I was at Guadalajara airport, great food and drink. They need a bigger place

I do see some of the reviews stating staff is rude and unprofessional but those seem to be old and not current. I was in and out in 5 minutes with excellent service and coffee. I would recommend a caramel latte iced. Came out perfect!

Avoid peak hours as there’s usually a long line here despite other options in the area. Good coffee, friendly staff, food is okay but it’s fast and convenient. You can even have a business meeting right outside as the tables are far apart. A convenient coffee place if you’re at the JW Marriott in LA Live!

First time finally trying illy coffee after always seeing it. I ordered a mint lavender latte because that sounded great. It didn't taste like lavender or mint. The coffee was good anyway but it didn't make it anything special. The worker was very friendly even though it was Christmas Eve when I was here. There is seating in the lobby for enjoying your coffee, though if it's busy and you're not a guest they might say something? But for us it was quiet and nice.

I can’t imagine a bigger rip off. Absurd cost and drinks come with one shot when lattes and cappuccinos always come with 2.

I’ve tried to get a coffee here twice in the early afternoon and both times they have been closed during business hours. At least post lunch hours and when you’ll reopen!
