The food was great, the service is outstanding, and the gelatto is probably the most creamy that I tried in Italy so far. Salvatore (not sure if I am writing his name right) was so attentive and did great on explaining everything about the menu and gave us amazing recommendations. The view is a plus and if you have the chance get a table on the top floor.

I think it's one of the best pizzerias I've ever eaten at. I've been to Mario Rossi several times and it never disappoints; the craft beers they offer are also excellent. Why 4 stars: - The service is quite fast, but unfortunately, this place also offers shift-based dining. - They sometimes use room fragrances, which can be very off-putting for those who are sensitive to odors (like me).

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria, located right in the square in front of the Church of Lurago d'Erba. The quality of the products is very appreciable as well as the final product itself. The service is also good! I recommend booking, because the place is always full. They do two shifts, so the first shift from 19.15/30 until 21.00 and the second shift from 21.00 onwards!

22/04/25: let's go again, I'll take my beloved Margherita: this time it looks splendid and well stuffed, with a honeycombed and very light crust, lots of fresh basil and good oil, too bad that... it wasn't the Margherita I asked for, by mistake instead of mozzarella there was a lot of smoked provola, which I don't even like, it made it really heavy...😭 The pizza was therefore terrible, but I must say that the always very kind and helpful guys at the checkout, aware of the mistake they had made, deducted my pizza from the bill. We have been twice, the first in May 2024, the other in January 2025, and we found completely different and definitely worse pizzas. In May 2024, the dough was perfectly alveolated and light, the filling abundant with many thick slices of mozzarella and good oil, even better as it cools, to be enjoyed slowly. In January 2025, last Saturday, however, the filling was scarce, halved, and the crust was still honeycombed but with a much more compact and a little "rubbery" dough. A huge shame. The environment is minimal but very elegant and classy, ​​with large windows that truly offer a splendid view, and the service is young, quick and efficient.
