Can we get the one on Florence/State Huntington Park back? Restaurant that replaced it already closed down and I miss Rally's 😂💯

The BBQ brisket is amazing. I did pay for 2 rally burgers I never received though.

I have in the past given bad reviews on this place but then I met this favorite treat of mines the Strawberry Vanilla Swirl Ice cream Cone. This frozen tasty treat is so flavorful and delicious that I take back all my other comments but please keep up the good work and keep the strawberry swirl around.

First off the staff was nice felt bad because I was banging on the window to get staff's attention and they were so sweet to me still. Overall the food I'll give it a 8)10 I was actually caught off guard at the price and how cheap it was it was only $5 for a meal.. they actually have good prices. get a meal for only $5 or upgrade pay $11. their fries are to die for that was my first time ever having their fries and I would definitely go back for those alone. Justify giving this place 5 stars even though the food is mid the prices are amazing that's why I'm giving it 5 stars

Tasty, affordable eats and a longtime local favorite in the area. If you're walking up to the window, it might take a minute for someone to help you, but it’s usually worth the wait. I don’t stop by too often, but the meals are surprisingly solid for how little you spend.

Food is usually pretty good. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but that's okay as long as the food is on point. The employees are very nice and helpful.

They got my order wrong the first time. I had to go all the way back. They ended up remaking my whole order so I appreciate that.

I love everything from the menu especially their chocolate soft served ice cream. I just would like it if they could keep the homeless away from the drive thru windows. Last night as we were waiting for our food this homeless man was right beside our window and that smell was just horrible good thing we had gotten our things to go. Sucks for those people who were actually eating outside and being harrassed by this man.

They have the best season fries, but service and decor not really consideration. You don’t go there if you’re looking for anything other than good fast food most of which is fried.

Good cheap food and is a local favorite of the neighborhood. Sometimes it can take a bit for the person inside to attend to you if you're ordering from the window on foot, but apart from that, this place is good. Don't come here much, but the food is pretty good for the low price it costs.

The burger and fries where really good. The sweet tea just tasted a little off. It was mostly just like sugar didn't really taste the tea portion. Overall the customer service was amazing very sweet and respectful servers.

Had to wait cause my order has an item that they didn't have ready, I'm glad I did because it tasted great! The cashier guy was apologetic for the wait and very polite. He knew I was not happy to wait and put his best foot forward and handled my order. Location is in a busy corner that can be better kept it starting to look ran down.

I was craving mozzarella sticks and this wasn't the place to go. Kinda high prices for small burgers. Taste of the burger was good . Waiting time was too long. Wouldnt recommend the mozzarella sticks.

Food is really tasty but you have to wait until they help all the drive thru people first. And then the staff is just standing around in one area laughing when they should be working.

Uber , Doordash Delivery One major problem I did not like is My ice cream and shake were not sealed by the Rally’s store when delivered. How do I know that the Delivery driver didn’t take a Sipnout of my drink or spit in my ice cream for not tipping him. I would appreciate if Rally’s would step their game up on that and put everything in bags and sticker or staple seal them like at McDonald’s to make sure the drivers don’t do anything sneaky . When I lived in the area, this is one of the places I enjoyed coming to when I wanted to grab a spicy chicken sandwich, because this was the only fast food joint that actually had a spicy chicken sandwich at the time. Other places claimed their chicken sandwiches were spicy but this one (((in fact))) to me had that flavor. The customer service is really great on getting you in and getting you out. It’s not the nicest part of the area. Avalon/Florence but hey! When you like certain foods. You sometimes have to risk driving into the edgier parts of the city to get the food experience you’re looking for. “Life’s a risk carnal” lol jk I am not saying that this is something of that nature, the food experience portion of it.. . It’s a fast food spot you are going to get what any other fast food place will give you. You can’t expect anything different than fast service, fast food, fast at spending no time whatsoever in that drive through. The French fries are cajón style fries so those are always my favorite. If you’ve lived in Phoenix/Tucson Arizona this is CHECKERS fast-good Restaurant. Just a different name in a different city and a different state. I have to be honest I have never ever tried the burgers here but mozzarella cheese sticks are good, the funnel cake fries are BOMB and I this is coming from someone who does NOT eat sweets. The parking lot is pretty spacious. There are small seating areas, if you are planning on eating here. There is no real shade, so… prepare to sit in the sun especially if it’s summer. The street as I mentioned is real busy specifically Florence Boulevard. Be careful when making left hand turns on both openings of the driveways (entrances & exits) Some cars do not mind getting into fender benders.

Kinda gross. The fish sandwich was dry and clearly old. It tasted awful. I only enjoyed their ice cream and funnel fries- didn't need all that powder sugar on them but they were crispy n fresh.

The quality has gone down, way down. It's the first and last time I go to this location. It's too bad Rallys in Glendale closed. Drove some 40mins to get a different burger then what I used to. The tomato was near non-existent. The fresh onions they used have, gone.

Food is "okay". The fish snadwhich tastes OVERfried & stale. Burgers are cool. Standard processed fast food. This location unfortunately is near a homeless RV area and someone is always waiting to ask for change while u wait in the drive thru. Been here a few times so its a norm for this location

Rally's has the best fries. Aside from that the rest of the food is okay. I was never a fan of the outside dining they have but that's standard in all locations. The area this one is in is not the best so I wouldn't recommend eating outside your car.

I wish everything wasn't so heavy on salt. I couldn't quite eat my stuff. Also burger was so poorly made it looked a mess. Update 2025 I came back and still everything is salty plus kow they charge you $.86 cents per sauce "ketchup is free" no warning and no advertising on sauce. So you get hit with it at the window, yes! I still want sauce, I'll pay for it but how about you offer it to me when I'm placing my order.

Hit or miss with this place but most of the time the food is good, I feel like the problems people have are with the employees. It depends on who's cooking but the food always tastes great aside from when they give hard chicken bites and cold fries, plus sometimes they charge 75¢ for sauce even tho it comes with the meal.

We tried rallys out for the first time today. First off , let me tell you, the fries are delicious! Now, for the rest of it, I rated 3 stars because it's OK food. This isn't a negative review. I would have left a 4 star if it weren't for the quality and old chicken bites I received with my order that had literally air in them and were chewy (see video in pics). The chicken sandwich and burgers were pretty good and a great value but a tad bit greasy imo. I would still recommend giving rallys a try for quick and affordable meal!

Did not have the BLT sandwich or the girl taking my order didn't understand what BLT meant, ended up just getting fries and chicken bites, ask for honey Dijon and catch up but the girl had no interest in giving me catch up and promptly walk to the other side, since there were a lot of cars behind me and the girl obviously had no interest in customer service decided to leave. About what I would expect as far as customer service from a Rallys

Regardless of both me and my sister saying my order aloud, my order was wrong, and when I corrected the worker, she clearly got an attitude. There was flies buzzing around, and the whole outside area looked and felt grimy

Slow. Cashier trying to tell me I ordered something I didn't and when I told him he still tried to make me buy until I really insisted I didnt want it. He needs to pay more attention to taking orders instead of arguing with coworkers and customers

I usually enjoy Rally's time to time but no matter what location I go to the service is horrible. The employees lack basic customer service skills. They're Understaffed and they are constantly forgetting simple items I've ordered. No condiments, no straws, no napkins. The food itself isn't bad just the service.

The food is good and service is fast enough, but there customer service is non existent. Just went recently and ordered three rally burger's two plain with cheese and ketchup, get to the window pay for my food and noticed the receipt said chicken sandwiches, so I let the guy know that I wanted rally burgers, not chicken sandwiches. He then looks really irritated and says I ordered chicken sandwiches and stares at me waiting for a response so I just stare at him(I feel like he was baiting me so I didn't respond) he then huffs and walks away, he returns and repeats my order really slowly ( you order 3 rally burgers two plain with ketchup) at this point I don't even care about the cheese, I'm just ready to get out of there. I just think he could have really handled the situation better.

Just don't order the chicken bites box. Not worth even $3. The chicken itself was so dry and salty. Fries were amazing. People were polite.

Staff alone isn't as bad as 1 of the managers. Often my good over cooked, and sometimes just all right. I'm very picky, and at this place it depends on what you want. Not everything is edible there at times.

They dont accept ebt all of a sudden

Spicy chicken wasn't the greatest, nor the classic mother cruncher. Husband said was nasty he didn't even eat it. I ate mine but as I ate it a few bites just seemed like very old and super super greasy chicken. So didn't finish it all the coke was way to water down. Just really loved the shake. Very delicious for that reason got a 2 star. Other than that wasn't worth the long wait we had to make.

But the gentleman. Who worked at the window? And was only 2 people in there and he did a really great and professional job. And he was very nice and courteous as he took on 5 to 10 people at a time.

We ordered a Rallyburger and double fish combos. Apparently, we came at a bad time because the employees were deep into discussions and completely UNFOCUSED on their job. The cashier asked me 4 times what size drink that I wanted and each time, I stated medium size. To top it all off, the entire fish sandwich was completely burned. Both the buns and the fish. Obviously, without supervision, this restaurant can't function very well.

Walked up to the window to pick up an Uber order I had and got ignored by the staff. They never acknowledged me or came to the window until I kept knocking and didn't stop. When she came up to the window and I asked why I was ignored she said oooh I didn't see you. Mind you all windows are clear and big. Horrible

Never had any bad experience until today. The girl that helped me out today was super rude! Her name is Bianca, she had blue hair. No customer service at all. Another guy also helped me out that was there, his name was Jordan. He was super nice.

Always a 30-40 min wait. And all the portions here are happy meal size. Even if you get a double or triple burger,it's the same if you add 2 or 3 patties to a cheese burger.

This was around 8 PM this evening. There were only two cars in line in front of me. They let the woman directly before me at the drive-thru order an entire additional meal at the window, and didn't ask her to move, so it took an extra almost 20 minutes before I even got to the window, then they gave my mother attitude after she made a comment about it. We should not have had to wait for almost 30 minutes because of one person, and then for the employee to be so flippant with my mother... I didnt take the food. Probably never going back after that service. Which sucks because the food is decent.

20 years passed since I've eaten at this rallys! I really regret ever giving this place a second chance! The chicken sandwich was horrible just atrocious nastiest thing ever. There was absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from the guy at the window. Upon arrival, I said: "Good afternoon". No Reply! He tended a drive thru customer, saw me at window and did not even acknowledge my presence. I said: "Hello". NOTHING!! He tended another drive thru customer. I said: "Excuse me". He turned back toward me. NOTHING!!! No acknowledgement whatsoever!!! He started tending another drive thru customer... to which I stated: "Excuse me, does ANYONE help out carry-out customers?" He turned to me and FINALLY stated: "One minute" No customer service skills whatsoever!!! As I received the order from him, I asked for his name, to which he replied: "why?" ...and walked away. I asked for his name from another employee...she stated it was Jorge. Not sure if it was, but I would NOT return to THIS location if HE was around still. I'm upset...this is NOT normal treatment I've received at other locations. 👎

I ordered one triple Big Buford and I ordered one triple Burger they both were$9.79 they gave me two double burgers and I had to pay for that the same that's not fair. This establishment needs to be shut down. My grandmother fish sandwich wasn't right I asked for only onions no mayo my grandmother's allergic to Mayo and now we're on our way to the hospital. I have receipts pictures and proof I paid over $30 for you all to mess up my weekend. I have worked in the food industry for years I know about temperatures modifications and just getting the order right in all around customer service. All of this could have been prevented had you just fixed my order or answer the phone.

They do not answer their phone, so it's impossible to rectify the matter unless you go back and wait, in a sketchy ordering line, to be attended to. Part of me really wants to go back and get my refund or sandwich, but I think I learned my lesson as far as waisting my time there. I'd rather go to the one in Huntington Park.

The order was 1 Big Bufford combo with a Tropical Punch Icee and 1 Pepper Jack Cheese Big Bufford combo with a Tropical Punch Icee. We waited at least 15 to place order then an additional 10-15 waiting for the order only for the order to be wrong and half cold. The fries was hot, they gave us a regular cold burger, 1 cold Big Bufford and 2 bland cups of slushies. It's like they was focusing on 1 of the drive thrues. We was waiting tooo long for our food to be wrong. I do not recommend and I will not return but you can go if you want. Whatever floats your boat.

My husband bought me a #1 combo and the bread was cold!! . I ask my husband if he couldn’t check the hamburger if it was hot or so and why did the person that made my hamburger didn’t notice it was cold. I could literally felt it as soon as I got it out from the bag. The worst experience and I had to throw away the hamburger and the fries because the fries tasted and smell like that nasty oil. Nasty !!!

We ordered through UberEats and realized our order was completely wrong. Not only did they not give us the large drink and large fry we ordered, but gave a single chicken tender when we ordered chicken bites (2 orders of those). On top of that, the food was just thrown into the bag with no care and the chicken sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together. Love Rally's, but won't order from this location again.
