The restaurant is going thru a remodel and yet staff is super friendly while their restaurant is a complete mess. They are still making food in the back while the front of the house gets rebuilt. Ordered online, had a great special on prices. I wish Round Table was in Utah. My favorite pizza place, period.

I stop in here frequently and really enjoy the salad bar. It is typically clean and well stocked. The cashiers are always friendly. We stopped in Halloween night after trick or treating and I enjoyed a salad bar and our table ordered a pizza as well. Both were great. The young girl at the register was super kind and professional. Herself and another gentlemen working were very patient with my son requesting change a couple times to play the arcade games. Great experience!

After a very negative experience, the GM Garrett took the time to reach out to me and make it right. It had nothing to do with the quality of the food here. It was for a large order placed previously where 7 items didn't show up. At that time, we agreed on an acct credit for a future visit. When I called in tonight, they claimed they didn't see any credits. He came into the situation after previous rep accussed je of being a liar. He made it right

Just came to this location for the first time and was blown away by the customer service and professionalism I received from the staff. McKenna, Dylan, and Nate were awesome to say the least and made me feel at home while I waited for my pizza, this location is the gold standard of customer service, I hope these employees are rewarded for their performance. At a time when so many people dont want to work and with the stress of covid, these workers were happy to be here and did a great job, I will definitely be back and I recommend this location to anyone who's looking for great customer service. Also A shout out to Darren for being so helpful over the phone and keeping me up to date with the specials! 😀

Good hearted people work here!! Our pizza delivery person went out of her way to pick up our lost puppy and organize her return!! Bless her soul, otherwise our little girl would have probably been hit. Only the Loomis Round Table ! 💓💓💓

The pizza and service was top notch! I just miss the old round table kid games - this one has turn styles for toys and candy and a claw style game.

Here for a soccer party and the staff was very helpful and the pizza was really good. The salad bar was full of options and it was pretty fresh. The kids were all excited because the tattoo dispenser and claw machine all worked. We will definitely be back soon.

Salad bar: lettuce was slimy, spinach rotten, broccoli had mold on most. Would avoid the salad bar here. Pizza is good. Place needs a refresh.

The pizza we ordered was good but the twist were a real disappointment. You can clearly tell that all 12 were put on the same rack because they are all stuck to each other and they did not cook as much as they were supposed to. If I saw the twist on the menu and thought those look good and these are what came out, I would never order them again. Being someone that worked on table for years under multiple managements the twist were all cooked the same, and these are undercooked and all shoved on one sheet.

Round table has really gone downhill lately. Quality and consistency are not on par. They will forget items on your order then you have to call multiple times to get them to make it right. As much as I live their pizza I won't be going back. One of the most expensive pizzas around and I no longer feel like I'm getting what I pay for.

Their service was horrible and I ordered online and my pickup time was 5:30pm and we got the pizza an hour later at 6:35pm. Worst part was about 10 mins prior they actually gave us the wrong order. Luckily we checked it before leaving and realized it was wrong. They did not offer a soda or anything while we wait. They did not offer any discount or threw in an extra for the large delay in time. So disappointing. Especially when you spend a good amount of money's it's not worth it. I am going to be calling in the morning to speak to a manager about this situation as this was not acceptable service.

Placed and paid online order, never mentions ranch or offers to add any. Go to pick up pizza without wallet since it was paid for, only allowed 2 little ranches without paying for extra with the wallet I didn't have. New to the area, not coming to this cheapskate location again.

I ordered dinner three Parmesan twist all you can eat salad bar and a drink and they charged me $27.84. when I went back to the store and told them they overcharged me because I looked it up on my bank statement. He told me it was a tip. I guess that’s one way to get a tip is the double charge somebody and not give them anything back. They didn’t even give me a free meal. I guess I won’t be back there again. I just think you need to check your ATM receipt before you leave there I didn’t and trusted that it was right.

Ordered a simple XL cheese pizza with light sauce over the phone for pick up. Was told it would take 20-30 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later, paid, and was told it it would be right out. 20 minutes later was told they couldn’t find my pizza. It was not busy in the store. The manager talked with a family member the entire time (about finding another job) instead of taking care of this problem. Then finally the girl helping me stated that the wrong number was written on the box and that it was ready and in the warmer the entire time. She apologized. That was all. The manager never acknowledged anything was wrong, never apologized, or did anything to fix the problem. Thanks for my Luke warm pizza.

Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but in the same sentence he stated that my delivery was not expected to be delivered until 11pm I let him know I was given a delivery time of 10:11pm. He said well not on his end and all the drivers were already done for the night. So I could cancel my order or come pick it up. Needless to say I canceled my order.
