Was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to get there ❤️ Diana is awesome ! Very knowledgeable and friendly , her speaking spanish was a plus ! Will definitely go back when I need to restock on my coffee pods🥰we got our complementary espresso and it was delicious!
I was in and out in like 10 minutes. I appreciated the efficiency and attention. I also got a free sample. Id come back here just for nespresso store.
Contrary to many reviewers, I had a swell time at this store. Norman was very helpful and courteous. I walked out happy with a coffee maker and an exquisite selection of coffees. What else?
Employees were very polite and helpful. If you buy 5, then you can get a coffee free! If you sign up for the first time, then you also get $10 off your entire order. I got a fortado decaffeinato from the deal.

Nespresso at Stanford Shopping Center is hands-down the BEST! ☕️✨ The second you walk in, everything is spotless, the shelves are fully stocked, and the team is so friendly it actually makes you want to hang out. We’ve been loyal Nespresso fans ever since the Valley Fair location closed, and honestly? This spot has totally stolen our hearts. Special shoutout to the store manager this guy is a total rockstar. He knows everything about the products and has such a good vibe that it’s like catching up with an old friend (who just happens to be a coffee genius). He’s the reason driving from Morgan Hill is 100% worth it every single time. The whole crew is professional, welcoming, and just genuinely awesome. Nespresso, you’ve brewed up something special here.
I came to the boutique on a weekend. It was extremely hectic and there were so many people waiting in line to buy coffee. When it came my turn to see the boutique specialist, Katrina, she was absolutely fantastic! Despite the store being packed and other customers asking questions left and right, she was very composed and provided excellent service. She is one of the best boutique employees I have ever met, I would come again to this location! Thank you, Katrina!!
As a first time buyer at this location, I had an extremely pleasant experience (contrary to the 3.4 score at the time of writing this review). Super recommend Ellie! She was attentive to my questions and gave great feedback/recommendations based on my flavor preferences. Note: I came in right when the store opened on a weekday, so the relative absence of people probably greatly contributed to excellent customer service.
I had a great experience. I was just there to look and ending buying a machine lol customer service was great and very friendly coffee it’s really good.

I had unpleasant experience from my first visit 2 days ago but thanks to Norman he succeeded to change my mind a little on my second visit about the friendliness of Nesspresso staff. I just got the new vertu machine and I needed to try the one or more from the new line capsules it it's not allowed there unfortunately like other worldwide Nesspresso stores. What I called Nesspresso Experience while shopping coffee capsules or machines doesn't exist here (at least in this shop) as in France or Europe generally even in Egypt. The store is well located and equipped, also it's always crowded. I can't recommend this store yet, but it seems that it's the only one in the area.

We are regular customers and usually visit the store, but after our recent visit last month, we plan to order online to avoid the long wait. Despite having 4-5 staff present, only one salesperson was assisting customers, which led to a 20-30 minute wait just to order a few boxes of capsules we already knew we wanted. I suggest Nespresso create a separate line for customers needing only capsule replenishments to make the buying process quicker and more efficient.
@nespresso have you considered registers to make it more of a seamless experience? Saw so many people walk out of here because of the wait. I would of too but I really needed the coffee 😅 or maybe add some lounge seating if you will make people wait?

Should have checked the review before going to the store. As other people mentioned, there’s an unnecessary long wait despite it’s not a busy day. We just came by to buy some pods real quick. Maybe adding an express checkout line would be greatly helpful.
Two shoppers in the store, I'm asked to put my name on a wait-list. Employee doing nothing is available to help, to the dismay of employee managing wait-list. I buy 4 sleeves and employee doesn't bother to tell me about the current special, buy 7 get one free. A month prior, the store has a three hour wait-list. Nespresso needs to put coffee on the shelves and deploy self checkout, automate the process and people.

This continues to be an unnecessarily annoying store. I've pretty much stopped shopping here and order my capsules from Peet's, but I ran out and needed a few. Walked in, picked up a menu at an empty counter, and after a minute or so someone came up and said that I should look at the menu on the other counter. OK. I went over to that empty counter and figured out what I wanted. And waited. No one came up to me. Then I realized that there is someone at the door with a tablet taking names as you walk in, except they weren't there when I walked in. So I game them my name and waited. All I wanted are a few stupid sleeves of capsules. I should be able to either order and pay for pickup, or hand someone in the store a slip of paper with my request. This isn't Tiffany. It's closer to a grocery store, so make it simple to shop!
Just wanted to pick up a box of the descaler kit for my machine. Checked in and waited almost half hour just to purchase it. Nine people ahead of me. I don’t need to sample any coffees and was not interested to buy any machines as I explained during check in. They need to have a better system to improve the customer service. The agent was unfriendly when I explained the issue
Wife home sick and expressed that she was craving Nespresso coffee. I went to the Stanford Mall location. I was greeted at the door and asked what my name was. After giving him my name I was told I was number 6 and it would be a few minutes. After approximately 15 minutes I talked to a guy who was also waiting to be served. He said this place is a joke and that the system was broken. He said a woman walked in after him and received a sample then was helped immediately after and clearly out of order. I observed numerous employees walking around and not helping anyone? The salesperson that was helping me seemed to be the only one servicing customers. The ambiance in the store felt like Nespresso was trying to hard to be an exclusive location. Your not! I heard two couples saying that they would order online next time because waiting 30 minutes to spend $130 seems ridiculous!
The waiting time is ridiculous. The purposely make people wait in order to create a sense of scarcity. This creates a terrible customer experience Love the coffee but deeply dread going to buy the refills as it is a huge waist of time waiting totalk to a cashier. Please fix this.
Went in twice today and was told it would be a 10-minute wait both times. I waited 15 the first time and then left without getting called. Then went back after lunch and told them what happened the first time and they put me at the bottom of the list #6. I waited another 15 minutes and asked where I was on the list and they said #3. So we left. Very unorganized. We will not be going back.
There is a tense feeling there like you’re being watched by all the employees when all you wanna do is just buy some coffee Pods. Sometimes they let the dog in and sometimes they don’t let the dog in. That really bothers me if you have a policy of no dogs, then don’t pick and choose which dogs can go in and which dogs can’t. The lines are very long, which is ridiculous to have a line to get into the store it’s not a restaurant. The customer service is not good when I asked for questions or help they don’t really want to be bothered. On the other hand, the coffee is delicious and the variety of pods is amazing. It’s just less stressful to get it online.
The store requires unnecessary long wait. It would be so much more efficient if they just let us pick capsules and pay for them. It’s unreasonable to require returning customers who regularly need to purchase pods to queue up for 30+ mins for couple sleeves of pods. Even having a kiosk to order pods and pick up later would work too. So many ways to improve customer experience. Staff are great but system just does not work. Always not a good experience when I visit :/
I stopped by the Nespresso store at Stanford while I was in the area. I normally order my refill pods online, but I figured I’d take the opportunity to browse in person and check out some of the new coffees. While the store was busy, the wait wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was genuinely excited to explore and learn more about the different coffee profiles, but when I asked questions about the grading and distinctions, the gentleman assisting me responded in a condescending manner—as if my questions were unwelcome. When I asked for a coffee sample, the staff member handing them out rolled her eyes at me for no reason, which was disappointing and uncalled for. Overall, the tone from the team felt arrogant and dismissive. If you know exactly what you need and just want to pick up your items, this store will do the job. But if you’re looking for helpful guidance or want to learn more about the coffee, I’d recommend skipping this location.
