As a native Bostonian, this is a true 5/5 dunks. Themed décor, new kiosks, and fast, friendly service. Y’all are spoiled here!
This next generation Dunkin’ just recently opened here in Manhattan and it’s a great place to be. The crew is so kind and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the store is clean and safe, the food is hot and fresh, and most importantly, that you leave this place with a friendly smile. The order/pickup experience has gotten even faster and easier whether I order at the new touch screen kiosks, through their digital menu drive-thru, or with my smartphone on the Dunkin’ app. I just picked up their new avocado toast w/roasted tomatoes on sour dough bread and I paired it with a Nitro Cold Brew coffee w/Sweet Cold Foam… delicious! Manhattan runs on Dunkin’!

Coffee, coffee, coffee. I visited this one while hanging at MSKCC down the block. I had a nice hot coffee and old fashion comfort donut.

Not always clean, tables are left dirty, service is fast but not really great. It's good just to grab what u need and leave. Pl just sit in there loitering and taking up the sears abd tables.
I usually love this Dunkin but I placed a curbside pickup order to try out. I waited 25 minutes in the curbside pickup lane. Finally I just went through the drive through. I told them I had a curbside pickup and they said ok. I got to the window and everything was handed to me but no apology or anything. I get being busy but there were times I saw no one in the line with how long I waited there. So now I know that even though it says they over curbside pickup.. they do not.
I was walking back home from a doctor appointment recently and stopped in here for a coffee. Not too busy so I ordered my Americano and got served right away. The staff taking my order and the barista were both efficient but certainly not very friendly. I did not even get a Hello or a Thank You. They need to be trained better. Probably will not go back to this location.
who is managing this establishment? I have never waited less that 10 minutes to get anything from this place. today I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order, one coffee one refresher and it came out in 4 cups.
Please address the angry blonde girl in the drive thru window today. She is always so rude to her fellow employees, guests, and she messes up orders and takes short cuts to correct them. She is the reason for your low ratings! Get rid of whats polluting the atmosphere or highly recommend counseling services.
The food was good but everything was dirty and expensive and the stuff were rude.
I'd you're not in a hurry, this is the place to be. Fully staffed yet nothing seems to happen with any sort of import or urgency. Otherwise, clean and rather utilitarian - and s l o w.
Always makes my drinks wrong, i used my points to get a free large chai latte with light ice but they gave me a medium with hella ice. AND sometimes i order coffee and it tastes sour. Do better
Don’t go here if you want accuracy of your order. I don’t like complaining but it’s time after time. They don’t even print your order on the sticker of your cup. It just says that it’s a latte didn’t include what I asked for to be in it. Which nothing I asked for was in it. Tried contacting the manager.. the lady said she was the manager and can assure my drink was made correctly which was most definitely not. I’d of been content with no flavor just almond milk but they couldn’t even get that right. So I will be taking my business to another dunkin…
Wow, no receipt to complain, My Large Ice Matcha Latte ALL ICE took 3 sips, and the drink was gone. NEVER EVER going there again.
I love having a Dunkin’ Donuts in our hometown, but the guy named ALEX And there is always rude. I said something to him one day he said he was having a bad day but then guess what today the next day and every day he just more rude and rude And does not care
Two separate orders and they got them wrong. 1) put them in the same bag when they’re for two different people. Hence why I said separate orders. 2) they don’t know how to count. Shorted me on both orders of munchkins yet I paid for 20. Too far gone down the road and need to get to work and can’t call them because they changed their number.. It was a couple bucks and just donuts but it’s the principal. We treat ourselves to this junk once in a while and it’s disappointing every time. This is why I don’t bother going out to eat anymore.
Most days this Dunkin is great… skip it on Saturday morning though. Can’t figure out their own system, won’t let you redeem your rewards from the app. Told me the drink I ordered doesn’t apply even tho it clearly says that exact drink on the redeem screen. The drink was absolutely awful to top it off Her reply was just simply oh yea idk. Spent about 20 minutes waiting for a doughnut and one drink while the drive thru lines out to the street. This place clearly needs a new manager and employees who at least have half a clue
its almost a game to me to see when will they make an order correct, every time something is messed up, pay $7 for a coffee or drink thats not made correct is wild, it says on the receipt , and i dont order anything crazy
This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Illinois. Anytime I order mobile it takes 20 mins longer than what it should. You walk in and they don’t greet you. Then you ask about your mobile order and they say “oh we’re out of that xyz.” Umm you couldn’t have greeted me and told me that when I walked in?. I actively avoid this location unless I’m desperate. It just has gotten worse & and worse since they opened up. This is a very poorly managed location with employees who could care less.
girl with the dirty blonde hair at drive thru was rude as hell. 0/10 service was out of everything, ignored us & had the most nastiest monotone voice. always have had good service & tipped here until her
Half the time they don't unlock their doors in the morning so you can't pick up any walk-in orders and are forced to wait in the drive-thru. They also don't make wake-up wraps right most of the time
How the hell someone can mess up someone order?? I ordered 2 large latte and 1 raisin bagel w/ cream cheese on the side and received 2 large coffee and a bagel egg/bacon cheese sandwich.w/ cream cheese.paid $12.48 and they don’t give you or offer a receipt. Wake up people it was 12:45 pm now these day people just don’t care what they doing just collecting a paycheck to give poor service!!
Takes a lot for me to write a review. Today was the tipping point after a YEAR of BAD service. Three walk in customers walked right out after being ignored by all staff for 10 min waiting to place an order. I really don’t know how this location stays in business with service like this. The woman was slamming coffees around like she was personally offended to be busy. I try to give businesses grace, but I’m done with this location.
I love supporting local businesses but they make it hard for us to do so. I seen they close at 7pm I went around 6:25 the front door was locked and closed couldn’t go inside. We decided to go through the drive through and when ordering a latte I was told they couldn’t make it anymore because they had already cleaned the machine. My husband wanted a bagel and they said they no longer had bagels they had ran out of mostly everything because they were going to close in 30 minutes.
PLACE IS A HUGE JOKE. They need to shut down. I was standing in line over 15min while they only helped drive thru orders. I was ignored and some woman was getting her donut order while I was not even waited on. Stormed out of there. Place needs to CLOSE. Noone can do their job.
I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but the experience at this location was genuinely disappointing. Aubrey and Paige were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I drove up. Paige was the young lady with blonde hair, she was the worst of the two.They spoke over me while I was trying to place my order, didn’t acknowledge my questions, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn’t just me either—other customers seemed to be getting the same cold, impatient treatment. It’s one thing to be busy, but there’s no excuse for a complete lack of basic courtesy. A little professionalism and respect would go a long way. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
I ordered a medium hot caramel latte, and they still charged me extra for caramel. I’ve never seen that before. I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time, so I know how this should work. Please don’t treat your customers like this — you’re going to lose clients.

The milkshake is fine but everything else is bad and the stuff is also rude and everything is dirty like the tables are not even getting cleaned after.
The worst experience and they didn’t let me use the bathroom although I bought a coffee. However, when I left they let people from their country use the bathroom. This is blatant racism and terrible treatment.
I came to early morning to order something.but there front employees she don’t know the manners how to deal with customers.There restroom doesn’t have handsoup.i dont know how to employ work after using washroom.
This location is horrible. I ordered something by mobile and add something more for free with my reward points. The manager said the code wasn’t working… I lost my point and I will not come anymore at this location
They cannot handle mobile orders. Put in an order on the app. Took 30 minutes after the order to get. Had to ask the girl twice separately. She told someone else my order: They did not do it, everyone else was getting their orders before me. Only got my order like thrown at me once I asked for a refund.
I ask for the mangonada. Drink with the chimoy and tahim and I notice the chimoy sauce was finish so the server took ketchup and started to put it in my drink mind you he's opening the ketchup package with his mouth I ask for my refund back and he told me to drink it that it tast the same not knowing I'm allergic to ketchup smh this place sucks and should get closed down
The worker made a huge deal in front of the whole store about me paying 68 cents for almond milk that I forgot to add during the order. Went back and paid for it, but the real kicker here is that they sold me a MOLDY pumpkin muffin. Didn’t realize until I took a big bite of it and felt it tasted weird. Took it out of the wrapper and there was green mold completely on the bottom of it. How do you not check the quality/expiration date of the food before you put it out? Dunkin’ Donuts count your days.
Only ordered an iced refresher and waited super long. I got there early to enjoy my drink before heading to work but since it took long I couldn’t. The employees don’t have a sense of urgency.
I experience racism at this location consistently. The morning crew here is incredibly racist and classist. They give preferential treatment to non-black customers often. And everyone in the neighborhood is aware of it. It’s a shame that we as a society strive everyday to live in a post racial society and we still have people who make it their business to further this divide. Most black customers have experienced this at this location and I watched with my eyes this morning as they continued this treatment. I hope something is done about this soon. P.S If you look at the reviews for this location, most of the negative reviews are from black and POC customers.
