Western Ave is not the place to order the dog or brat buffet. No human to speak to and they left things off. I'm sure other locations are fine, I didn't realize this was a ghost kitchen. Food seems fine but I have to run to Ralphs to get mustard.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash on Sunday June 9th. My order being 2 cowboy dogs and 2 tator tots. My dasher did his job right and got the correct bag with the correct ticket on there stating it was my order. When I opened to see which item I was going to eat first. I saw only 2 long white wrapped burritos. My order was completely wrong and did not have anything in there that was mine. Not only is my order wrong but someone else who ordered those burritos probably got their order wrong Too. Super disappointed with the customer service and the management too. Sad to see management doesn’t have their staff trained adequately enough to remember to double check orders or to even look at what order they are even packing. It’s a food chain restaurant that’s should require their staff to pay closer attention to detail. After all their job is to ensure customers are satisfied with WHAT THEY ORDERED and NOT what the worker decided to pack and give them.

I love Dog Haus but this is not food from Dog Haus. We ordered food from this whatever it is place and the food was disgusting. It didnt taste like anything and I even had to add salt to bring myself to eat it. Look at the pictures of this place before you decide to order.

waited 1 hour for 2 hot dogs… ordered a head of time and that didn’t help, also when we did get our food it was cold. wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like waiting… just go to a regularly dog haus or find another place to eat instead

Breakfast burrito was terrible. Why is my breakfast burrito still warmer driving from the Burbank location which is 20 minutes away than 3 minutes from this location? Everything was mush, the bacon and tater tots...mush, too much sauce...all nasty mush. I would rather drive to Burbank to get my breakfast burrito which is 40 minutes round trip, that tells you how bad this place is.

My Grubhub driver told me that he waited 50 minutes for picking up my order before he had to cancel this delivery. I tried to call Dog Haus but the phone was disconnected. Waited for over an hour until my order was completely cancelled. This is absurd considering I only ordered one hot dog.

Dog Haus is usually good, but I wish I had read the overwhelmingly negative Yelp reviews on this location before ordering delivery. Food showed up cold, half of the items in the order were wrong, and the avocado on one of the dogs was completely brown. Gross. Avoid this one!

This restaurant is in a warehouse-style building. Where the food for several restaurants is prepared. There is no employee specific to the restaurant, but rather a warehouse representative that gives you your food. This rep will not take your order. Orders must be placed via a food delivery app, ie. Postmates doordash etc.. or their website. Our order wasn't received and since there's no contact with the restaurant except via the rep. Neither the rep or the restaurant took responsibility to make things right. They blamed the people who made the website. Finally the rep told us the restaurant was doing us a favor by preparing our food.. like paying for it wasn't enough? Stay away from this place.

Less than 1 star deserved. Completely misleading information all over.
