Great little spot within State Street Market. Season cocktail menu with solid happy hours. Fredo, Eric, Andrea all have some real creativity for fun cocktails behind the bar if you ask. I tried their Mezcal Espresso Martini, Smoking Jacket, and Bullet Casing - all unique takes and made with pride.

The bar itself doesn't serve food but is conveniently located inside of a food hall making dinner + drinks an easy plan for anyone in the Los Altos/Bay Area. The staff is always extremely friendly and timely with their service even if when they are hit with a rush from the food hall. They have a fantastic selection of drinks from classics to their own house crafted cocktails which are always delicious. State Street Market and Murdoch's are a fantastic place to hang out with friends or family

Went there for a few drinks after dinner. The staff were friendly and were fast with the drinks. They have a decent selection of cocktails. When we were there there was live music which was nice way to relax.

It can get pretty loud, and their drinks are kinda expensive (like $17/$18 per drink), but the strawberry limoncello drop is always *sooo* good!

Great to have a friendly open bar in downtown Los Altos. Order some food at one of the many stalls surrounding, and enjoy a cocktail or beer while you wait. And sure, have another.

It’s fine for a quick beer. Been there twice and tried to order Manhattans. The first time they brought us old fashioneds, the second time brought us old fashioneds made with scotch. So, I guess if you want an old fashioned, go here!

Nice staff but not very efficient. Common complain amongst friends is that it takes too long to get a drink.

The cocktails are one of the worst ones I've ever had. Whiskey sour is made with what tastes like maple syrup and instead of being sour, is overwhelmingly sweet. Stick to beer.

Sat afternoon ( no one there)my wife ordered a Bloody Mary. They had a promotion card on bar. Bartender seemed annoyed we ordered that. Used Bloody Mary mix, limp celery , a slice of lime and lemon on a stick, cost $14.The picture had a carrot stick. He could have said we are not set up right now for bloody Mary’s. Just not very good

Maybe I should be more forgiving, but they have zero selection of dark beer, porters or stouts. Not even bottled.
