I love this place. I went for my first time ever on Saturday afternoon because I had a craving for donuts. The super sweet lady at the drive thru said she added some munchkins to my order. They are flavored donut holes. They were amazing! She gave me a good variety and we loved them. We will definitely be going back soon.
Even though the place was full, the staff smiled and stayed polite. My donuts were fresh and delicious.
Moved to Lubbock recently and this is not the closest Dunkin to me but I go there because they are friendly and take pride in their jobs and store.
Food was really good my favorite is the strawberry banana smoothie
Good service and friendly staff, ordered the 6 dollar special. Hot medium coffee, egg, bacon and cheese bagel sandwich. The sandwich was good and it came with hasbrowns that.. I would say could have been better but they were ok.
Love the coffe and donuts from here, we stop by on our way home
I really like this location of Dunkin. They are very quick, nice and my order tastes great. I use to visit this location often and hadn’t been in awhile– but I was just as happy to return. Definitely one of the better “chain” coffee shops here.
They have the absolute best coffee! The ham sliders were also good but kinda cold in the middle. Regardless, I will definitely be back!
The staff was friendly and helpful. They did a TERRIFIC job! The lobby needed a little bit of attention. A few of the tables had crumbs on them and some ice cream cone pieces on the floor under the table. The coffee was delicious and the donuts were also.
Great delicious sandwiches but twice at this location on Milwaukee, my decaf coffee is always burnt. Please fix that because I don't want to return because of that.
The only reason I went to Dunkin is now gone. Chocolate creme filled powdered donuts are now discontinued. I have eaten this donut for at least 40 years. I want it back but like everything else in this world, it doesn't matter what I want. Maybe if enough people complain they will bring it back. We can only try.
Since the new owners took over this location the service has gone way downhill, sad to see this . Do not recommend . I was charged 2.00 extra for this “Mother’s Day “ box . Wow I just laughed when I saw what they considered a “Mother’s Day box “… just be honest and say .. “no” we don’t offer seasonal options 🤣 also, the owners are extremely rude . Go support someone who is happy you are there !
The coffee was weak. The donut was as expected. I’m from out east, where there’s a Dunky on every corner. They have great coffee. A couple of years ago, new ownership came to the Lubbock Dunky’s. Since then, it seems that they have been trying to cut costs, but not in good ways. I won’t tolerate watered down coffee.
This location has GOT to get a better system as far as time management. I hadn’t been to Dunkin’ in a long time because this location was hella slow every time I’d visit. I tried it again this morning and was in the drive thru for 15 minutes! This is a Donut place, there should be no reason for this, IMO. I would have left, except the drive thru design is fantastic in making sure your unhappy customers can’t get out of the line without damaging their vehicle. 25 munchkins (most of which are gross pumpkin/ stale glazed) is not worth the time spent in that line this morning. Staff was friendly. Even still, I will not be back.
Went in with a group of friends on Saturday night for some ice cream. The staff was super friendly and of course the ice cream was fantastic. What became very uncomfortable was that the music being played was Christian music. Being honest, it really was not the music itself, but for about 30 minutes it was just one long sermon about heaven and hell. When you go into a place to eat ice cream and socialize with your friends, you do not go to be lectured to about religion. This was our first and probably will be our last time going in.
Friendly staff. They accept personal cups which I think is great and reduces waste. However when we requested less ice for an iced drink they did it is an extra 50 cents for that. This is something I have never been charged for at other DD or other coffee shops. One drink we requested was with less flavor syrup, why didn’t I get a discount for that. Also no discount for using my personal cup. Makes me think they have their own pricing that is not in line with the Dunkin franchise.
I think there has been a change in ownership or management. Never had I reason to write a negative review but my last order quickly prompted one. I'd always received munchkins in one bag, glazed donuts in a separate bag stacked sideways and warm food in a separate bag. In the last order, glazed donuts were under the munchkins facedown. By the time we unpacked them, most of the glaze was left in the bag. Who does that? Then the croissant sandwich was burned! Never had I ever! Until now.
I was craving an apple fritter and mango-banana smoothie, but they didn't have either. I compromised and had the smoothie without banana. For the donut, I requested two different filled donuts, but received the two of the same donuts. The iced coffee was bland. It needs a sweetener or flavor to make it taste better. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
I have attached a picture of a CHOCOLATE chip Muffin with hardly any chocolate chips. They use to have them all thorough out and on top of the muffin …. I guess not anymore. No taste whatsoever and I could NOT even eat it. Waste of money! We also got a blueberry muffin and it was the same way.
First time trying Dunkin’, and likely my last time…I was not impressed. The breakfast sandwich that I ordered was cold, as if it was sitting in the fridge. And the young lady who cash me out in the drive-through gave me the weirdest look when I declined to donate a dollar to charity.
Just went through the drive through, ordered an iced coffee drink. Unfortunately I drank half already until I noticed a cockroach in my drink. What’s disturbing about this is if you look at the bug it’s intact, so it obviously didn’t go through a brewing machine. Cups are also clear and stored so the odds a bug was living in the cup is low. That means the roach was in their ice bin that they’re using to serve everyone. Absolutely disgusting.
This location has the worst customer service! They always make you feel like your a burden. Literally 3 cars in line including ours, and guy who served us basically shoved our food & drinks out the window. This was the second time I’ve tried them out. First time they gave me bacon they warmed up in the microwave still on the paper tray.
Absolutely terrible Done with this Dunkin it's gotten worse and worse They never have the donut selection they used to they don't even look good anymore and this morning I got the bacon egg cheese beagle had to take it apart to eat it, beagle was burned black and hard as a rock and the burned flavor was horrible I'll go to Shipley from now on, it's a shame I used to love Dunkin and there Crullers, the new management is not good at all, as I've now seen other photos of there burned food
This location is not the best. They always seem extremely under staffed and very rude and rushed. Drinks are always under filled. This is before even leaving the drive thru. The person working the window even took a double glance and didn’t fix it. Worth your time to drive to a different location.
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The store was in poor sanitary condition—there were visible cockroaches in multiple areas, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty and clearly not maintained. The overall cleanliness of the dining and kitchen area was unacceptable, and the food did not appear to be fresh. It’s clear that health and safety standards are not being followed, which raises serious concerns. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately for the safety and well-being of customers. Until then, I would not recommend visiting this location.
I don’t know what has happened to this Dunkin’ Donuts location but for a good year now everything has gone downhill. I’ll go here every now and then because it’s close to my house, but very rarely get what paid for. The iced coffees are terrible. Super watered down. I just threw mine away because i felt like i was just drinking water with a hint of coffee.
really bad customer service. Ordered a mocha latte with almond milk and my boyfriend ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and they gave both of an iced coffee with mocha syrup instead - tastes like burnt water. We tried to have the order corrected and they argued with us saying they gave us what we ordered which they didn’t. We also asked for light ice and that didn’t happen either
At 10:30 they had their doors locked and only the drive thru open. The drive thru had a very limited selection and was told they were out if this and out of that. With only one person working in the building, it is clear that they are not prepared to do business so we took our business elsewhere. We suggest you do the same.
Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. The coffee was watery and the sandwich tasted like it had been frozen for a long time. These owners and employees either need some training or need to take pride in their work.
I was so excited about the new munchkins -national commercial is great, I bought a box of 50, plain box, vs colorful munchkin fun, had no good xmas selection only one with candy sprinkles not even as pictured by national. And, most importantly I feel they were 2 day old donuts holes. That was the worst. I could not even give as a Gift to my friends. I Chunked them and wento to CrispyCreme. Dunkin’ Donuts is fantastic brand however this store has a major problem. The Indian owners had several family members in there just chatting/visiting, only one lady working window also was pre occupied by her family/ friends. Weird place- no effort to celebrate Christmas in their presentation of donuts!
We were visiting from out of town and I went to this drive-thru twice. The first time I had a small order and it took longer than what I felt was normal. On our way out of town to head back home, we decided to get breakfast. To be fair, we are a family of 5. We each wanted a drink and a food item. Ordering was torture. The menu reset once and we had to repeat our order several times (that alone took us 5+ minutes). The person in front of us got out of line and drove away as it was taking so long (I let Dunkin know). When we got to the window, we were given a bag with our food items except half were missing. I asked kindly in case they were just planning to give me an additional bag. No. I had to ask several times for my remaining items (which they also got mostly wrong). By this time, the line was to the street and we were feeling pretty awful to be holding up the line. My husband's drink was twice as sweet instead of half sweet. My son's drink was iced instead of hot. My daughter received strawberry cream cheese instead of plain. Again, I get it, we were a large order. We ended up just accepting what was given to us because we felt so bad about the line to the street. On their defense, they were kind (though not apologetic). We also remained calm and nicely asked for our items when not given. We're now leaving town later than intended (this whole drive thru experience lasted 30 minutes!) and overall it just left a bad taste in our mouth. Dunkin is a great company with great products, but they need to work on their efficiency at this location and perhaps train their employees a bit better.
Not sure what is happening to this store, but their coffee continues to be watered down and taste like nothing. I placed a delivery order for coffee and left a private review that the coffee was watered down, and the next day because I still want to try it and see if it would be better the store out of spite canceled my order. I’ve tried it 3 other times since and it’s watered down coffee every time. Most places would fix the issue not double down, cancel orders or continue making a bad order.
Used to love coming here and I don’t want to say I’m done with it just yet, but the slow service this last couple months have been forcing me to hesitate coming. We need to make Dunkin great again
Don’t waste your time ordering ahead here bc the kids they have running the place don’t even open the store! You’re forced to use drive thru and completely makes ordering ahead pointless SMGDH Worst run Dunkin EVER!!
If you wanna feel completely ignored, come to this location between 730 and 8 o’clock. I did an order online and I’m still standing here waiting 20 minutes later! Don’t get the wrap! I had to toss 1/2 the tortilla because it was hard.
Ok… I wasn’t going to share because it was ONLY 2 dollars were my thoughts which is why I balled the receipt up but it’s MY 2 bucks and my kid didn’t eat hers either! Those hash browns were NOT it!! They were burnt and preheated or the sort, not crispy. I get not wanting to have a long line in drive thru but things that are meant to be crispy can’t be served soft!!! My total was $6.45… I gave John $12 and he asked “did you mean to give me 12 and I said “yes so I could get a $5 dollar bill back” and what does he do ….give me 5 ones…. When I questioned him, he said “that’s all I have”.. why didn’t you say that to begin with..smh
