"VIPS smart" is a VIPS without waiters basically. You have to take the food on a red tray like a burger place. The food is the same than in a VIPS = basic but the card is reduced. The sodas are free refill buuuut the machine was broken and it could not provide ice... lukewarm sodas are not good...
Too long to wait for your order ...staff are very nice,so makes up for slow serbice
