What a hidden gem with a warm welcome! Great food, great prices - good selection of locally sourced quality food both day and night. Went to a Greek night and tried their moussaka - was blown away. Fabulous hosts, would definitely recommend.

Came across this venue when out exploring a different area for us. Went in as our younger granddaughter loves turtles. We received a very warm welcome from the owners who really like to get to know their customers. When the lady said she was originally from Rhodes we said that we are going later in the year and asked where she would recommend, she took the time to write us a list, so kind of her. We visited 4 times during our holiday enjoying cocktails, beers and food. We wish them all the best in their new venture and would highly recommend a visit.

Love this place so much. It's owners are the kindest most welcoming couple we met. The cocktails are to die for and once of very few places over there that you can actually taste the alcohol. I don't think other places used alcohol or water it down over there. This place is fantastic between the cocktails and their food it's the place to go in torremolenos. 10/10 x🥰

What an absolute gem this place is. Food is fantastic and the cocktails are lovely to. 7 out of 9 of us ate and all of us couldn’t stop saying how lush the food was, owners are very friendly and was very always asking how everything was. Would definitely recommend!

This was such a cute little bar. The food was absolutely delicious and the owners were such awesome people. They were very hospitable, polite and welcoming. The music was so fitting for the time we were there, perfect volume , perfect vibe ! (We were there after midnight). I definitely recommend the place and I will gladly come back !

Here’s a short review you can use for La Tortuga: Stopped by La Tortuga and had a BLT – very tasty, juicy and filling, served with a side of crisps. Just what I needed before heading out for a drink (or two). Prices are very reasonable, both for food and drinks. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere made it a great spot. If you are in Montemar stop by and check them out, I would definitely recommend. 👍

Had food, cocktails and Mythos here today. The mousaka was the best and i only just managed the mixed grill. Cocktails were special. Deserves awards for their taste and fresh ingredients. Wir waren heute in La Tortuga essen und sind absolut begeistert! Tzaziki und Hummus als Vorspeise sowie auch der Salat, frische Zutaten und wirklich alles selbstgemacht...KÖSTLICH Bifteki und auch die Beilagen zu den Hauptspeisen , phantastisch. Das Ehepaar welches das Lokal betreibt sind sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Went here yesterday as the reviews were very good, well have to say they were not wrong, the service was brilliant, had such a laugh with owner , the food was amazing, would definitely recommend, the one downside was two of us wanted moussaka but sadly that had sold out as all the food is made fresh on the day 😢, next time we will book it in advance 🙈, but seriously it’s a lovely place 😊👍👍👍

Heel vriendelijke eigenaren, Nadya en Adriano. Lekker grieks gegeten met vrienden. De souvlaki's zijn zeker een aanrader👍...maar ook de home made tzatziki is heerlijk👍👍. Goed gegeten( + dessert) en genoeg gedronken, zeker goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Juste au-dessus du front de mer, l'accueil, la cuisine et le service sont excellents ! Une heureuse sélection de bières et de super cocktails en prime ! Le patron est aux petits soins et parle aussi français, l'endroit ne paie pas de mine mais ne vous fiez jamais aux apparences... Surtout quand vous êtes touristes 😉

Amazing food. Amazing cocktails. Amazing breakfasts. We had breakfast, after just deciding to pop in when passing by. It was a complete change from the usual rubbish that’s up for grabs everywhere. It was fresh, clean and not fried. We returned for cocktails the next day… and… wow. The cocktails are absolutely amazing. If you go in the afternoon it’s about €4 for one and they are some of the best I’ve drunk (that we can remember) We then went back on a Wednesday when they do a dedicated Greek menu.. all completely gone made and it was outstanding. Do not walk past.

Un gran descubrimiento en Torremolinos. Estabamos de paso por la zona y, sin muchas expectativas, nos decidimos a comer aqui, y he de decir que fue un gran acierto. Adriano nos aconsejó perfectamente con sus buenas dotes comerciales y la tipica labia italiana, mientras Nadja su mujer, nos preparaba formidablemente deliciosos platos de su pais, Grecia... La decoración te traslada a Grecia y la comida es insuperable! Después de haber vivido un año en Atenas no encontraba una cocina similar. La moussaka es maravillosa y el gyros te transporta a calles helénicas. ¡Ha sido un regalo encontrar este sitio! Además el trato no puede ser mejor. Se nota que la cocinera es una auténtica griega de Rodas. ¡Qué maravilla!

Hemos elegido el restaurante La Tortuga por las buenas reseñas en Internet. La verdad es que nos ha sorprendido la excelente calidad de la comida, el trato cercano y amable de los dueños y el local no muy grande, pero muy acogedor. Hemos ido dos familias anoche así que todos hemos salidos más que satisfechos después de probar la gastronomía griega. Recomiendo 100% y cuando volveremos a Torremolinos seguramente esté va a ser un sitio donde vamos a repetir siempre. Un abrazo!

Visitamos este restaurante griego y la experiencia fue excelente. Las raciones son muy abundantes y cada plato tiene ese sabor auténtico de la comida casera. El dueño es una persona muy amable, siempre pendiente de los clientes, y su esposa es quien prepara los platos con dedicación y cariño. Se nota que utilizan ingredientes frescos —muchas veces carne sin congelar—, lo que marca una gran diferencia en el sabor. Sin duda, un lugar para volver si te gusta la buena comida y el trato familiar.

Fantastic little place , one street behind the promenade. The owners are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, even the odd magic trick thrown in. We have had the amazing cocktails and returned for a Greek themed evening. Ouzo was not an option to refuse 😂, pork skewers and the nicest tzatziki I’ve had for a long time. One half of the couple is Greek so the meal was authentic and plentiful. A great night there and thoroughly enjoyed. We also had breakfast one morning and again, very generous portions and well cooked and presented. Will definitely return, we thoroughly enjoyed your hospitality and wish you the very best for the future. Kim and Paddy

Owners are fantastic and go out of there way to make sure you are catered for We spent a few afternoons and evenings here and were not disappointed. Cocktails are so nice and the full English breakfast are brilliant. If you like hummus, ask for some, it comes accompanied with fresh pitta break and it’s is tremendous. Anyone in the area of this place, give it a go you will not be disappointed.

So, the Feta Meli is such so favorable. There is the Feta, then the honey, OMG!! With a tall glass of a cold cerveza, mind blowing. I had the ribs for dinner. I have traveled all over Europe, parts of South America, and the entire Caribbean. These ribs are beat ribs I have ever eaten. The atmosphere is so chilled and the staff are like family.

Food is beautiful. 5 star food for a fraction of the price. Owners are so kind and down to earth. Definitely not a place to be missed. Will be back on the next holiday 😄

Czuć tu prawdziwy, autentyczny smak Grecji. • Obsługa: Personel zasługuje na najwyższe pochwały. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, uśmiechnięta i sprawia, że od samego wejścia czujesz się jak u dobrych znajomych.

We were staying nearby and went a couple of times for breakfast and twice for the Greek food in the evening. All our meals were delicious and made to order. The owners are friendly too. We will definitely revisit next time we are in the area.

I have just looked at reviews and maybes there was just an off night when we went but I can only be honest with my review. I had nachos which were basically aldi chips with cheese hardened and little pot of salsa, ends of jalapenos and then i guac which i dont eat, one had spag bol which i can only describe as seemed like jar of baby food consistency and then one had chicken snitzel that had to be sent back as it was tough and dry little pieces of chicken, they took that off the bill. Now the waiter was lovely and like i say it may have just not been our night as the reviews are all good. The thing that annoyed me the images on the menu did not match what came on the plate unfortunately. I hate giving bad reviews but like i say i have to be honest.
