This is one of the worse Starbucks we have been to. Iced Capuccino was mainly foam and the cold brew was on the verge of being stale. Nonetheless its drinkable but would not come here again.

worst customer service. Was waiting for my drinks and no one called out it was ready. Should of checked reviews before going in. Amanda is SO RUDE. not coming back.

Just me, the only person in the café, trying to behave like a normal customer and suddenly I’m in Starbucks jail for sitting without a purchase 😏. I briefly used the restroom and planned to take a business call, then order my drink. I was approached by who I assume was the manager and told the restroom and lobby are only for paying customers. The interaction left me feeling dehumanized and unwelcome, even though I intended to purchase. I researched the policy and it even says it’s okay for customers to sit briefly before ordering. I hope future first-time offenders can get more grace <3

Worse location ever , worse customer service ever , will never order throw door dash to get coffee here again . Always mistakes and the manager is always rude ! I rather go to south side cafe for now on !

I’ve never had coffee take this long. Management really should be monitoring surveillance/order to customer times. This is crazy, staff might need some coffee themselves to wake up. SUCH SLOW SERVICE… then still asked for a tip by putting the little card reader out the window smh

The fact that I ordered a breve and the customer service person had no idea what I was talking about and continued to argue with me about what I was trying to order I said a hot breve with nine splendas large mixed well. Stephen continued to say well is that a latte or a whatever and I said that's four shots with half and half but she wanted to argue that day I guess.horrible customer service,

I was in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and I asked for a caramel frappe and it looked like they got mad and put a lot of caramel drizzle. Bad service

They just want you to order and leave. Was hoping to get some work done while my car was in the shop to find out that every outlet in the place was blocked over. Really thought environment mattered to Starbucks and found this incredibly uninviting… definitely gonna find a real cafe next time.

Ask for extra caramel on my vanilla bean with caramel drizzle that a lot of people order, and the lady put barely any caramel and she asked for a tip so I put no tip and then she didn’t even look at me when she was handing my drink or acknowledging me, and when I went back inside to to ask them to put more caramel which I paid for they said it doesn’t come with caramel so if somebody asked for an extra caramel drizzle, never once have I had a problem with this if somebody asked for extra caramel drizzle, that means means put more than you’re going to put originally

I have been through the drive through at this Starbucks several times in the past two months, probably six times total. Out of those six times, only once has my experience been good. Every time I have gone through the drive through it has been incredibly slow, and not because the line was long. It's also been at different times of day, so it can't be chalked up to just rush hour. There are usually only maybe 4-5 cars in front of me. The most recent time it took me a total of 30 minutes to get through the drive through, ten minutes waiting just to order and then twenty minutes from when I placed my order until I got up to the window to receive my drink. When I got to the window, half of my order wasn't even ready. I could see inside and the inside area was not overly crowded/busy, as it can be sometimes. The real kicker was that at no point did the woman at the window acknowledge that there was an unusual wait time. No "sorry for the wait". Nothing. She just acted like it was business as normal, and in my experience, it was. Only once out of the six times total that I have experienced this ridiculously slow drive through service has anyone said something to me about it. So if you are in a hurry do not use this Starbucks.
