A very nice pub, even if it doesn't look like it from the outside. The interior is elegant and refined, with a raised seating area. My wife and I had a coffee that I'd say was excellent. Illi coffee, in my opinion, is the best roasted coffee in Italy. The coffee machine is a lever type, something I haven't seen in at least 10 years. But above all, inside you'll find a very friendly lady and gentleman, the kind who talk to you and not just serve you. Coffee costs 1 euro, which is rare these days. Plus, there's an outdoor terrace.

I've known it for 35 years, a place where the food and drinks have always been excellent. The location is fabulous, on the splendid Lungo Po Antonelli with an enchanting view of the river and the hill opposite. For a totally relaxing summer evening, sitting outside is the best. Note: Last but not least, Mario, the owner, is always friendly, kind, and helpful, with a constant smile on his face. 35 years like this, how do you do it??? 😀 Great!!!!😉

Locale molto carino in lungo po antonelli. Siamo andati per un veloce aperitivo prima di pranzo. Molto bello il dehor esterno lungo il po'...vero punto di forza del locale. Posto consigliato.

A good pub for a weekday lunch, but it's a shame the temperatures are quite low in winter. Eating when you feel cold isn't ideal. Otherwise, everything was fine, excellent beer.

1 person, around 6pm on Sunday. Ordered a very pleasant espresso, Dioppio, and a Prosecco with a splash of Aperol. A snack of classic chips included. (Never an olive... am I asking too much?) Everything was good, and the location was very nice. A gentleman came in to ask for a "free" coffee, and I humbly left one pending on my bill. I went out for a smoke for 10 minutes and found my table vacated. I understood the hasty circumstances and, without further ado, ordered a second. The scene repeated itself; I go out to play, far away from the tables (for me it's a matter of respect), and I find that my drink has already been thrown away... along with the customer who paid for it but didn't enjoy it... If this is the Italian hospitality we pride ourselves on abroad, we'd better keep quiet and continue playing the crooks of the wealthy who come to spend and buy our beautiful country... we're just poor little Alfreds, surrounded by a bunch of ephemeral Bruce Waynes.

Four aperitifs and two children, one a year old and one a year and a half. For them, we had ordered juice and water (the latter never arrived). My sister, clearly pregnant, asked for a non-alcoholic drink and the waitress laughed. My husband ordered Coke in a glass (again, the waitress claimed it was there) but the one arrived in a mini can. For four of us plus two children, they brought us a frozen pizza and not even chips. They charged us immediately, unlike the other customers. The only one who noticed our discomfort was the man, but he was immediately "cornered" when we pointed these things out to the waitress and owner. It's a shame, the place is nice, on the Po River and close to my house, but I won't be returning.

Waiters fresh out of hotel school? Perhaps, or perhaps on underpaid internships? In short, inexperienced and confused... Food: after long waits, everything is frozen, from the parmigiana to the pizza, and then even the burnt burgers arrive. What can I say about missed opportunities to increase revenue, and then you complain about the crisis? Learn to cook and serve. Prices are also high for frozen junk.

Unfortunately, this is the only restaurant in the area, and the service is rude. We were repeatedly ordered to vacate a table because there were five of us (+ one child) occupying two (which seems more than normal with regular bar tables if you don't want to be lapped up by one another). Finally, the annoyed owner arrived and asked us to vacate the table in a rather rude manner. The pizza for the appetizer was frozen.
