Had the apple cranberry salad with grilled chicken. The apples were crisp and the chicken grilled hot and fresh. A very good salad. The cashier was new, so unsure on the register. She was so polite, and got help so she didn't keep me waiting. I was impressed!

Went and bought three meals there today, cashier even asked if we needed ketchup. We'll we got spicy and regular ketchup. Get home sit down to grub you know, found three burgers each in their own sacks found the ketchup,where the hell did our fries go. How hard can it be to read off of a menu and still get it wrong I mean we payed for it why don't we get it. I think you guys need to slow down get these order's right. I hate paying for something and not get it.

If you ever want a burger at two in the morning this is definitely the place to go. Whataburger always comes in clutch with their burgers and they’re always made correctly. I’ve never had a negative experience with them. The lines are kind of long for being 2 AM but they’re the only place that’s open so I can excuse it. The staff is always really helpful and willing to take your order the kitchen staff is always willing to accommodate any additions or anything you want to change on your order. Highly highly highly recommended

My new favorite Whataburger location! Went late on Saturday night to grab a burger. A few cars were in the drive-thru, so I opted to go inside. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I ordered at the counter and was greeted by everyone who worked there.. literally. My food was hot and fresh and they got everything right!! (If you eat out in Lubbock much, you know this is rare) Even the sweet tea was freshly brewed! I'm definitely making this location my go-to!

The food here was delicious. There was practically no wait to order inside and the food came quickly. All of the employees were nice and there is even a single outlet so you can plug stuff in, like your phone. What really stood out to us, though, was the cashier working today. The cashier, Ben C., was very professional and courteous throughout the visit. He engaged in conversation while also working and overall made the experience quite pleasant. He greeted every customer that came in and treated everyone with kindness. Him bring there made our little pitstop a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy some good food and a fantastic staff.

I found out the Whataburger near me was 24/7 so at 5:00 a.m. one morning I went for a cup of coffee. The lady poured me a cup and hand it to me with a great big smile on her face with both hands I received the cup and look down at my wallet laying on the counter I said how much is that? She said, “oh I gave you a senior coffee." I hope senior coffee didn't mean weak because you're old because I like mine black as night. But she wiped the counter where she was and went back to work and I looked around and there was an old man sitting in the corner so I asked him if she had given me the cup because I looked homeless? He told me that a senior cup is a free cup of coffee for anyone 60 years or older. The coffee wasn't bad I would even say good put on random mornings when I get up at the butt crack of dawn it's nice to know I can go get a free cup of coffee. I went back a few mornings later and tried the butter chicken biscuits... I tripled my order. Those are so delicious. Best breakfast idea I've ever seen in Texas. I like their burgers they are my favorite burgers but they're good burgers. But biscuits and chicken and tacos (tacos are pretty good, they sell more in the right next door to Taco Bell) found a reason to Whataburger.

Stopped in for lunch 8/5/24. Not overly crowded and our order was taken right away. You need a code to use the bathroom as they stay locked. Bathrooms were clean. Food was delicious as always at Whataburger. Parking lot is level and easy to get in and out. Near I-27 and other shopping and hotels. Staff was friendly. Would eat here again when in the Lubbock area.

I don’t like leaving reviews when businesses make mistakes. I got the wrong order when I came in from SATX. It was 11:00 pm and they got the order wrong. I called that night and Sean was very helpful. They made it right on a different visit and because I was so happy with them I bought all 6 of their cups. Thanks again to this locations leadership.

The whataburger we usually go to ( the one by our house) was going through remodel so we went here and will forever be going here. We got our food so much faster, the food was actually hot, the order was 100 percent right, and everyone was friendly.

For the most part ive been impressed on the freshness of the food. My only issue is just about 99% of the time they forget something from my order. Even so id still recommend them just check your order before you leave.

There have been times when they are short-handed, but the staff tries their best to get orders out fast and are sometimes prone to give out wrong orders, as we have experienced a few times. My husband and I understand completely how stressful any job is when there are not enough workers. We usually don't wait too long from the time we order at the drive thru and to the window about 10-15 minutes at most 20 minutes.

Love whataburger. The sandwiches are always great but the wait is super long, very slow service, and the fries are always old and cold. The sandwiches are always delicious though and I keep coming back despite the wait.

Service was good there was a gentleman that looked to come to this whataburger often and the staff were extremely sweet which made me comfortable being there. Best burgers. Last time I had the chicken strips, not so good, they were dry. I sat directly in front of the kitchen, very young team captains or supervisors, and workers, which I think is a great way to save money all the while training the new work force. But they were playing around with a bag of food, throwing it back and forth, finally the girl behind the wall took the bag, pulled a burger out of the bag and I think that was the burger they gave my boyfriend. They are so busy all the time. The staff is going to be 75 percent Spanish speaking. They only hire like looking staff members. The food is usually pretty good but can be very hard to order sometimes and the staff is not always okay with English only customers.

Be prepared to ask for napkins, utensils and whatever else they are supposed to normally just give you. Although the cashier seemed sweet, this location apparently doesn't care enough to make sure you have everything you need. It happens every time. All other locations seem to know better though.

When I went in last service took too long & kids visiting one another who worked there or their boyfriends or school classmates visiting plus girl at counter didn't acknowledge me as a customer or get a thank you when I finally got my order. But the food was good though.

Whataburger has been a favorite of my family for years. And I have given rave reviews before. However this is not one of those. For the second time in a row, they have messed my order up in the same way. But that comes later. First, let's discuss time and temp abused eggs. Scrambled eggs should not be green or mildly cardboard in texture. Biscuits should not be dry and crunchy. Hashbrowns should also have at least a semblance of freshness. But the final blow to my breakfast bowl was the simple fact that "on the side" is not the same as "don't send any gravy with my meal". The first interpretation lets me control the amount of that particular vice, while combating the vagaries of dry biscuits and eggs. The second interpretation just annoys me.

Worst Whataburger EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. First they made us wait for 25 minutes before we even got our food. When we checked it the chicken sandwich which was supposed to be plain had everything on it. When we took it back in all they did was wipe off everything and then smother it in sauce that was not wanted on the sandwich. They told us it would be another 15 minutes if we wanted a new one. We left and I decided to just throw away the sandwich and eat the fries.

I just got lunch for my daughter and myself. A kids meal and a patty melt meal. Went through the drive thru to save time and be faster. Sat in the driveway for over 45 minutes. I’m not one to post reviews, but I just had to post this one. I love Whataburger but this particular location never ceases to astound me. They have THE WORST customer service. The people who work the night shift are very rude and they are always slow. You can see them playing around and laughing in there but no one wants to speed up the line and get orders out. I’ve worked fast food jobs before and that was always a huge deal, customer service. And they don’t enforce that here. I really hope one day someone else takes over this location because it needs DRASTIC improvement.

I asked for a salad with lettuce, tomato, and cheese and what they gave me was this purple lettuce with carrots on it no cheese and no tomatoes. I've been here twice and apparently no one can take a simple order. 1st time we were told to pull forward and our order would be brought out to us. 2 other cars got their food at the window before we went inside and out food was just sitting there getting cold and was wrong. 2nd time, less than 30 min ago my husband had to argue with the staff as he was asking for a cheesburger for my child and they insisted that they don't have a regular cheeseburger only the jalapeño cheese burger. After finally sorting out that we wanted a cheeseburger kids meal with cheese, they gave us the jalapeño cheese burger. Clearly brainless employees. Ordered the same thing I always order. #13 three piece chicken strip. Waited in line in drive through for over 15 minutes. When I got my order it seemed a little light so I checked. I only got three chicken strips. The order comes with fries and toast. I parked went in and asked why I didn't get the rest of my order. The staff argued with me and said the order only comes with the strips and nothing else even though the menu stated other wise.

Whataburger has really gone done in the past few years! I'm used to waiting a minimum of 15 minutes in drive thru because food is usually made to order. YET... the past 3 times I've gone... it has been horrible! Fries are cold and were obviously on the line for a while... Burger is cold and soggy! I've had to replace the bottom bun for an actual slice of bread only because it was like eating bread pudding. So bad! At this point I'd actually prefer In and Out over Whataburger. You guys need to step up your game!! So bad.

3/5/25 We went here to the curbside checked in and we had to wait a long time for our food and when the girl finally came with it she didn’t even bring us our drinks ,and so she went back for them. So when we got our burgers out the food was cold and soggy the drinks didn’t have hardly any ice and was warmish.Also this girl wasn’t very enthused about her job. Don’t go here go somewhere else!!!

But then we watched THREE cars get their food behind us and leave, before we got our order. Which was edible, but the Texas toast was soggy and the chicken fingers overcooked. Trusting the business I left without checking my meal, little did I know I would be sadly disappointed. I got home and took a bite and THERE WAS NO PATTY IN MY BURGER!!. I will not be going back here and I hope they get a new staff who knows how to make a simple burger WITH A PATTY!. Smh honestly so sad.

Ordered online for curbside pickup got to the location checked in and still waited an additional 40 minutes for 3 burgers. Finally got off and our order was sitting g there and the guy at the counter grabbed the bags and out them in a plastic bag and said thank you! Food was definitely cold onion rings were cold! Worst service ever along with customer service!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My husband ordered 4 honey butter chicken biscuits and they were completely raw in the inside.

Went in and got my kids and I some food and omgggg.....We wanted to redeemed our free offer we have got in the app and apparently one of the mangers didn't know what I was talking about so they made me pay for the food that was supposed to be FREE......VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION....POOR MANAGEMENT AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE !!!! ..why have offers on the app if you can't USE THEM !!!!! And the strips were nasty old grease and what not !!!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich got a single burger was dry just had mustard and cut up lettuces ended up driving out to another place to get food that was warm and eatable

I wish the people that worked. There were on the same page, but there's like maybe four people on the same page and everybody else is scattered everywhere. It really is a shame. OmG 3/28/2022 5:43pm- 6:43pm I could not believe even though the lobby was clean they totally trashed my food with rotten tomatoes, and racial offensive remarks. I could not believe a manager staff member said "the register was racist and that it only works for white people" It was offensive towards my guest, myself. I will rethink ever eating here for a good long while. Loved my sandwich and service.🥰😍🤩🥳 Be patient they have a lot of new staff. 9/16/2020 Service was a little slow for French fries but they did apologize and they had a lot of new staff. But overall it was very clean and worth visiting.

It don’t ever end every time I go thru the drive thru they always get my order wrong and no condiments and food cold. Food would be great if they did their job right. Hopefully seeing this will make a change cause me going up there and calling to much

25 minutes waiting at the drive thru window for 2 taquitos and a breakfast on a bun. Went inside to try and get a refund and just like that our food was just setting on the counter. Do better What a Burger.

We thought it be different if it seems like they don’t want to improve my family and I just want to go to eat but some of the people like to give us attitude throw our fries in the bag upside down when we order them and claims they don’t give fries with breakfast ordered we had to wait for abit and the food was cold by the time we got home I had many problems with this Whataburger back in 2024 but I thought I give them a chance in 2026 but it seems like the past is repeating itself

Pretty much every time my girlfriend & I come here our order gets messed up. My girlfriend gets the chicken tenders with two sides of gravy (one comes with the meal & we order one extra) & literally every. single. time. BOTH gravies are missing. So we then have to pull into spot & go inside (you know, the last thing you should have to do when ordering through the drive thru) & let them know we’re missing stuff & they always act annoyed like we’re somehow at fault for their incompetence. I would recommend staying away from this whataburger if you actually want the things you’re ordering, but if you do come here, ALWAYS check the bag before you leave window. You can thank me later.

Ordered a head and selected my spot the second I parked... multiple people who came in after me got in the drive through got their food before me. I can understand sitting here waiting my turn but to allow people to come in after and leave before is not a good business practice.

This whataburger is straight trash. Picked up the #26 breakfast this morning gravy was water, no silverware to eat my gravy soup even if i wanted to. Service is always unfriendly. One thing you are consistent with is bad food and unfriendly help 👍

Placed an online order threw the app then got the the location and had to wait 11 minutes for it once I arrived. I really don’t know what is going on with Whataburger but it seems every time I go I have an issue with service. I feel like why order on the app when it didn’t save my anytime from ordering at the restaurant

Went by after work today and put in order for everyone at my house (only 3 people) the girl at the drive thru window was not only the rudest person I've had the displeasure of interacting with this week but also perhaps might be the dumbest as well. Got damn near everything wrong on my order and then had an attitude when I told her that the drinks themselves weren't even the right size . This location is terrible . Do yourself a favor and go to the 50th Street location . Never had a problem there

The absolute worst Whataburger I’ve ever been too….. okay first off no spicy ketchup was given. No order was made right. I had to drive 2 1/2 hour back home and didn’t have time to turn back around this late at night with two little ones in the car. My order had whata sauce and it was sweet and disgusting so no dinner for me :( Please follow instructions on orders! You never know peoples situations and what they can afford. How you can ruin someone’s night and long drive home.
