The place is okay, their food is inconsistent but I am not really picky about that myself. I'll eat it! Their chili cheese tots are always good. But sometimes it's a hit and miss kinda place.

After the food was delivered to our vehicle, we had to ask for the marinara sauce. 3 napkins for 4 people doesn't work out well either. Second order was for Moms unsweet tea with sweet n low. The tea came but we had to ask again for the sweet n low.

This was pretty bad. I had ordered through the app. When I checked in and it said my order was headed out the door it was another 5 minutes. The server who was pleasant started to hand me my order and when I double checked with her she had no idea what the order was. She had forgotten my Rt 44 drink and had to go back for it. The chicken breading was stale and I almost broke my fork trying to stab one. The tots had a weird flavor and no salt. I couldn't finish my meal because of the taste. I had a poor experience from this location before (they were cleaning the ice cream machine after the store was open so none for me at that time) but thought another chance was in order. Well, I just have to wait untill I drive past another Sonic further down the road if I want something from here on out.

Very slow service with no apology. I thought iced coffee would be nice but whatever they are calling iced coffee is more like a weird milkshake. Also the locals made fun of me for driving a Prius. Not a good restaurant in not a nice town.

I ordered a number 9 foot long chili cheese hot dog. Worst meal around the lake. The weiner was cold, and tator tots were cold. Kerens was very exceptional compared to the service at Malokoff. It makes me wonder if the one at Seven Points shut down due to service like this place. Kerens is my place from now on to eat.

I'm an otr driver,it's the only place I could park,do I did I ordered food,I stood outside in the cold over 30 no order,a cop pulls up gets his food before me,yes I'd paid for my food a #9,I guess they'd gotten it to me before closing and i'd frozen to death,I had to leave due to a delivery schedule,sorry doesn't cut it I blame management ...

I orderd on line and got a breakfast burrito and it was so small!! I asked if they could make it because it was so small. They made it again and it was smaller it seems. I've been to a lot of sonics and never had that small of a burrito spending almost $4 on something that. Dodnt even fill me uo at the sonic. Won't be going there again. Not good service sonce they wanted to argue with me!

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I stopped back in today to give it a try but the last two times I was here., it is absolutely the worst.. A simple cheeseburger took 15 minutes to get to my car! I kept watching people leave the drive-through super fast. The car beside me said as long as I did.! Seriously, the last time I will stop at this one! I’m not sure who owns this sonic but they need to come investigate and watch the store more closely. It is absolutely awful.

4/5 times I go there something if not the whole order is drastically different than what I order especially on the app but in person as well, I've tried both many times hoping I won't have to return to get what I payed for but sadly this place is a letdown almost every time. For the people looking to have a good experience with good food as the sonic name normally represents, this my friend is not the place.

DO NOT use the rest rooms here. There is a one way mirror in the bathroom on the wall. The food here is good and have not messed up my order yet. However, I would NOT trust the women's bathroom. I went in and there was no door handle on the inside. A dead bolt to lock the door and a one way mirror on the wall. Again, DO NOT use the bathrooms here, unless you like to be spied on while doing your business. I'm just glad I checked it as soon as I walked in the bathroom. The food and all is great, just don't use the restrooms.
