We had a confusion while in the store, but the guy working was able to sort it all out very beautifully and the donuts are so delicious. Awesome store and awesome worker.

Great place to get a chicken sandwich, my favorite number 14, delicious 1st class chicken breast, 1st class bread, and all ingredients. Add avocado and is way better and affordable than any Subway or Jersey Mike's. Also great bagels. Can't speak for donuts cuz don't eat donuts.

I love Donut Factory, super close to my friend's house and really long hours, so we always get breakfast or Super late night food here. Baked goods and their sandwich menu are great, but what's really the best is their drink selection, my favorite is the ube shake! The staff are always super nice too, it's always a delight when they throw in a couple extra donut holes 🥰

This place is awesome!!! I went to wash at the 24hour coin laundromat at midnight in the same shopping center and I got 2 ham and cheese croissants. The guy said they were fresh out of the oven. I had never taking anything so good and fresh, still warm. I had to go back for 2 more for the morning. My goodness they were delicious.

I love that this place has sandwiches and bobas and such. And open 24 hours! The guy working during the night is really nice! I'm glad I decided to walk over and checked the place out while waiting for my laundry to dry! Currently drinking vanilla cappuccino and just has a roast beef sandwich! Awesome place for late night cravings.

Johnny is the best. He always gives us free donuts. My cousin Linda Cristina Castaneda AKA meow has a crush on him and since she’s my neighbor, when she gets home she always tells me “meow let’s go with Johnny and get a donut”. I think she wants more then a donut but anyways good spot and so fresh n so clean clean.

This place is 24/7 with plenty of parking. There is a good variety of donuts breakfast sandwiches and freshly made juices. The people that work there are super friendly and welcoming and the prices are excellent.

Address is different when searched. Took me and my friend 45min to just find this place. WORTH IT! Fresh n hot blueberry & strawberry Danish! Crispy n flakey Danish with the filling nice n warm fresh from the oven.

I really enjoy coming here because they are very friendly and helpful and because they sell all their items at very reasonable prices unlike the yum-yum donuts right here on avenue 43 that has closed its doors recently due to the fact that nobody bought anything from them anymore. I am pretty sure that nobody like the facts that their bagels with cream cheese cost $4.00 each unlike the $2.00 they charge here for exactly the same bagel and that all their donuts were salty-sweet. In my personal opinion they were absolutely, positively revolting. They also charged approximately $2.00 for each donut unlike the $1.00 price tab they charge here. The only down side is that sometimes they don't have the multi-grain bagels that my mom and I really like in stock. But other than that, this place is much better than yum-yum donuts. I sincerely hope that they continue in business for many years to come.

I've never had dense donuts before and maybe it's an acquired taste. These are quite heavy and chewy and the texture reminds me of baguettes. I see the benefit if you are in a rush and need something you can eat fast that will satisfy your hunger until you can have a real meal. For me, it's a 'No'.

BEWARE!!! Just got a glaze and jelly filled. The glaze tasted like it was cooked in the same grease as tempura shrimp. Smh I did not even taste the other. I tried calling no answer and it's 103 out today so taking the trash back was not an option. This is one of those faulty business you hear about that does some disgusting things to there food. BEWARE! Never again.
