Unreal. Best I've ever had
Everything here is fantastic.
So this is the current poke that I hold up others to (for quick lunch purposes). This place was a short walk (30 mins, which may seem long for Angelinos) from my AirBnB but I was recommended it. On reaching the location (my google maps was potentially a little wrong, I’ll fix it), I walked in and checked out the menu. Plenty of different combinations were on offer and I wanted to get the chili garlic shrimp on brown sushi rice. I was umming and erring over the kimchi cucumbers or the wakame salad to go with it and the server offered me a half portion of each. I also got masago, little fish eggs, in addition to the standard toppings of scallion, rice seasoning and wasabi peas. Grabbing a soda as well, she gave me my number and I grabbed a table. It came quickly and I dug in, it’s not a small portion (I had a Kine which I guess is a medium) and the flavours were really fresh and bright. The shrimp were well cooked and crunchy and the toppings I had were all delicious. The masago added a little something extra that I was very happy about. About $15 including drink and a tip for eating in. I was happy.
Absolutely delicious! Wow. Incredibly balanced flavors. Fresh ingredients. If you live Poke (like me) you'll LOVE Ohana Poke Co.
The poke is very good and flavorful. Can't wait to come back!!! Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend ohana to all the poke lovers out there.
Best Poke!!!!! Quality And a secret -- AWESOME FRIED ORGANIC CHICKEN WINGS w a tangy spicy dry rub and creme fraiche dipping sauce on the side. $$
Sweetfin doesn't compare to the Poke served here. Amazing Poke Bowls. The fish is really fresh.
Best poke in the los Feliz surrounding area would highly recommend
Delicious poke and spam misubi. Priced a little on the high side, but everything was great, nice atmosphere and excellent service. Will definitely return.
Delicious poke bowls with more generous portions than you'll get at Mainland Poke on 3rd St.
Hawaii created Poke - this place has the only authentic high quality Poke in LA.
Fresh ingredients and generous portions. I like to put lemin, chilli powder and soy sauce on mine
BEST POKE IN LA!!! nice, family owned. authentic and super tasty
Such fresh food I pray they open back up SOON and that they are not closed permanently
BEST POKE OF ALL TIME. I will not eat anywhere else. Period.
Seriously excellent poke made with high quality ingredients. 👍🍴
The portions are smaller, but the poke is amazing
Seriously the best poke I’ve had in a while. I’ll be back!!
Superlative poke and the chicken wings are both unique and excellent
Delicious! I love the olive oil kale base
The staff are top notch and the food is too.
High quality poke! Many things to choose from
Best Poke in LA - hands down
Love the new addition to the menu
I’ve been to Hawaii, and this is just as good as the poke there. Is it a little more expensive? Sure, but it’s absolutely worth it. My go-to order is the Ohana Shoyu Tuna over white rice with Korean pickles on the side. The tuna is incredibly fresh, almost melting in your mouth, and the shoyu complements it perfectly without overpowering the flavor. If it weren’t so hard on my wallet, I’d eat here every day.
The closest thing to poke in Hawaii. The shoyu has a slick savory texture that isn't too salty, just like on the islands. If you've had it in HI, then you know what I mean. Is it pricey? Yes, but for the quality, freshness, authenticity, and sheer deliciousness of it, it is well worth the cost. If I had piece of feedback, I thought the noodle side thing was a bit too salty for my taste, but the crab mac was fantastic. I had it last week and have been craving it since!
Got half shoyu half shiso&salt with crab Mac and seaweed! It's just like what you get at Foodland or Tamura, if not on the level of Fresh Catch or Kahuku Superette. Which is a feat considering you're across the Pacific. Shiso in the musubi is a real nice touch
Delicious. I was craving a poke bowl, found this gem and it was great. I did the spicy tuna with cucumber and glass noodles. I’d go back! ✨Follow me on IG @jasmynisabel & TikTok @sazondiaries ✨
Traditional, delicious, and easily the best Poke in Silver Lake. A new concept of Eric Park, the owner of Bodega Park, comes a revamp of the classic Hawaiian poke spot, Ohana Superette. I was very excited to see Superette was back in business and settled in under the leadership of the Bodega Park family, but I was curious as to how it would hold up to other traditional Hawaiian poke spots in LA. Truthfully, some of the best Hawaiian poke I’ve had was from pop-ups (shoutout Unreal Poke), very few brick and mortar spots exist for poke. I went a few days after the soft opening and it was a truly incredible experience! Ohana Superette knocks it out of the park in EVERY way. Even from moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a very Bodega Park feeling spot, but with a kind of tropical twist and simplicity that is easy to settle into. It’s a lovely space, and like Bodega, you order at the counter. The menu is specific, yet has a ton of variety of flavors and options. I was SHOCKED at the amount of gluten free options compared to Bodega Park, there are so many great choices for the gluten sensitive folks (Bodega plz plz get some gluten free buns). I ordered the spicy tuna bowl with the kimchi cucumber (every poke order comes with a banchan), an interesting Korean flare you can add to the poke. The selection of drinks is limited, but I got the Haleiwa Iced Coffee and it went SO well with the bowl, cooling down the spice with every sip. I also ordered a spam musubi, which was easily one of the best musubi’s I’ve ever had—this place didn’t really miss. The service was excellent and while our food didn’t come out super quick (given that Poke is normally quite fast), they seem to still be getting comfortable in the space. All of the servers were super kind and attentive. Ohana Superette is exactly what you want out of a neighborhood Poke spot. Traditional flavors with a kick of Korean flare, specialized menu items that work great together, and hearty bowls that fill you up before you leave to enjoy the summer day. We truly lucked out with this one. And if you’re not feeling the fish, then jump back over to Bodega Park, it’s not far :)
Shared the shoyu and sea salt tuna poke, half kale half rice, and crab Mac salad with my husband. Honestly as good as the poke in Hawaii. Although rather pricey for the portion size, I would 100# come again, as very few places I know have such fresh poke that’s not drowned in sauce and toppings. The fish really shines. Also picked up a spam musubi, loved the addition of the shiso leaf.
Amazing poke in Silver Lake. I got the half salmon, half tuna with a half rice, half baby kale base, plus mac salad and kimchi cucumbers. Super fresh, well-balanced, and the Hawaiian-Korean flavors really shine.
So yummy. Best poke I have found in LA
Fantastic food - have to worry a little about the line, it gets busy cause it's that good
Was so good! Very fresh and the space is beautiful.
So good! Loved the beet banchan
Parking can sometimes be hard to find depending on the time. I always get a poke bowl with half brown rice, half kale, the shrimp and spicy tuna, cucumbers and seaweed salad. It is so yummy especially if you are trying to eat on the healthier side. They also have aqua frescas that are very refreshing. I also find out that they have delivery if you are local. I might have to try that out one day when I'm too lazy to drive.

The Hawaiian crab mac salad here is bomb! Oh and don't forget the poke.
This is my absolute go-to pokè spot. My wife and I usually go once a week and we aren’t disappointed. The staff is friendly, the food is out quick and the quality always feels premium. As a note, if you like everything mixed in your bowl you can ask for it ‘dirty.’
I eat poke every chance I get all over the country/world, and Ohana's is easily the best I've ever had. I'm the furthest thing from a Hawaiian/Pacific Rim native, so I can't speak to 'authenticity,' but from a quality of ingredients and flavor standpoint, Ohana poke has no peer imo.
Love this place. Out of all the poke shops between Sacramento and Folsom, Ohana is hands down the best. Great selection of toppings, good portions, delicious sauces and always friendly service. Only wish they had a soda fountain and better selection of beverages.
SO GLAD Ohana reopened - they were here before the pandemic, and are finally back! There's just nothing like this Hawaiian poke - so much better than the unseasoned stuff you get everywhere else in LA. I wish they had brought their tofu poke back as well - it was amazing - and also wish they were open for dinner, but will take what I can get. The fish is super fresh and delicious, and the sides are fantastic. I feel like I can actually get a healthy but delicious meal here and it's reasonably priced. Will likely be back more often than I should be.
This poke is not only the best poke in Silver Lake but the best poke I’ve ever had. Super super delicious, definitely hype worthy.

Super helpful staff for a poke eater. Fresh and delicious fish. Highly recommend.
For these prices, you want to like it more. Basically just sushi ingredients thrown into a bowl.
Yummy poke. Fresh ingredients - good protein options for the poke. Not too much mayo, which can overpower many poke bowls. Quick service.

I wanted to like this place but was a bit disappointed. Got the regular bowl with ohana and spicy they were both very bitter. They were lacking any other flavor and portion was very small for the price. walking in to a modern or possibly even dull poke spot didnt feel right either.Idk this just didn't feel like that or taste authentic to me 😫

It's not like most poke places. You don't finger-point what you want. You order, pay and only then see what you got.
The staff seem very nice but the poke is meh. I 100% do not understand the rave reviews. Maybe these people haven't had good poke to be able to understand what it is?? I mean a twinkee is good but it isn't Lark Cake Shop good. To be frank the poke at Gelsons is better.
