Had a really nice lunch there at this very relaxing restaurant, sitting outside at the park next to the restaurant, with tables nicely set up with table cloths. The food was great with 3-course lunch and a glass of wine for only 13 Euros. The service was also excellent.

No entiendo porque tiene tanta “fama” este establecimiento. Para mí, súper normalito,sobre saturado de mesas y gente sin apenas poder disfrutar de tu espacio personal tranquilamente. Servicio discreto y básico, como lleves abrigo te las tienes que apañar para poder colocarlo en tu ya aun diminuto espacio personal. Precios algo caro para la calidad de los platos que pedimos. Es de esos sitios que creo que no recomendaría ni repetiría para ir de nuevo. Eso si, la decoración del restaurante me encantó, súper bonito. Pero uno se queda con hambre y es a lo que fuimos, a comer.

Pedimos un menú… todo muy buen sabor y buena calidad… quizás algo pequeñas las cantidades … por lo que no pongo las 5 estrellas. El local muy bien climatizado y el personal muy amable.

He ido a comer con 2 amigas, y todo ha estado fenomenal. Desde la amabilidad del personal, la decoración genial y los platos preparados con gusto.

El local está muy bonito decorado, pero la comida no nos terminó de encantar: pedimos los crujientes de berenjenas y la tempura de langostinos y no nos gustó el rebozado, demasiado basto, y las berenjenas muy sosas. El steak tartar si nos gustó y el mousse de chocolate también estaba rico. Pero lo que menos nos gustó fue que como habíamos pedido todo para compartir nos trajeron todos los platos a la vez, por lo que los platos calientes se nos enfriaron. Nos hubiera gustado que nos hubieran servido los platos de uno en uno. Hay muchas mesas y el nivel de ruido era alto.

Fuimos a comer menú del día y nos gustó mucho, cabe destacar que los platos son caseros y que por 16€ comes bien en Madrid.

La cocina muy bien. Platos bien en cantidad y calidad. Lo que hemos pedido muy rico. El servicio tambien bien, buena atención. La decoración del restaurante con mucho encanto, muy agradable todo en general. Lo unico quiza algo de ruido, estaba bastante lleno de gente.

Find this restaurant close by with good rating on Google maps and available seats at 20pm Friday. Atmosphere is cozy. Waitresses are very friendly and responsive. Food is ok. Black rice is too salty. Pasta portion is big, one person couldn’t finish. Cheese cake is tasty.

Solía ser uno de mis lugares favoritos en Madrid, he ido muchas veces, pero esta última visita para un almuerzo de negocios fue una gran decepción. El ambiente sigue siendo muy agradable, algo que siempre he valorado de Sra Smith. Sin embargo, esta vez el servicio dejó mucho que desear: fue lento y poco atento, las chicas que al parecer español no era su lengua de origen con una actitud déspota, mala cara y poco prudente. La comida, lamentablemente, llegó fría, sin mucho sabor y todo con un olor de aceite re frito. Me dio pena haberlo recomendado a mis invitados y no haber estado a la altura de lo que esperábamos. Espero que haya sido un mal día puntual, pero por ahora me cuesta pensar en volver. Espero en un futuro puedan resolverlo porque tiene mucho potencial, he celebrado muchos cumples aquí, amo el ambiente y el setting divino, lástima que ha desmejorado de tal manera!!

SRA Smith is average at best. This restaurant is a modern take on tradition Spanish dishes that one eats at the various tapas restaurants and bars around the country. The menu is innovative and mixes unusual items with traditional products. The restaurant is beautiful and inviting. However the service leaves a lot to be desired. It takes forever to get someone s attention and try and place an order. Food was average at best, a real let down because we were expecting so much more.

The place is awesome, really lovely for a couple. It’s chic and not so pricey. We started with a dish of queso de cabra, which was amazing (the best actually). Super interesting the jam of pimientos! After I took a burger with roquefort and my partner the pulpitos. He was really happy with his food! My burger wasn’t that good, I didn’t eat the bread because it felt cook in oil. Super super strong taste of oil, not eatable and also really cook (too much). My meat wasn’t cook as I asked but this was fine. 😅 For the dessert, we love chocolate so we took the trufas de chocolate con crema inglesa which we didn’t finish, actually we just ate 3 of them. The presentation was beautiful but we didn’t expect this strong taste of mint. Stronger than the rest, then you don’t even feel the crema inglesa and the chocolate. 😕 A bit disappointing but we will probably give another try.

El sitio es muy chulo y el ambiente también es bastante aceptable. El servicio cojea un poco, porque pese a ser rápido, los camareros/as o van a la carrera o no te hacen ningún caso y le pasan la bola al otro compañero. Pregunté al maitre, no lo sé, o ahora vendrán sin contestaciones muy repetidas. La comida tiene muy buena presentación, pero no tiene esa calidad que se presupone. Pedimos un tataki de bonito que estaba seco, como cocido, sin nada de sabor. Los mejillones a la marinera los tuvieron que retirar porque llegaron a la sala sin limpiar, llenos de coral y con unas barbas que tiraba para atrás. Eso se debe limpiar en cocina! Los cambiamos por unos canelones que resultaron medio congelados y fríos con una loncha de queso, sin gratinar...un desastre. Y para culminar la hazaña, comprobamos que nos habían servido una botella de vino que no habíamos pedido. A señalar para bien al maitre, un tío currante y servicial siempre atento y dispuesto que no paraba de correr sirviendo platos un tanto para mitigar el mal trabajo de unos camareros que para nada son profesionales y que van de un lada para otro con una soberbia que sobra.

Pudo ser una grata experiencia pero el chico que nos atendió fue muy poco servicial en cuanto vio la silla de ruedas de mi madre puso tremenda cara. Por lo demás todo bien podría regresar a dar otra oportunidad si el servicio mejorara. Es triste que la cocina se esfuerce y el mal servicio heche a perder el esfuerzo.

El sitio es bonito pero la comida, por lo menos lo que pedimos, dejaba mucho que desear. La comida es bastante precocinada, croquetas “de pollo” congeladas y las frituras con salsa q bien podían ser de bolsa. No merece la pena el sitio por la comida.

The quality of food is embarrassing I ordered curry chicken with noodles (terrible) and lasagna (just as terrible) They brought us green olives as appetizer and they were black and rotted Too …

Esperamos 1 hora a que sirvieran la comida , estábamos sentados tomando café y de la nada llega el “gerente” o intento de líder y nos dice en tono cortante y grosero: necesito la mesa ya está reservada. El restaurante está muy grande, porque no nos sentaron en otro lugar desde un inicio? Porque no nos lo comentaron con un hola, les pido una disculpa …. Sino de manera grosera. Pésimo lugar, no lo recomiendo para nada, si tienes la oportunidad de venir, desaprovéchala totalmente. También se veía sucio.

Don’t eat here if you’re visiting Madrid. We ordered the ‘menu’ and the food was pretty bad. To begin with, the wine came in a filthy container, literally floaters inside. And the white house wine was just bad, like watery or something. The carpaccio salad had decent flavour but the vegetables had been cut hours ago and were dry and almost shrivelling. The eggplant also had good flavour but it wasn’t fresh and the ‘melted’ cheese on top was dry. The ribs had good flavour but had also been reheated. And the chicken and rice were just drab — you could make it yourself at home. For dessert I just went for the melon as I didn’t want to take any risks. The place is nice and so are the waiters but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even at that price point.
