Ordered twice the spinach and feta cheese bread. Very well made - tasty and hot off the oven. I highly recommend this location. We were in town for more than 10 days and finding it difficult to find good options/restaurants to eat at. Domino’s was one of the places we visited more than once.

We treat ourselves to pizza once a month and it is ALWAYS Domino's delivered to our home. Our order has NEVER been incorrect, has always been hot and has always been within the time they promised delivery. OK, they did forget to give us napkins one time...

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always had excellent service. Staff is always friendly, inside the facility is always clean and they’ve always made our orders in a timely manner. Of all the times we’ve ordered from them I think I’ve only had one issue here awhile back with getting an order wrong but they were very prompt and eager to make things right with me. Great place to do business with for sure!! 🍕

We went here to pick up supper after the parade. The meal was for my daughter and her family. The staff were efficient and very froendly.

I went to lil Cesars for the ump-teenth time and asked them, "what y'all got hot and ready"...and for the ump-teenth time they said "NUTHIN"!!! How long before you will get HOT AND READY?!?...30 MINUTES OR MORE!!! They need a lil blue pill for pizza cuz my old man can get hot and ready quicker than that and he old!!! SOooo...I called Domino's and they had a special that wasn't just a better pizza but a better price as well!!! I drove from Lil Caesars to Dominoes and only had to wait about 3 minutes more for it to come straight out the oven fresh and hand tossed!!! The people were courteous and efficient and in less time with change in my pocket I am currently satisfied, fat full, and lettin' y'all know that DOMINOES PIZZA IN MARSHALL, TEXAS IS WHATS UP!!!! ...just sayin'...

It’s dominos these guys were great even under pressure with a few people calling out right before their shift they were able to still get everyone what they needed even though it was the dinner rush. Also they cut the pizza all the way through. You would be surprised how difficult that is for some stores. Well make sure you use the app to get the coupons that make it affordable to actually get pizza.

Looking for pizza that's not pouring and soaked in grease? Here's your best choice! Pizza is made exact to order, isn't stingy on the additives (ham, chicken, pepperoni, or any of the veggies either), has a selection of choices for sauces, offers more than a 2 or 3 different side orders, and has other items to choose from if pizza isn't what you're in the mood for as well. The employees and manager there are 100% on point for customer service too! It's nice to walk into an establishment where the employees are not only happy to be there, but also all greet you when you walk into the store. So; if you're new to Marshall and looking for somewhere that has really good pizza and for a fair price, check out Domino's. You won't be disappointed. This store is limited to only having 3 options: you can walk in to pickup and pay, go through their drive-thru, or if you happen to be within the delivery service area, they can deliver your items ASAP.

It was so delicious our Alfredo sauce with chicken some banana peppers, pineapple, jalapeno and loaded with cheese. Plus the Mango Jabanero Chicken Wings. Oh yeah. They did a fantastic excellent pizza and Wings at Domino's pizza! Awesome yummy.

I used online e ordering and so much easier. If you call you will he kept on hold to long, I’ve been hung up before! I recommend order online definitely!!!

It isn't bad pizza, but when you order with extra cheese, I don't think you should be able to see the sauce and crust around the center of the pizza.

I ordered online but had to give them a call. The lady over the phone was super kind. The delivery driver was awesome and good manners. The pizza was super greasy and had a dark orange color to it, not use to see the pizza look like that so I am praying its safe to eat 😩

The food was okay but I had to wait forever to get it and when I finally did and paid the delivery driver $10 for bringing it to miles they called me and told me I didn't pay my bill I told them they needed to get on the camera and look again seems like they need to get a little better at the window other than that I guess okay

It's not a bad place to go. Have had some really good experiences and some not so great. Mainly not getting all the sauces we ordered. We just order carryout and check our food before we leave in case of any issues. They tend to stay polite about any errors.

I was disappointed at my last visit. I was told that my pizzas would be ready in about 22 minutes and then I returned and it wasn't ready. I do understand it was a large order I am only trying to say don't tell me it will be ready in so many minutes and then it not be.

Had not needed laundromat in decades..but washer out and I tried it. Shocked at cost for a load..4 loads 10$ Facility well lighted and sparkling clean. But no rest room available.. So blessed my washer repair this week.

Dough was old. Worked at Dominos a while back elsewhere and I know what soured dough taste like. Plus they didn't properly split the toppings like instructed. Three stars because the only thing made correctly was the sandwich, which was amazing.

This is our favorite place to order carryout pizza. We get free pizzas after so many purchases. This time I waited in the drive thru for 5-6 minites before someone offered me service. I watched the workers walk pass the window several times . I ordered online so the app told me that my order was ready for pick up prior to my arrival.

This is my 2nd time experiencing this. I ordered online and my tracking says that my order is ready so I rush to the store only to find out that my order is still in the oven. Will dominoes please fix this because I feel that I should be rewarded for my patience.

The wait time on Friday was long, the location of this particular Domino's Pizza causes the drive thru line to be in the street. They are a little short on the toppings but overall the taste was good.

My husband and I order domino's pretty regularly and we hardly ever have an issue but the last two time we had a problem we talked to a man on the phone and he was extremely rude. Tonight we had an issue with the marinara cheese dip we ordered, it appears that someone accidentally poured Alfredo in the marinara instead of cheese, which taste awful in case you're curious. We tried calling twice to get it corrected and the phone rang for a while before someone answered and the same rude man from last time answered and was again very rude and asked us to hold, left us on hold for five minutes. I just wanted the right sauce man. Other than that the rest of our order was great.

Worst experience ever at a Domino’s pizza location. When I walked in to pick up my pizza, the order status in application stated ready and when I attempted the drive through ....the person told me it was still in the oven. She then asked me to wait and they will bring it out to me which it did not happen. I had to walk in to get it.

Recently, I got 2 pizzas through delivery. Neither pizza had pizza sauce!! Just cheese an a few toppings..I'm not impressed..if I wanted cheese bread I would have ordered it!! Plus you pay alot with taxes, extra fee an then a tip.. and then be dissatisfied..I'm not going to get pizza from there again!

Ordered pizza and wings for carryout, the tracker on website said it was ready 5 minutes later. I called because I didnt want to get there and have to wait if it wasn't really ready. After being on hold for 5 minutes they told me it wasn't ready, give them another 15 minutes. What is the point of having the tracker if they just click through it on their end? Pizza was good though. Wings are trash.

Ordered on line with the app 20 min prior to getting off work. App shows pizza is ready. Get to location and wait 5 to 10 min on drive through customers, get to the window, sign my credit card receipt, was informed pizza will be ready shortly. (App lied saying it was ready). 4 min later handed my pizza to me. Great pizza the app lies saying it is ready

I ordered online from my house that is 30 min. from the store and it's been over 20 minutes of sitting in line at the pick-up window . What ever happened to get it in thirty minutes or it's free ... I hope my pizza is at lease warm for the 30 min . Drive back home .. angry 😠 😡.

Probably the worst dominos in Texas. Every time I do a phone order i’m always having to stay on the line for 10 minutes or more. They take forever to answer the phone and service is very slow.

Order was delivered over an hour and a half after order was placed. Pizza and stuffed bread arrived cold and pizza looked like it was messed with or just not properly prepared. The only food item that arrived hot was the pasta and that's because it was in a foil bowl to keep it hot.

Ordered online before going to work. I told the employee that I thought I ordered a large, she said no, so I left because I was running late. Got to work and checked my order. It was the wrong size and not what I ordered. That's definitely not a 14" Extravaganza.

I ordered online at 4:45pm. It is now 5:20 pm and it just went in the oven. I been waiting in the parking lot for 1/2 hour.

I ordered from this establishment for delivery. They ran my card and than called me back and told me they couldn't deliver to a marshall address and told me it would be 4 to 7 business days to refund my money for the pizza. Then it would be two days before I could speak to a store manager.

Literally the WORST pizza place in Marshall! I ordered a pizza @ 10:30 and here it is about to be 12:30 and not even a in the oven update and they refuse to answer the phone. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

The dominos app couldn't process payment because they had a problem. The app gave a button to call the local store so they could process the payment. The staff said they didn't know how to do it. And said they couldn't honor the coupons. I hate stupidity and ineptitude. Compete lack of ability, dedication, and commitment.

Dominos Delivery drivers are so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and lack training. Dominos Parking is awful. I tried Pizza Hut and it was delicious and Pizza Hut has great customer service. Pizza Hut has great online offers and deals. Pizza Hut has easy online ordering. Even when I call in a phone order Pizza Hut does not leave you on hold like Dominos.

Placed an order for pick up and was told it would be 30-40 minute wait. Get to the store after 35minutes and was told it would be and additional 30+ minute wait because they had not even started on my order. It should not take over an hour to get pizza!

Ordered a pizza over the phone for pick up, got there 25 min later and they couldn't find my order in the system. And kept asking me my name and phone number and if I was sure I called the right one very rudely. I showed my call log to them and I called the right place! So then they said they found it, but they actually just went and started making the pizza. So I sat there for more than 30 more min waiting....

Undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever atttempted to eat. Have it to the dog. Expensive dog food plus i have to get something to eat now. Tasted like it had a gallon on sauce on a barely heated crust. Absolutely terrible. Hope i dont getbsick bc there is no way this thing got baked hot enough. 🤢

I ordered a chicken habanero sanwich and I was very dissapointed I opened it only to find it only had two very small pieces of chicken . I called the manager just to let him know how dissapointed I was and he asked to send him a picture of the sandwich but gave me the wrong cAll back number. Ordered 28.oo worth of food, took 49 minutes, they are 2.5 minutes away. I will not order again. The tracker on line does not work, it is just a timer, don't fall for it!! Even text msgs are on a timer! There is no real service left in any business. The only time if ever I will order again is if Michael is on, the others could care less. Driver finally arrives and announces he has pizza, Jesse, come on, you upset my wife since we had already waited the time. You had the correct order. Glad I did not include a tip this time, I had 5 dollars waiting to give to the driver, HE did not get a tip. Tip IE> to insure promptness. Very sad what this country has become and once good business's have become.

Horrible, lazy, incompetent service. I waited over an hour, when it listed as delivered, and was charged to my card, I called. I was then told that due to the recent tornado knocking out my porch light, that I was ineligible to receive delivery, and that I needed to come pick up my hour old pizza. This was not stated anywhere. It is now to late to go anywhere else, so thanks to this lazy staff, I am stuck with ramen. I have ordered from pizza-hut many times, and have never had an issue. Will never be using dominoes again. I haven't been so peeved in a very long time.

THIS STORE IS AWFUL! Every time we order from here we have an issue but we continue to order because pizza hut wont come to Wiley....but honestly this store sucks they usually forget something off of my order then get an attitude when we ask them to fix it. This place should be closed... I have never went to a pizzas place where they have delivery and carry out but they don’t take call in orders... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE...Me and my family went to this place to eat at 10:30pm, we went thru the drive thru and the drive thru guy says that they aren’t taking any orders at the drive thru window , this is strange when I just saw you hand the car in front of me a pizza? He goes on to say that we are not taking any orders at the window you can only do “on-line” order because they were to busy. There was no one in the store as you can see on the pictures and workers pretending to be working when I pulled out my camera . Who do you have to be to order pizza around here. I have been to this location on several occasions and it seems to get worse every-time I go. Why is there a Dominos here if they won’t do there job

Completely unprofessional store. Nancy Martinez voids orders with no warning, calls using a private cell “google number” service so that missed calls cannot be returned. Has her employees hang up the phone multiple times on customers, and speaks rudely and argues. The general attitude is cannot be bothered. I have never experienced this much hassle or confusion just to find how WHAT even happened with my order. Add injury to insult; I have to wait a full week for my money to be refunded “maybe” according to her words. Not someone I’d want representing my company if I were Dominos. This after previous orders being ice cold and drivers leaving tire tracks in my grass has totally turned me away. If in Marshall Pizza Hut or Little Caesar’s is the only way to go.

Love their pizza on the rare occasion your order is done correctly and you do not mind waiting at their drive through window for 10 minutes while every employee walks by and makes eye contact with you before asking why you are there and then wait another 20 min while your pizza finishes cooking

My pizza was cold by the time it got here. Was not crispy thin pizza it was floppy, thin pizza! Tasted like left overs warmed up. I called to talk to a manager and got hung up on instead.

My GF had a pizza delivered the other day and the delivery driver was absolutely rude beyond belief. He pulled in driving his newish looking white car so fast he almost crashed into my wife's car. He was very rude when he delivered the pizza basically shoved it in her hands. My GF asked him to please not drive like that if he ever delivered here again. He stood there with his beat red ears and scraggly beard and cussed her out. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous all the way around. I hope this guy gets himself fired but as for me I'll never have Domino's from Marshall TX again

Waiting on hold to schedule a delivery for 50 minutes now. Unable to do so on their app. It says they are short staffed. That's just a poor excuse at this point. Finally hung up and called back 6 times. Someone finally came on the phone and spoke so fast saying that I needed to hold. Tried to tell her that I had already held for 50 minutes and before I could get that out she puts me on hold. Mind you this isn't during a busy time for the business unless they don't staff their business at 3pm on a weekday. Wonder if the franchise owner knows or cares?

ordered a large pizza & bread bites at 5:30 leaving from longview & it wasn’t ready until 6:45. also had multiple people walk by the drive thru window looking at me for 10 minutes until one stopped to ask if i’ve been helped yet. got home & they gave us wings instead of bread bites. tried to call to get a refund or something & was on hold for 10+ minutes so i hung up & called again to get someone ask if i could hold & when i said sure they hung up. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at dominos. And this was with the free pizza from the last time they messed up. They started prepping at 5:50. After an hour it was still prepping so I called. They ran out of Alfredo for my pasta and so they decided not to make my order at all. She said she called. I have no record of her calling me. I didn’t want marinara so I asked her to take it off the order. They start actually making my food at 7p. My food gets done at 7:40 and the driver leaves a few minutes later. At 8:15 I called the store to ask what was taking so long and he said they had a “hangup” at a previous stop which was across town. I guess they don’t care about you as a customer. When an order is delayed for an hour already, that should be the first place you stop at. Could not offer me a refund or any reparations except I could call on Wednesday and ask the general manager for a refund. I don’t have a free schedule and that doesn’t fix my problem. At 8:25 the driver finally shows up and asks me to pay. I paid ahead of time with my card and told him as such and went inside to eat. I saw the horrible state of the pizza. Cold, dried out, and the thinnest hand tossed I’ve ever seen. A few minutes later he knocks on the door to ask for money because the girl I spoke with earlier refunded the entire amount without telling me. The food was in horrible condition and I don’t have cash so I had to return the food. Tristan was the manager in charge who decided against making it right when I told him the circumstances. Not good for business to refuse to remake the order or give a refund when they mess up. I would have NEVER ordered if I knew I was going to receive such awful service. I tried giving them a second chance after the last time where my food was late and cold.

Got the ultimate hit bundle last night had pre ordered my food just to sit in line for 30 mins. They forgot to give me my food so I had to go back into the drive thru line and they gave me what looked like hours old pizza that was burnt. Wednesday Last Week 3pm in Marshall, Tx I ordered my take out through their online service and I watched the tracker so I can be alerted when my pizza arrived. I ordered around 3:00pm shift. And I seen on the tracker that the captain was checking quality of the food. It Gives you an option to send the employees nice and kind gestures, and I said thanks for making my lunch. After, 5mins of watching it changed to being immediately cancelled and also to call the store to see why. I called the store, and the driver answered saying he tried calling me mind you, I just was tracking my pizza order online, so I can see everything on my phone, he lied saying he attempted to deliver my order but asked me if I wanted to speak to his manger? So that lets me know right away that he never left the store at all. 2. His manger gets on the phone already being rude. Saying she called me 7x. Which I did not get. I kept telling her that I didn’t recieve any phone calls. Then I asked her what number did she call? She gave the wrong number, and after telling her the correct number on the order, she still said she called 3-4x no answer. And I kept telling her that I was online tracking my pizza on dominos website the whole time, and she kept yelling at me threatening me to hang up cause she did not want me to talk, she kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. I told her customers are always right and she said no their not your wrong . And I don’t appreciate the racism from discriminating to deliver my pizza just cause of an area I stay in . Someone delivered me to before no problem.. but around 3pm it was a problem. These people just wanted to keep my pizza order, and didn’t want to deliver my order cause they already knew the location I was in based on my address on file. And I also, was gonna tip the driver 5$ but they never attempted the delivery. Then last thing manger says being smart, well your order is ready if you still want to pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn’t have put my order for delivery.

My pizza was delivered missing ordered toppings. After spending 15 minutes on hold and then speaking to a csr that was “new” and was unable to resolve the situation I was finally able to speak to Linda the manager . She said she would fix the pizza and have it delivered in exchange for the wrong pizza . So an hour and a half after my original order I received the remade pizza. You can see in picture what it look like upon arrival. If google will allow me to post a pic. Pizzas are square or round not in Pieces as this one arrived. Also my original pizza had easy sauce and extra cheese and the remake did not. Never ordering from them again.

I always order online, that way I can ensure my order was correct. The wait time I can expect from a Pizza place, but when I get delivery, the food should still be somewhat warm. I don't expect much, but I still wind up disappointed . Every time I try to use a free pizza coupon I earned, it says "Sorry, one or more coupons you've selected are not available at this store. You can browse your store's coupons to find another one." This should be illegal and will be reported to the BBB
