It's a good place to enjoy food, but if you're impatient and don't want to wait, it's not the right place—service takes 30 to 50 minutes. If you have a big appetite, it's also not a good place, as the portions are small. The staff is unfriendly and inattentive. If you prefer peace and quiet, there's an outdoor seating area!

One of the worst trout I've tried in Malinalco. Terrible service, the trout was very small, unhygienic. My dad and mom had a stomach ache and vomited like crazy 3 hours after finishing eating. I say this because they ordered one wing devil, two of the same, just for them, but really, go somewhere else to avoid a bitter experience.

There is no staff to attend to, only one person served all the tables, the menu is handed out after arriving about 15 minutes and what can I tell you about when they serve the food - 60 minutes.

My family and I used to go there regularly. Three weeks ago, I found a cockroach that looked like a clove of garlic in my shrimp. When we told the waitress, she apologized, but as we were leaving, the owner, a man who's always singing, came out and told us not to come back. 😳 Terrible handling of the situation 🤦🏻‍♀️

The times I had visited before were excellent in terms of service and quality, but this last time was very unpleasant. The waitresses' service was terrible—both in attitude and demeanor. They made unpleasant faces from the moment they took our order until we asked for sauces and napkins, which they never even put on the table. When we called them, they ignored us, acting as if they didn't see us. It took them an hour and fifteen minutes to bring me a tilapia, which was salty, overcooked, and cold. Not to mention how long it took for the other food we ordered. A very bad experience.
