They sell amazing matcha boba milk tea here! It is on their secret menu thought. Offer a rewards program, with double points earned on Thursdays. Boba is gourmet, heavenly delicious, and balances the matcha tea perfectly, so no additional sweetners are really necessary.

taro milk tea with boba is one of the best drinks in the whole universe and they make it here. I yet still don’t understand why we have to stand outside for our drinks, like come on it’s hot it’s dangerous out here but anywho the boba is good. Be ware you can not dine in here and no restrooms in case you need to use them to wash your hands

Got a Lychee Oolong Tea with boba, boba is perfect?? Tea is delicious, not too sweet but still tasty. They allow adjustments to your tea strength and sugar levels but the default was perfect for me. And super quick!

Pleasant little spot with unique options I don't see often (tea and toppings). I got "Sri Lanka" milk tea, which was a delicious choice! Robust black tea with a certain earthy quality. It reminds me of pu-erh, a fermented tea leaf from China, which is known for having a strong caffeine profile. I also got mini boba! I was so excited to see it offered, as I don't see nearly enough places that do. They're about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of regular boba, and provide lots of fun textures while chewing. Looking forward to coming back to this spot more regularly!

Only thing is that they brew the green tea too hot, so it ends up a bit bitter. Also, if you usually get your tea less sweet, this place will do it right with normal sugar as it's a bit less sweet than other tea places.
