I never go in, but they deserve all 5 stars. I've had one order wrong there in over 20 years. Only thing I miss is the lady who worked the window a few years ago and treated you like she'd known forever. Still the best consistent fast food service I've ever received, and that includes 27 years of traveling as a sales rep.

Luis at the register was kind and patient with our order. We got to briefly speak to some of the ladies that work the back/drive through. They we so friendly. It was a great atmosphere. Our food was delicious. The tacos/food actually had meat/cheese was decently full. Very happy. Great establishment to eat at.

I ordered a bean burrito no onions, what I got was a cold bean burrito with onions. It happens sometimes, but try to do better.

I'm not sure what's up with this location, but for the last 3 times I've been here they constantly mess up my order. I always order steak chalupas but for some reason they give me chicken ones. This last time was the worst where the drive thru showed they input steak chalupas but the receipt showed chicken chalupas so can't even dispute it. It's annoying that they can't seem to get this right.

They barely give you any meat. Ordered a nachos bell grande that maybe had a tablespoon of meat or so. You pay almost $7 for nachos bellgrande with no meat!!!

The last three times I have ordered Taco Bell on Uber eats they cannot get my order right to save their life today I ordered a freeze and I was sent no straw I love the nachos and I always get extra cheese well never got it and that's like the last three times even today which I doubt if they read this because they really just don't care and will I be ordering from Taco Bell again No

OK, so I went to go pick up an order that I placed earlier that morning to be picked up around 3:45 I show up probably 10 minutes later than that and I go in a lady pulls up my order and me my drink and so I wait to the side thinking that I’m about to get my food a lady who I’m guessing is the manager I’m not sure, comes up and tells me that my order was canceled by me and how she was not able to see my order but how are you not able to see my order but you know exactly what drink I got I go back-and-forth with her and tell her that I never canceled the order. I was never able to cancel my order so how could I cancel my order without being able to? She said I somehow did it and I asked her for a refund and she said she wasn’t gonna give me one and I would have to do it through the app. Again, I didn’t have an option for that because on the app it still showed that my order was available for pick up at the time that I set up for and when I asked her if she can just make my meal because the place did have my money she says no and then completely ignored my existence and goes back to work. Doesn’t care about if I get to eat or not. I don’t know if this was some kind of scam or whatever but best believe I did call customer service and I did get my refund whatever they were trying to pull on me. It didn’t work and I hope they know that I’m not gonna let this down. I will be one starring on every review platform. Whoever that manager lady is is highly disrespectful. She doesn’t even treat her own employees for respect. I’ve ordered from them in the past and they always forget stuff or it doesn’t make things right Never care to make a review, but this was the last straw. I’m completely done.

The 1st time I went to this taco bell location sat down and started contemplating what to order and after a while the cashier yelled to me CAN YOU PLEASE ORDER ALREADY! After that I ordered 4 burritos 2 orders of the 5 piece chicken nugget’s and 2 orders of nacho fries the burritos was lukewarm, the chicken was old cold and dry, and the nacho fries was called and they wasn’t properly seasoned. After giving them the food i asked them to remake and they refused to do so after they refused to remake it i asked for a refund and they refused that request as well. After arguing for about 5 minutes they finally agreed to make the food and after they did so i went about my day. 2nd time i went here i ordered my food on the Kiosk which worked perfectly fine i ordered 3 burritos and a mountain dew baja blast for my son. the food came lukewarm but I didn’t complain this time around i just sat down ate my food and tried to go about my day but after i left one of the workers started to heckle my son because i used the fountain machine for ICE! After my son explained the situation to them he left and told me what transpired. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this location I’ve been to many taco bells in my day but this location is by far the WORST!

Last week on Friday they left out two of my items so I called them 16 times before they finally answered. I talked to a nice man who got my order number from my receipt and told me I could come back any time and to just tell them my name and get my items and another item for free because I had to drive back and get them. I go back today and a woman acts like I’m crazy and that there is no list and that I need my receipt from last week. I would have saved it but I was told I just needed my name. They did give me my two items they left out last week but not my free item because at that point I was too afraid to ask for it. :(
