Firehouse Subs

I have never been nor heard of Firehouse before and I gotta say, it was one of the best subs I’ve had in a good while. I order myself a small steak and cheese and ended going back in to order a large. It was really good.

Food was delicious & ready for pick up earlier then expected!

Love the sandwiches, and the side pickle, yum! The Italian is my favorite. Always come here when going to the movies, or to the theme park. My baby loves the food as well, so win for all!

Today my husband and I try the Firehouse subs in universal City Walk for the very first time we usually go to the one in North Hollywood but please try the grilled chicken sub and The corned beef subs absolutely delicious thank you for your hospitality being so kind and friendly

I'm a regular customer at Firehouse subs . Firehouse Sub has amazing sandwiches they're roasted tuna is to die for. Firehouse subs blows every other sandwich franchise out of the waters. I highly recommend it on my friends family loved ones people he wanted to get Sims go to Firehouse subs.

Very delicious! I got the Italian sub. Would highly recommend! Though I wish the size were a bit bigger considering the price. Almost $10 for a 4 inch sub? When I could pay $12 for a footlong at Subway.

After a long day at Universal Studios and the theme park closing at 6pm... we needed dinner before driving home. We were very thankful to find a gluten free restaurant at Universal CityWalk. It was hard to find at first because the Firehouse Subs is upstairs and google maps said we had arrived at the wrong location. Once we found it, my son was able to order a gluten free sandwich and we reminded the staff to open new packages of food and use fresh utensils etc. to avoid cross contamination with wheat. The gluten free bun costs extra and it was in our opinion an expensive sandwich to begin with, but my son loved eating that sandwich, smiled so big to eat out like everyone else, and was so excited just to eat something new. Because of that, we would absolutely bring my son back here next time we visit Universal Studios (as we are hoping to get an annual pass). My son rarely can eat out, so thank you so much for including gluten free options that are truly safe for my son to eat.

Can't really review since said closes at 11:30, didn't call since everyday supposed to close at 11:30 but today she closed at 11pm it seems. Haven't had one in years cause not close by. Was really looking forward to it & didn't eat all day but closed. Oh well. Here's to not getting my business.

Food is perfectly acceptable- but a sandwich, side, and bottled water should not cost anyone $24.36. Also, how out of touch do you have to be to ask for a tip from a self ordering kiosk? Does Firehouse not pay its employees enough? Can’t think of another national quick-service chain asking for tips without providing any service.
