Recommended to me by JAY LENO as THE BEST BURGER IN LA, it’s the only place I feel I can get a burger where I don’t feel gross afterwards like some other places. Extremely friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and seem like they really enjoy working there. The burgers are simply divine, and their crispy chicken sandwiches are phenomenal too, especially if you get it with buffalo sauce. It can be a little more expensive than your typical fast food, burger joint, however the quality, and flavor, of the food is worth it

The food is so good. I love the burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings are great. Everything is always cooked so well. Prices are reasonable. Employees are always so friendly. My orders always come in a timely manner.

Great first experience at BL today. The classic burger is a beauty upon presentation, with the fries it's like an artpiece but edible. Interior was neat, clean, and considering how restaurants keep it cold indoors even during winter, theirs was just right. Incredible help from the staff, a real pleasure knowing how well they do makes me want to come back. Definitely worth trying if you like a great hamburger. Fries are delicious as well, nothing else like them.

I live around here & always passed Burger lounge wanting to check it out & didn't until today! Grass fed burgers & organic ingredients. Man. I got the "classic" & it was solid! Good size burger, only 530 calories the fries were good too. The customers service was great, free refills on my drinks for dining in everyone was so friendly & actually went out of their way to say goodbye when we were leaving. Fantastic place

I love Burger lounge for many reasons One, the staff is super super friendly and accommodating and I love the fact that they even greet you with your name. Secondly, I love burger lounge because I love chocolate milkshakes. I'm from the East coast and chocolate shakes is my thing and they make them like I like them nice and thick. Last, but not least the burgers are always cooked up fresh and they cook the way I like them.. Burger lounge is my go-to place I got little piece of heaven..

We love hitting up the Burger Lounge on Larchmont when we visit the Los Angeles Area. We've been there 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad meal. We love the burgers and the salad with the Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette.

This is by far the best burger place I have experienced. I got their Paleo. Not because I don't eat bread or anything, I just wanted to try it. I was not disappointed. The burger patty was delicious and the toppings complimented it perfectly. If you're looking to cut some easy calories, leave out the bacon but you will definitely be missing out. Just walk a few extra steps and earn that bacon, baby!

Great food, my personal favorite is the Paleo burger, and the choice of meat with turkey, it's so good and lean with fresh veggies. Best choice with a cola. My loves one loves the burger lounge burger, that's a typical cheese burger and we just share fries, when you dine in a server does bring out your food to your table with amazing quick and friendly service.

Their burgers are quite interesting, it feels they add more ingredients (like lettuce) compared to common burgers anywhere else. Which is good. As to the menu, I always tried to order the Husky burger, but they never had it which was strange. So I had to buy the Classic burgers with extra patties. Pic related, though it is from more than 1 month ago when the outdoor dining was allowed.

Good burger and fries. It tasted good and was filling. I think was like $13 for the meal but I opted for the burger and large fries and skipped the soda. My daughter got chicken tenders. They were ok but came with a drink and a small ramekin of ice cream. It was kind of funny to see that ice cream.

Well, the restaurant that was there before Burger Lounge was my favorite place on Larchmont. And now I can't, for the life of me, remember what it was. So that's how good Burger Lounge is. Small place, 20? tables including the sidewalk. Even though it's been there for 10?years or so; It looks like it was set up for the Pandemic. Inside, there's a window where you order these, grass-fed cows beef burgers (oh yes, very ahead of it's time!) They also have regular forays into exotica ,,, different meats like bison and whatever. All raised organic-like (the beasts volunteer to be burgers or something) Or the week's special fresh, fish sandwich To which I switched when I lived near the b-tch. Burgers being my favorite food, (I think of them as little Beef Wellingtons), you can imagine how good the fish must be for me to forgo the burger. (Uh oh, this is getting too long) Um, you sit at choice of tables with a number on a stick and a nice young waiting person brings your food. Or they bag it and off you go. Great fries and rings an unusual bottled sodas and GO, you'll love it, Family friendly, (ugh - kids, but I get it) roll your stroller right in from the sidewalk. I'd give it a 5 but I'm saving that now for the absolute BEST Burger in L.A. (I'm anxious to try the one at Petite Trois, but I love the mussels in garlic broth so much, I haven't tried the burger yet. Uh oh, too long! l gotta stop here ...)

Love the simple menu. It makes things very easy. And the ingredients are simple. I just wish there was a little something more about the burger. It's not bad but with a burger joint on every corner throughout L.A., there's really not a huge draw for me to return.

I like the area this place is located very hip and trendy. Alot of Boutique styled store to look at. The decor and open air feeling you get is pleasant. The burgers CAN and will get pricey. like i paid 17.00 for one burger, and honestly it was worth 17. The burger was okay and they limited selection of burgers.

The Lounge Burger is a good meal for the right price. I got the lounge burger and half and half ries which consists of onion rings and regular fries, and my favorite where the regular fries. The onion fries were a little too soggy and greasy for my liking but when I had the regular fries and Lounge burger combination in my mouth, that was a very good meal.

The burgers were very tasty but I expected to be bigger. Overall a good experience.

I came here expecting to be able to once again enjoy the lamb burger and ended up walking out with the classic in my stomach and a look of fullness on my face but lacking much sign of content as I still wished I could have tasted that lamb. Great burgers and normally would have easily been giving five stars from me... If they could get smart and bring back their best burger in town.

Burger Lounge's burgers are juicy, flavorful and delivered quickly to your table or to go by an excellent and friendly staff. The fries could perhaps be a bit crispier but I will definitely be back for more!

Pretty good food, but the line system isn’t very efficient and the prices were a little high for what we got. Chocolate-vanilla milkshake was fantastic and enough for two people to share if you get it for dine-in. Service was definitely 5 stars, but the crowd and the prices make it a 4-star overall.

Just got take out Burgers for the whole family here right now, 09/25/2020. Asked for no onions and no ketchup on my wife's cheese burger, which is exactly what was on the order ticket, and when she opened it up at home it had nothing on it but 2 pickles and mustard. We had to add tomatoes and lettuce from our refrigerator. I'm giving 3 stars because the food is actually amazing when they get the order correct.

Not bad. I can see why others said the fries are lackluster. Kinda basic. The burger is good but didn't blow me away. The service was good so it has that going for it. Wouldn't recommend sorry to say but that's because there are so many other burger establishments around that you'd have to really stand out.

Was good I chose the signature lounge burger 🍔 also regular order of fries and onion rings the burger was tasty but the fried & onion rings serving size is small like too small for the price they charge you for .honestly could order like 2-3 times as much in McDonald's or burger king for the price I got charged like $30 bucks around there no drinks included. The food was tasty but the price would make me think twice before eating there again. The serving size is a small paper cup 🥤 it looked like they gave me a dozen French fries >--<

I like the vibe of Burger Lounge. I've been to a few Burger lounges, but all were in San Diego. It's pretty good, but I don't think it's anything special. I came here to check out this one in Larchmont and ordered the hi tuna burger with the Half & Half fries/onion rings. The fries and onion rings were decent but nothing special. What I really liked though were the sauces. You can ask for their ranch and special sauces, which worked really well for the onion rings. I also tried my friend's Lounge Burger, which was really good. They also have really interesting sodas you can try, free refills. My main gripe this time was my Ahi tuna burger. It was mildly seared, which is fine, but the tuna tasted quite stringy. It was hard for me to finish the burger. I'm sure they have other great dishes, but this one needs some improving...

I had the Lounge Burger with crispy fries. It was just okay overall. The beef patty had a nice flavor, but it could have been juicier. The bun was disappointing—it flattened quickly and became soggy on both sides. While the fries were indeed crispy, they were a bit too oily. As someone who treats themselves to a burger once a month, this one didn’t feel worth the calories.

Burger lounge was a pretty typical burger. Overall, it’s a decent place to try but definitely not the best nor great enough to come back. I had to pay for extra sauce and when picking up, it wasn’t included so I had to ask for it again when I already paid for it Service - 3/5 - waited a few minutes when I was the only person there and there were 4 people behind the counter. 2 employees were constantly talking, 1 packaging, and another behind the cashier. Seems like they don’t really care for quality service Wait time- 3/5 - since I wasted 10 minutes past my pick up time and I was not helped right away nor told how it was going to take. Price - 3/5 - $14 for a burger is a lot (I paid more since I added avocado) and you have to pay extra for sides. Sides are cheap because a whole bowl of fries and onion is like $6 m; shake is around $5

I was disappointed that when I received my two hamburgers they were cold. I had Mobil ordered and when I arrived I let them know. The server said to wait a couple of minutes so I stood in side the restaurant waiting for them to call my name, which they said they would do. After about 10 minutes, I finally asked for my order. It was sitting up on the counter all by itself. By that time the burgers were cold. It wasn’t for lack of help, because they were plenty of employees running around. Maybe it was just lack of organization or training. And by the way, if you like your meat medium rare, ask for it. Otherwise it will be very well done!

Unfortunately I found out too late by eating a fry that tasted horrible. When I explained I was vegan and used to eat there all the time, they didn't even offer a refund. They should put up better signage to indicate the change.

Burger Loundge positioned them self as 'Real Food' It's just not tasty... Burger feels healthy with dry bun.... And fries and the Onion rings is just as bad. If you feel guilty about eating a burger... this place might do it for you. I personally can eat almost any burger without problem... McD, Carl's, Even Jack In the box. If you feel guilty about eating a burger... this place might do it for you. I personally can eat almost any burger without problem... McD, Carl's, Even Jack In the box. I appreciate their effort to serve something healthy and better, but I wish it just taste better. Everything is so dry... blend... and just not taste fun or good.. Hope they get better.

Ordered for pickup. It was so bad I didn’t eat. Returned it, waited 15 -20 only to get food just as bad. Fries limp and barely warm, burger cold. I don’t know if it was retaliation for the bad meal the night before but I’m never going back.

The manager is Horrible, she is always in a bad mood never smiles, very unwelcoming and the place is dirty!!! This is the second time I come to this Location and had a terrible experience. I walked to the counter and my shoes were sticking to the floor.....yuk I wont even go into how my order was handled, what a joke! The Santa Monica Location is much better. Its sad I really loved coming here for lunch with my wife. Never again!

“Best” service ever! Was in line first, one of the clerks came up and started taking an order from a person behind me totally ignoring me. I just turned around and left. Always ordered food from here through uber eats. Never again!

Update - disappointed yet again. Order took forever, which is always the case with this place. And when I got home to eat it, I realized the chicken club I ordered didn’t have any bacon. Super dry chicken as well. I’d advise everyone to just avoid their chicken sandwiches. The burgers are great, no doubt. They clearly care more about those. I don’t know why I keep going to this place to be honest, just hope I can help a future customer from ordered their chicken. The employees are usually great, very nice and helpful and quick to help if you’re waiting for an order. Wish they had better operations to work with. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for an order of fries, walked out with nothing.

NEVER AGAIN! Soggy bread, soggy fries, greasy, broken-up union rings and for $40 with tip! I'm PISSED! We ended up throwing ALL the fries and unions rings away. BL used to be so good but now, it's DISGUSTING!!! I tried to give it a chance because this wasn't the first time but I can see that they just don't care or realize how sad their food has become. I should have gone to Carls Jr., at least their bugers are good. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Raw meat gross

Thursday night 9:30pm walked in to find an employee sweeping the front seating area. I asked if they are still open and his reply, “actually we’re closed”. Official close time is 10pm. Returned at 9:30pm following night and ordered fish sandwich and fries FROM THE SAME EMPLOYEE. I asked what time they close… his response “like, now.” This ill-trained teenager has no business in hospitality or food and beverage. So $25 for a burger and fries not worth it when having to deal with a business that hire young kids without adequate training.

I hope you can be more strict on making sure vegetables get washed properly before giving them to customers

Tried the beef burger . Below average quality The bun was kind cold & the other bun was warm . Beef is tasteless sry but kinda McDonald’s burger is much better,, like come on ???? The manager don’t talk back , they just busy with orders lol. If you grabbing any order from them , make sure the sandwich is kinda hot since with a lot of orders , they get rushed out & quality is not the best as what happened to me & my friend order The location is nice though

She asked us to fill out a survey, and we gladly agreed to help her. After finishing our meal, a short Latina staff member came to our table and asked if she could clear it. We said yes, but as we were about to leave, she made a racist remark toward us — saying that we all had the same face. It was extremely offensive and disrespectful. Her comment completely ruined our experience, and I have no intention of coming back to this place again.
