First off, we were greeted by a friendly staff. They offered samples of their food and answered any questions we had. The food was ready quickly. Wow! Just wow! I did not expect the food to be as great as it was once I tasted it. Don't get me wrong, it looked good. I just did not expect such great flavor. I had the Brisket sliced and my wife had the chicken. Both were wonderful. It is a fair price for the quality food you get. I would recommend this place, for sure. It was also very clean and a modern atmosphere. By the way, their desserts were good too.

When you talk about smoked meat specialist you are at the good place. You can ask them to talk about there meat and they will make craving for your plate. Highly recommend if you are in the area. I am from Canada and it worst the detour.

Gutter Scraps

Pulled Pork sandwich, bbq beans and onion tanglers. Pretty basic. Really 3 star food but the employees were polite. Tanglers are good by themselves, maybe enhances the sandwich with a crunch if you're into that, portion could be bigger.

It's always a red flag when you don't see or smell smoke from cooking the meat however the meat wasn't bad. Obviously not super fresh out of the smoker at 4pm but very tender. The green beans were the star to me, very flavorful! Two sauces were worth eating and they only available by request: the Carolina and Nashville Hot. The three out on the counter all tasted like ketchup. Another thought is that it seemed to lack good leadership. Nobody seemed to be in charge of the kitchen. That is par for the course for fast food restaurants. To sum up, although I wouldn't go out of my way for this restaurant it's not a bad place to eat.

Good bbq. Nice selections. Good brisket and pulled pork. Spacious and clean. Would have given a 5 but when we arrived and approached the counter we were not greeted or even made eye contact. The first question was for here or to go, so rude! The young cashier was nice though. Will return for the food.

Turkey Sandwich was small, not like picture on website the turkey was good though. Fries were good, I got a bunch of crumbs though.

Passing through on a road trip. Restaurant not busy. Pros - clean dining room and restrooms. Friendly staff. Cons - online order not ready when stated . Waited almost twice as long . Missing item on order, had to drive back. Gave us free vouchers for sandwiches for inconvenience. Food wasn’t very appealing. Will try a different location. Noticed staff seemed to botch orders in drive through and kept apologizing. Staff needs more organization.

When I lived in Houston I frequently visited this chain so I was excited to see one today since I’m back on the east coast. Today’s meal was disappointing. It didn’t have the great flavor I remember having in Texas. I got a 3 meat combo with jalapeño cheddar sausage brisket and turkey. Sides were bbq beans cream beans and macaroni and cheese. Also grabbed a banana pudding. The location was empty when I went and it’s clear why. The employees were kind but I won’t be back.

First time here and I was going through the drive thru and asked what meat for my kids order so I asked my kid what he wanted and the drive thru worker rushed me and just told me to pull to the window when I wasn't even ready. I am honestly very disappointed in the service. I wanted to try the food but honestly I won't ever be back because of how bad I was treated. I have never been treated so horribly before at any other place. When I say this was the worst experience of my life it was.

I am very disappointed in this place. I ordered the giant loaded bake potato and it wasn't so giant or loaded. It was mostly a potato with nothing on it. I spent 25 dollars for a bake potato, side of mac and a drink. I won't be back. It's really sad when you have to go somewhere else to eat after you just left a restaurant to get your belly full. 😕

I ordered a 1 meat plate with brisket.. I paid $15 and some change. The brisket I received was crumbs with a good amount of fat I didn't even receive not 1 slice.. I understand brisket is not cheap although $15 for crumbs is beyond disappointing.. I will NOT be going back.. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED..

I was kind of blown away by quality of the food, especially after paying more than I should have to eat at a drive through BBQ joint. Not impressed at all. The fries were the worst. I feel like the cooking oil was a lot past it's prime. The sweet tea wasnt good either. Not a good experience and won't return.
