Clean store, my burger was good but my wife did not like the chili cheese dog.

The burgers were pretty good. I liked that you can choose skinny fries or fat fries. There were several other food options inside the establishment.

Nice cheeseburger 🍔 you pick the toppings I added bacon to my regular cheese burger and My husband added an egg to his large cheese burger we both enjoyed it. if you want something else there is also 3 other places in this food court so everyone can get what they want!

Came here since my husband loves Fatburger and he hasn't had one since he lived in L.A. He says it tastes just like he remembers. I'm a picky eater and I eat my steaks and burger medium-medium rare. This burger was a little on the dry side due to it being cooked through (medium well to well done). That is my only complaint. The menu reminds me a little of 5 guys in terms of add ons and is the same price point. That being said, if this place cooked the patty to my liking (juicy and not dry) then it would be one of the best fast food burgers that I have tried. They cook the burgers to order and the patties have great char and are seasoned really well. They don't use cheap bacon and they have sweet potato fries. The groove cut in the fries made them really crisp and I love that their fries are seasoned. This location is inside the shell gas station, is brand new, and clean. This is a great pitstop location. The staff were helpful when making menu choices and I can see us coming back again.

Mann do we love fat burger. But this location is not it. Burger was so dry I couldn't even eat half of it...even my the bun to my burger was terrible!

Me and my wife had the original fatburger OG worse burger I have eaten in a long time take that back did not eat the burger was dry I ordered toasted bun was not toasted fries cold no salt white strawberry milkshake it was white tasted more like vanilla very little strawberry flavor never to return. P.S GAVE THE BURGER TO MY DOG. 🐶

This location straight sucks 2nd time trying it and the burger buns were stale and falling apart as I tried to eat burger French fries were cold and for a family of 3 it was 65.00 dollars for basic burger combos THATS RIDICULOUS

Bun wasn't grilled or toasted king burger had to have been pre-cooked held in a steamer so lost all the flavor, hint "FAT BURGER" fries were good but I didn't come for the fries al in all the burgers were pretty dry and lacking flavor 👎

Drove several miles home only to find they got my entire order wrong. Drove back to explain old lady rolled her eyes at me and other customers and proceededto tell me I WAS WRONG. She clearly doesn't like her job. The cook tossed my order on the counter and exclaimed "check it before you leave." Spent $47 and they couldn't get it right. Terrible service. They need better employees at this location. Ordered on 3/25/25 7:35pm order# 21323339
