Tried their protein smoothies for the first time on Tuesday, enjoyed them so much we went back a few days later to try other flavors on Friday. Appreciate that the macros are listed on the menu. Carlos was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!
So delicious! I wish I’d stop in sooner in fact going there now on morning walk.
Ordered the peanut butter protein shake and it is amazing. Not gritty from protein powder, no bad after taste, and it is delicious! Will definitely be back

Fresh fruit, lots of effort put into whatever your order. Place is GD amazing, one of my favorite spots around LA, and conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from the K-town YMCA.

Cozy little cafe with a menu focused on wellness. I had the Oreo protein shake which was perfect for a light meal before my workout. The owner Carlos is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Make sure to grab a punch card for repeat visits!

Amazing little hidden gem in K-Town. The tiramisu shake was tasty and reasonably priced. Also had a few tables to sit and enjoy the drinks. The owner/operator is courteous ; I hope more people will check out the place. If you’re in the area and want to meet your protein intake, then I highly recommend this awesome small business!
The cucumber chili lime tea is SO GOOD! Definitely needed a place like this in K-Town to have protein shakes on the go and they even have protein bowls, waffles and pancakes. Perfect post gym breakfast! Definitely recommend!
