Stopped by Chipotle after a long day at The Cut Barbershop and it was exactly what I needed. Great atmosphere, flavorful food, and solid service. Nice place to unwind and reset. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Chipotle. I was waited on by friendly and attentive staff who made sure my burrito was just the way I wanted, with the right proportions. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and overall it was a very good experience.

Me and my sister came to this chipotle after a long night of studying.. We went to two other chipotles before this spot and the other two spots out of almost everything. This location was our last resort since we live here in Marina, we were praying they will not disappoint. They were fully stocked with everything and the proportions where astronomical. Very nice employees and they honestly deserve a raise. I was literally going to offer to help them close lol.

Food was great but had to wait 10mins past the time listed in app.

Most of the time they'll do you good with portion sizes but when they don't the Brian Niccol looks shapes them up.

Normally get the steak fajita burrito but decided to try the limited time offer carne asada and the carne asada seemed a bit overcooked—definitely less tender than the steak I’ve had. The carne asada is advertised between the menu boards, showing that it is slightly pink and juicy-looking in the middle but my pieces seemed to be well done. Will stick to steak next time or take a closer look at the carne asada pieces before choosing.

I used to work for Chipotle, and was disappointed in the service of the counter girl who took our order. She seemed bothered by my questions giving me a sarcastic pause and dead-faced answers and didn't see apologetic at all when the white rice was out and that it would be 15 minutes. Her servings were skimpy and I know there's a way you can create a bowl and make it look full without trying to look so measured or under- served in this case. No "please" or "thank you" or smile. The cashier woman who might have been in charge was a lot friendlier but I was already put off by the first young lady. They're not restauranture status which is a title earned by corporate, if they are still doing that and I hope they look into the attitude of people they've hired. On the food itself, I always look at the steak to judge how over cooked or dry it looks and it looked dry. The fact that they couldn't start a new white rice preemptively in a better estimation of when it would be needed is poor timing on the employee's part. We sat there and heard 2 more guests being told white rice is out and it had to be made. And I guess I haven't been in a Chipotle in a while but since when did you guys start charging for the side of tortillas with a salad or bowl?? They never did before. The cleanliness was good, but they weren't very busy at the time and we were the only ones eating in the dining room.

I eat here all the time. Out of convenience. And the fact that I love Chipotle. What I don’t love however is the girl behind the counter who assembles your order with skimpy portions and a “soup nazi” demeanor. Most of the employees here are very friendly. This girl however looks at you like she wants you to drop dead and her greatest wish is to not have to see you or your order. Whatever this girl’s issue is, she needs some therapy and a lot of it. I get it, food service isn’t always fun. People are rude. But I’m pretty sure she could waterboard a baby and be fine with it. She needs a telecommuting job where she has no contact with the general public. Or anyone for that matter. Other than that, food is bomb.

In general, I like Chipotle, especially their burrito bowl. However, I have bad experience with this Chipotle in Marina. The food portion is small compared to other Chipotle. In my most recent order, the brown rice was either way under cooked or very stale. Some bits were hard as a rock. Use another Chipotle if you can.

I asked for the kids chips and she blatantly told me that they don't sell them anymore. I see them right behind her and I offered to pay full price for a bag of chips normal size just so I can get a small bag of chips. she tells me that she can't do that and that there's cameras because they don't sell them anymore. when I go get my drink I see a table that has kids size chips. Make it make sense babe. the woman who rang me up for my food was very kind the one on register it was the woman next to the person on register. the person who served me very kind man, and the person who did my Toppings was also a really nice person.

okay this would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the girl making my burrito, she was so sweet and I loved her eyeliner. Anyway, the reason why I’m rating it so low is because I literally got food poisoning from my burrito, and so did my 2 friends. My one friend heard the long haired cook talk about how he was so sick and couldn’t stop pooping, and the other two people working told him to go home but he didn’t. I’m not sure if this is related to why we all got sick, but it could be. Anyway, I’ve been throwing up for almost 2 days now, and so have my friends. This was the only thing we could pin our sickness back to.

Lady that made my bowl tried skimping on my salsa and protein very rude. Guy at the register was very nice best customer service. Dining room filthy.

Employees are nice but whoever is managing this location needs to make some changes. I'd say 25% of the time there's some issue - out of certain ingredients/proteins, only taking card payments, only taking mobile orders. Quite frankly can't imagine these are tough issues to fix, but pretty inconvenient for customers.

Very poor service at this location. The person making my bowl did a terrible job. He gave me a quarter of what they normally place in the bowl, while giving a normal portion in the other bowl we ordered. Hopefully this experience doesn't get repeated.

While the burrito was good, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced with the food chain. Cashier (Aniyee) was terribly rude and was stationed at the front to encounter everyone coming in. Other guests seen, and experienced her terror.... and everyone just shook their heads. One guest grabbed the General Managers business card. Will likely never visit this site again.

If you go around 11am or 5pm they seem to have fresh food around those times, maybe its when they rotate the food or add a fresh batch, idk but i seem to get lucky at those times

Messed up my take out order, wouldn't give me a refund. I went through corporate, who also wouldn't give me a refund but offered me 1 free drink. They added sour cream to my order, to which I'm allergic, making my meal inedible. Waste of time and money. No apology, no accountability. They'll even reply with an automated response, saying go to the website but if you read what I said above, you'll see I already did that and they offered me a doggone soda...

Everytime we come here we are met with attitudes. Not only that but they like to make up their own prices for add one and rules to what you can and can’t do. We avoid this place at all costs to the point of driving 20 mins out of our where to go to the Seaside chipotle where they are so much better! Staff is friendly and our orders always come out great! I’m not the type to write a bad review but our last recent trip there reaffirmed what happens everytime.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They were out of food. Didn't have any corn tortillas or chicken. We asked if they could give us a few tortillas chips for my young girls and they said no substitutions. So we paid extra for that. Then 3 minutes before they closed we were finishing up our food and they came to our table to let us know they were closing. I have never ever been to a fast food restaurant that did that. I don't even like to leave reviews like this. In fact we usually say thank you when we leave places and I couldn't because I would be lying. Not coming back.

Arrived Hungary with 2 hungry boys in tow. Got to the front of the line and was informed no cheese, no sour cream, no lettuce, no medium salsa. The meat was questionable, the beans drowning. The staff that took my order was very nice, but leadership really let them down. All the tables were dirty, the soda fountain was a mess. They were severely understaffed or inefficient.

I got chips and guacamole free reward and I went into store waited in a long line only to be told that I couldn’t use my free rewards unless I purchased an item. I don’t believe that to be true because I used a chip and guac reward without purchasing anything. I wasn’t going to argue as the line was long but it surely was a waste of time to be told they couldn’t accept my rewards that was earned.

They're out of everything and still skimp on the few ingredients they have, while charging full price. If you're out of so many things you should shut down the store

We got food a couple days ago and spent about $60. Got 2 burrito bowls with chickens to go. And one of the burrito bowls that have the tomato salsa in it mild. And it was disgusting because it was expired. And all the portions that they gave us were like little and it did not even fill the bowl up. And also the server's attitude is like he doesn't want to be there he got upset when I asked for a second portion of rice in one of the bowls. Also when we are checking out he forgot to give me my chips and guacamole. I had to go back and get it. The customer that was there after me gave it to me. And that was the second time that I was disappointed because the burrito bowls the quantity has gone down considerably. It's not the portion like they used to be. CARD ONLY!!!! NO CASH

I always come back to this location even though they always mess up my order. I decided to go again in person instead of online ordering . While I was eating, I wasn't even half way when I notice a little worm on my salad. Did they not clean the salad right like they are supposed too?? This clearly ruined my appetite! Always a bad experience at this location!

Was told 7 minutes for chicken. 10 minutes later, was 6 more minutes for chicken. Manager had the nerve to instruct line to tell customers 30 minutes for chicken next time. What a joke of a manager.

I will never come back to this establishment as this is hands-down the worst Chipotle location I've ever attended. This spot is poorly managed.

Employees are rude and don’t serve full portions. Asked for double protein, I was served a half scoop twice so I asked if I could have a little more since the top was half covered. Employee rudely mimicked me saying it was two scoops and that’s their serving. Paying almost 20$ for a bowl half full is ridiculous.
