Restaurante buenísimo. Es tipo buffet, tienen carne para aburrir, además de verduras, piña a la parrilla, patatas. Ensaladas, langostinos, algo de sushi. En el precio se incluyen dos bebidas. Al principio ponen unas empanadas muy ricas. Nos ha encantado.

La parrilla un 10. Los parrilleros son muy agradables, te preguntan el punto que te gusta y te muestran la carne antes de servirte. La variedad de carnes y acompañantes es muy completa, ya es la tercera vez que voy y suelen estar todos los cortes que ofrecen en el buffet, a excepción de alguna ocasión que ha faltado uno. La sección de ensaladas es muy diversa, hay de todos los tipos para todos los gustos. Teniendo en cuenta todo lo que entra en el precio, vale mucho la pena. Lugar muy recomendable.

Una experiencia espectacular de principio a fin. La calidad de la comida es sobresaliente: carnes perfectamente cocinadas, sabores intensos y productos frescos que se notan en cada bocado. El servicio fue impecable, muy atentos, amables y siempre pendientes de cada detalle sin resultar invasivos. El ambiente es elegante y acogedor, ideal tanto para una comida especial como para disfrutar con amigos o en pareja. Sin duda, un restaurante que supera las expectativas y al que volveremos con gusto. Totalmente recomendable.

There is something to be said for a chain restaurant to be international. You’ve got to do everything right - please all of the people all of the time. The Knife is no exception. When my husband took us here for lunch, I had no idea since I’m not a meat eater. But WOW. From start to finish, the experience and cuisine were amazing. And for a charcoal grilled meat eatery to offer a smorgasbord of vegetarian and vegan dishes is delightful. The Knife does it with style and ambiance. They even offer sushi in the buffet, a big plus for my daughter. So at our table we had a one major meat eater, a picky 12-year old eater and a vegan. We could t have been happier. Only tip to The Knife: since the buffet is your shining star, why is it hidden in the back? Major feature for first time meat eaters as it is a site to behold. A bit of confusion when entering: where is it? A hidden gem that needs to shine front row center. :-)

Restaurante Argentino de Parrilla libre. Muy buena la carne (x poner un pero, por ahí le falto un poco mas de cocción) pero estuvo todo muy bueno. Ensaladas hay gran variedad y la preparas a tu gusto. Y luego el menú incluye una bebida (si son 2 pers y eligen vino os traen 1 botella) y postre. Y el precio fue una ganga, 24.50€ x persona. La próxima vez q vuelva a Madrid con tiempo, volveré a este sitio.

El sitio está bien y la carne muy buena aunque relación calidad precio no me parece acorde. 30,5€ un jueves es abusivo. Los camareros son amables pero van con una calma exagerada.

Fuimos 4 personas a celebrar un cumpleaños, nos sorprendió el hecho de que la persona que cumplía años fue invitada por el restaurante (la comida o cena tiene que ser como mucho seis días antes o después del cumpleaños, le piden el DNI al cumpleañero para comprobar la fecha). La atención fue muy buena, los camareros atentos y nuestra camarera fue encantadora, cantó el cumpleaños feliz y todo. El buffet frío está bien, variado, con muchas ensaladas o ingredientes para prepararte la ensalada al gusto. La empanada estaba espectacular. Las carnes estaban buenas y muchas variedad, si te descuidas te ponen hasta demasiada carne en el plato, pero les puedes pedir más o menos cantidad, según se desee. Los postres estaban muy ricos, de los 4 postres que pedimos el limón pie, el panqueque con dulce de leche y el arroz con leche, los mejores; el arrollado de dulce de leche no estaba mal pero no era del todo de mi gusto aunque el helado de acompañamiento estaba exquisito.

La atención fue bastante buena, la comida también es rica, tienen gran variedad de entradas. Los cortes de carne son buenos, aunque no han sido los mejores que he comido, algunos estaban muy secos. Sin embargo considero que este lugar es rico y vale la pena probarlo. Con respecto a los postres probé el tiramisú y la tarta de queso, muy ricos.

Meat BBQ themed buffet with Argentinian inspiration. Prices differ according to the day and hour in which one attends, they're clearly marked. Two basic drinks included in the price. Plenty of side dishes to choose from, some quite tasty and a some subpar ones. You're sure to find something you like and quite probably something you won't. The meat selection is wide; large meat blocks are being regularly barbecued whole, which sometimes has the unfortunate consequence of being served an uneven cut. Keep in mind that the place gets very crowded, and being an open buffet, it gets a bit uncomfortable to carry around a food plate.

This is a buffet only resturant. If you are like eating meat then you must visit this resturant. The price is 23 Euro between Monday and Thursday at lunch. However, the prices at the weekend are different. I went for dinner on Sunday night, and the price was 27 Euro per person. One drink, desserts and coffee is included in the price. At this price, it is a quite reasonable buffet for the varieties of meat you get.

We were three persons that ordered the menu with price of 25,95€. We started with drink and Argentinian empanada. Then i went to barbecue table, ordered for Secreto de cerdo, entraña and vacío de ternera. All were very well cooked. For postre we tried cheese cake and various fruit plate.

Nice buffet, a bit short in salads. Good beef quality, lamb just ok. Loved the grilled vegetables and the picanha (suppose to be a Brazilian cut, not Argentinian). Works with menus, EUR 28.90 on Sundays. Good solution for large groups.

Very good live grill buffet. Sun-thu buffet is 20 while 29 on Fri/sat. Football on screens. Appears to appeal to men, as no table without at least one man. Unlike Starbucks :-) Neighborhood is relatively upscale, car park is above average. No aggressive beggers or persons wanting money to show you free public parking spots, which is a bit more available than most of Madrid. Also a mall next door with first hour free parking.

La comida excelente pero la atención FATAL, nada más llegar el camarero nos atendió con desánimo, en la parte de afuera decía un precio y sin ser festivo nos cobraron demás, de €30.50 que marcaba a la entrada, terminamos pagando €37.50 cada uno, eso sin mencionar que nos avisaron del cambio de precio una vez que estábamos comiendo. El camarero no nos prestaba atención al pedir o preguntar cosas, al finalizar el servicio nos intentaron estafar, éramos un grupo de siete personas e intentaron cobrarnos casi el doble de la cuenta, importante destacar que el dueño ni siquiera pidió disculpas por el error, hizo como si no pasara nada y el camarero ni hablar (parecida arreglado) el runner que estuvo pendiente fue super majo pero en realidad la experiencia fue bastante cutre y reitero que no fue por la comida, los parrilleros super chill pero el resto en cuanto a la atención compete muy pero muy mal, ni volveré, ni lo recomendaré 🚫👎🏻

Realmente amo la comida argentina, le pongo 1 estrella a todo. ¿Por qué?, Isabel, una de las camareras nos gritó "Insólito"!!!, le dijimos que nos tratara mejor, pero se excusó en qué en el local se habla fuerte porque no se escucha, nuevamente "Insólito", un menú un domingo al medio día cuesta 37,50€, no lo vale por el servicio aunque la carne un 10 aquí, es que el servicio no puede ser, me lamento mucho haber venido desde el centro de Madrid para recibir un maltrato cuando soy un cliente y que no le faltamos el respeto. Personas como Isabel no deberían atender clientes. Por el resto un 10 todo.

I arrived at 10:20 PM, and the restaurant was supposed to close at 11:30 PM. As soon as I walked in, the hostess checked her watch and, instead of welcoming me, immediately informed me that they would be closing at 11:30. Completely unnecessary and rude! As if I wasn’t allowed to enjoy my meal within their official hours. After this hostile reception, I sat down, and nobody came to serve me. I had to call someone myself because I was completely ignored. The attitude of the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional, making it clear that they didn’t want me there. I finished eating at 10:50 PM, and not once was I offered dessert. Completely incompetent staff! They clearly just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I visited this place because a friend recommended it, but if I had known about this disgraceful service, I would have never stepped foot there. The environment is toxic, the staff is unwelcoming, and they treat customers as if they are a burden. The only good thing is the meat, which is actually decent, but it’s absolutely not worth the terrible experience. I will never return, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! If you expect even basic respect, avoid this restaurant at all costs!
