sweet cream cold foam on top of one drink. We asked how the drink was made and he happily told us everything with patience. He should get a raise, if I could only have one drink for the rest of my life it would be this one. Today I had the best experience I have ever had at Starbucks in 2+ years. We always have a wonderful and fast experience. And always get our order correct. The baristas are upbeat and sweet. This is our main Starbucks stop since its closer to our house.

The Kettleman Rd @ Beckman location of Starbucks is GREAT. I must be honest and say that I have been frequenting this location for a month now and whenever I come in, usually with 2 puppies, it always puts a smile on my face to see that Barista Tay and/or Jaime are on shift. These 2 ladies are highly enthusiast and personable. I have visited the location @ Kettleman and Hutchins, but I find it lacking. Here though, the outdoor seating area is well shaded, and the store itself is kept clean, even during the midst of a rush. I have witnessed problems between a few of the employee's, but I have also seen how management brought them together to work things out. This location of Starbucks is by far the best I have Ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say that this location definitely would be one of the only places I would say deserved a 10. They don't judge people by the way they dress, or color of skin. It is a pleasure to find such a business in today's world. And yes, part of my feelings toward both Batista's mentioned (Tay & Jaime) comes from the fact that even coming on shift they have asked if the puppies needed water. Most businesses around Lodi look in disdain at the fact that I bring these animals with me everywhere, even though these puppies can not be classified as service animals yet, due to only being 2 1/2 months old. Thank you both so much.

One of the Starbucks that still has outlets! Middle bar tables with outlets as well as three perimeter tables with outlet access. Decent vibes at this location relative to many these days.

They always get my order right, they've never had to repeat my drinks. They have a very friendly and professional staff and management there. I stop by before work and on my breaks and they are reliable with my orders.

The day we came to the Starbucks on Kettelman it was closed. Drive thru was open. Not their fault. Gearing up for the new menu and condiment bar,lol.

It was a busy day for them with this heat wave but they kept their service quick efficient and friendly. My son and I both ordered drinks and grilled cheese sandwiches which are amazing we left in a timely manner and happy. I'd recommend the Starbucks to anybody

Really nice starbucks not the biggest location in the world but it does the job. The staff was nice and friendly and provided good timely service. Convenience drive thru was really nice. Pretty fast and the coffee was really good. This is a good location for if you are staying at the wine and roses hotel. I went here every morning for coffee as it is always worth it to have good fresh coffee in the morning.

Love my starbucks I am a diabetic.so they blend a decalf latte with one shot suger free mocha and one shot suger free vanilla with 4 splenda and its amazing.2 percent milk of course.

Good costumer service, some drinks are better than others, if you like iced caramel machiatos ask them for it "upside down" it tastes way better.

I ordered from the app. Upon pick up, the Barista was extremely attentive and courteous. They were pretty busy and still gave excellent customer service.

Iced tea was weak. Service was slower than before for no other reason than I don't know. As others came in ordered, waited, picked up, left and I am still waiting until someone realizes I am the only one standing waiting.

This is one of the few where the baristas will recognize you when entering. They look and say hello, of course I say it back. A few tables are out front with a speaker.

The wait for this location is usually at least 15mins in the morning (8am-9:30am). They they're friendly and have never messed up my drinks.

This is my go-to place during the summer while working for a blended coffee. Love their caramel ribbon crunch. Other than that, my honey and I love their breakfast sandwiches they have. I'm not a fan of the poached eggs used on many breakfast sandwiches, so I always get the bacon, egg and Gouda cheese one for that reason. Some locations sell out of these fast, but haven't had a issue when I have gone to this location. During the summer, they have little table and chairs that are outside year round, but are nice to sit at when weather is warm. One of the only complaints I have with this location is how their drive thru is laid out. Early weekday mornings the line can get quite long. Their entrance to their drive thru is right at the entrance to turn into the 7-11 gas station. So you can either line up going back toward their gas pumps or line up coming from the direction of the hotel in behind there- but then you block anyone trying to exit potentially. Just not a well thought out design for the morning rush. Overall, well it's Starbucks. They are all pretty consistent with how they are. If one is too busy, drive a couple blocks and there'll be another one lol. I think there are 5 or 6 in Lodi alone- with 3 being in the same shopping center at the Safeway shopping center across town.

Pretty good outside seating... shade all day. They do good iced teas and are good about giving free refills (free if you have the app). This is the SB on E. Kettleman NOT the one on W. Kettleman near Kohl's where they practically require a lawyer before they'll give up a refill.

Everything was great but when I get my breakfast sandwich at Starbucks in Tracy they wrap my sandwich before it goes in the bag so when you eat it your hands are on paper not the sandwich. This Starbucks doesn't wrap your sandwich, no big deal but the Tracy Starbucks process is nicer.

Don't understand why Starbucks is so trendy. I only went to be with my sisters. I had a small iced mocha. I got buzzed.

Ordered two bowls of soup each other with extra baguette for each order. I got three pieces of baguette which is pretty hard to split between two people. And I got shafted and didn't get my drink through the drive-thru. Second time this happened, last time got sorted two cookies. I've learned my lesson

Took a good minute to get my drinks my frapp was half melted ordered extra carmel but did not get what i paid for vs what i get at the other starbucks in town and low melted whipped cream never my 1st choice in starbucks the drive through entrace is not ideal and can be difficult to get into. Personally the best starbucks is at kettleman and lower Sacramento st. They know what they are doing maybe this one can get a few pointers from them.

In the past, this place has been the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The last time I came here, my coffee tasted like coffee! The girl who took my order actually listened to what I wanted and fixed my drink for me! It was nice to enjoy my coffee for my drive home!

SB...FIX your LIDS....They have been a hazard for months now...They no longer seal on tightly to the cup and I don't enjoy wearing my coffee.While you are at it buy the lids that have an integrated cover over the sippy part ,so you can seal and unseal at your whim. It's way past time to upgrade.

It was Starbucks. Same drab interior, kind of dark and gloomy. The beverages were great as always and the staff friendly. But still they have no seating to speak of inside. Get back to serving coffee inside Starbucks. Look around, masks are off put the tables and chairs back. The place seemed clean enough.

This Starbucks is more if a sugar and cream pumper than a coffee house. Most Starbucks are flexible to meet all coffee drinker taste buds. This location is more like McDonald's where deviating from the cream and sugar causes them a problem. Attitudes surface and it makes a tremendous negative to begin a day.

I've been staying at the hotel across from this location and in 8 days of ordering at this Starbucks they have gotten my order wrong 5 times. From size, to flavor, to number of shots of espresso. I can't blame it on a specific person as the staff was always different. They are very friendly and very busy. The location is also clean.

A girl put my spicy chorizo in the microwave and just walked away. It turned out burnt. My frappacino was so thick I couldn’t even drink it. It’s my 5th time here and it’s always been giving me a bad taste.

Incredibly rude. Three people got their food before us. When I inquired about our order, we got dirty looks and attitude. Then they forgot our coffee cake. After that was resolved. We left, went to eat our breakfast and found out they gave us the wrong order completely. Silly me for expecting to get what we ordered and paid for, and not having to think we needed to check their work accuracy. It is not even worth going back to resolve, we just won't return at all.

They are the McDonalds of coffee. The mobile order and drive through is killing any coffee shop feel. Service is horribly slow. Mistakes are frequent. If there were more Pete location I would Never go to a Starbucks again. No hello’s, just a stupid stare from a headset wearing cog.

I just went to this Starbucks and the guy in the green hair which seems like a new employee should BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I ordered a grande very berry hibiscus with soy and a cheese danish warmed up and he kept asking me to repeat my order because he didn’t understand what I was saying. Then when we got to the window he didn’t have my order. He never put it in. And I had to re-order at the window and he gave me a venti berry berry hibiscus without soy which wasn’t what I ordered and he didn’t warm my cheese danish. Then he had to re-do my drink and he seemed absolutely incompetent and shouldn’t be working there. I was a mortifying experience.

I bought a toffee Almond Milk hot chocolate on my way to work. It taste like water mix with chocolate the cup was dirty and had some caramel topping when I grabbed. So disappointing lately 1 of 5 they get that drink right. Waste of money and time. I couldn't go back to return it.

Was ignored for 5 mins when picking up my mobile order. They did not have my order. I got a refund but always ask myself WHY do I go the this Starbucks? I know they are busy. And their drive thru service is fast. But in store service is completely awful. Slow. Rude. Frustrating.

Unfortunately, Not a good day for this Location. I ordered Mobile, as the Drive-Thru is Always A Long Line. Well, they Didn't have enough people to keep up with Mobile Orders. Took 12min to get Order. They Actually were Serving the Walk-Ins quicker and I had to Inquire B4 receiving; if I would've known..Should have went In Drive-Thru 😓. I Also, noticed a Couple waiting for their Order of 10 Blended Beverages just Sitting on the side for at least long as I did, B4 anyone Called their Names. To be honest after seeing how much Melted, Wouldn't have been pleased. There was 2 Drive-Thru workers standing, Twirling their Ponytails, Instead of Helping..Ugh! 😖

My drink came out nothing like it usually does and they didn’t listen to how many pumps of cinnamon dolce I asked for. My drink is bitter and isn’t the usual sweet it is.

I ordered Starbucks via delivery through doordash for a bunch of us at work and my drink was absolutely terrible. I went into this store in the morning to request it be remade and the manager after questioning me in front of all the other customers then refused to have my drink remade. It was an absolute uncomfortable experience over a Starbucks drink that I’m sure the company would not go bankrupt over. I’m a huge Starbucks reward customer. I order starbucks all the time and I have never been treated like this. So disappointed and embarrassed.

Employees are always in a hurry. I let barista know the cup she handed me was slit and my drink was leaking throughout my car she grabbed another cup and put the same frappe in it. After asking her to make another I asked for a manger in hopes that it would not happen to another customer instead of apologizing she said we have new people here….Really I guess you have to be trained in order to know the difference from a good cup and a ripped one smh!!!

The guy did not want to remake it and questioned me and honestly I just wanted it as it usually is. On October 12 Saturday around 12:30pm I went to the drive thru for a very simple order. There was a girl who made me repeat myself many times "3 espresso shots in a short cup". When she finally got the order down and submitted it, I said to her " Do I need to repeat myself again"?. I guess she didn't like this response and decided to mess around again by saying "oh you want a grande blonde Americano?" I said to her "no wonder there is a huge line in the drive thru". When i said this all of a sudden a guy jumps in on the mic and yells at me "You need to speak up!". I decided to cancel my order and put the car in reverse since they are trying their best to insult me. I am going to say that the huge line in the drive thru was due to their lack of customer service skills.

It's very unfortunate that they're having a issue locating inventory. I've been to several Starbucks and I've never heard them tell me if we can find the tea bags we can make the drink. Not to mention the drive-thru line was long. Thank God there's multiple Starbucks in the area but management needs to crack down on them this is completely unacceptable. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.... I'm very humble and do not feel entitled. I can see they have a sign up saying that the product is unavailable but the guys exact response on the mic at 12:20 p.m. September 18th was if we can find the tea bags. Don't want to take that chance on ever visit this location again
