This location has replaced humans with AI in the drive thru. As expected it was a bad experience as I ordered a number 6 but with steak chalupas. the AI decided to add steak to all items in the order charing me extra for each of the items I didn't want steak on. Luckily the humans (humans get a 5 star) that are left were able to quickly fix the issue. but still if I didn't care I could see how this AI is gonna nickle and dime more shareholder profits for taco bell shareholders. If Taco Bell wants to keep replacing employees with AI, then I'm a firm believer in removing any tax advantages for the business as this business is no longer providing the same benefits to the community it once did when it employed more of our community.

Skimpy portion size is the best way to eliminate the customer base. Maybe if they go 100% automated the quality will go up. I'm done with taco bell, I miss the taco bell of 20 years ago. Paying these workers more doesn't solve any of their problems.

The food is always good. The drive thru is a sham. To meet corporate drive thru window times, After handing the drinks, each and every time, staff makes me wait in the parking lot for my food. There are normally at least 2 people crowded around the drive thru window when it happens.

I need an order on the mobile app to pick up some burritos for lunch. I paid extra for onions 🧅 on two different burritos. When I got to the store they told me they didn't have any onions.. the cashier had no way to compensate me for the extra money I paid.. it really isn't about the money but how can you run a Taco Bell with no onions?? there is a grocery store literally right across the street but they laughed when I told them that they need to go over there, buy onions and start chopping onions for the other customers! Today it was customer NOservice at Taco Bell 🔔😞 I tried them again a few months later and I got a tiny burrito for $2.60.. Value here is terrible!!

I am deaf and I’m doing dash for pick customer’s foods up so I got very discriminated by workers since they refused to give me orders from drive thru, they forced me to went inside to pick customer’s foods up so I was very disappointed how workers treated me like animal, I wanted them to treat me like normal person. So I saw that they did serve foods and drinks to other person too and when I arrived at drive thru cause I knew mostly fast meals usually closed for doors so I just went to drive thru and this worker was shrug to me and was like come inside and I was like I’m deaf, you can give me foods and drinks to me please, he was like no, I’m sorry so I was like wow okay I am feel very disappointed when they refused to give it to me when I simply asked nicely too.

I was told to never return. At 4:21 on the 15th of December I placed an order through the taco bell app. At 1130 Arnold Dr., Martinez, CA 94553. Ordered 2 spicy potatoe tacos. Went in and stood at the counter. 3 minutes later someone offered to help me and I stated I had a mobile order and gave my name. They said they are working on it. 2 minutes later I took out my phone and took 2 photos. An employee came up to me and said " did you take my photo? I don't want my photo taken I'm gonna call the police. I said go ahead and call the police and at that time another person came up and they started talking Spanish to each other. That person then asked me what I'm doing and I explained that I do Google reviews and I take pictures for the review but didn't take his photo. I then said if he wants the police let's call them..the guy walked into his office and picked up the phone and the employee who wanted the police was there in front of me so I dialed 911. 911 Operator told me to go outside and wait for the police. Up to that point they never finished my order and several cars came and went and they gave an order to another person in there. I went outside until the officers arrived and told them the same story. They asked me what I wanted and I said a refund since i never got my food and the managers name. Cop went in and then out and said you can have your food or a refund and you are banned from ever coming back. They don't want to see you again and you need to contact taco bell for the managers name. I went in and got my money..said thank you and left. Would not recommend this taco bell....if you do go use drive through...they do not like helping people at the counter and they..all of them will talk Spanish to each other while looking at you...really professional.

Do not use their drive thru. They don't have a person taking orders anymore, just some computer. It didn't take my order correctly, and it wouldn't change it. Stop being cheap taco bell and hire an attendant. It's doesn't make it more convenient. Never going to Cheapo Bell again.

They have a new AI ordering system and I ordered my food 15-20 minutes ago, no word as of yet. Before I'd order with a love human at the speaker, then receive my food at the window less than 3 minutes later. Really disgusting of Taco Bell to try and cut labor costs like this. Nothing but shame upon the people in charge. Absolutely repulsive behavior. Edit: now there's 6 or 7 other new cars waiting for their food. Come on. Edit 2: 30 minutes and one of the cars that have been here finally got their food. I'm still waiting

Went in to the restaurant because drive thru was busy. Ordered right away, however I waited 15 minutes for 2 tacos. They focused solely on the drive thru. The guy that ordered his food after mine got his first. He had to wait to get someone's attention as he was missing some of his order. I had to get their attention for my cup once I got my food. The staff have a hard time keeping up. The is the 3rd time I had this problem. Martinez needs another Taco Bell so I don't have to use this one

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Bought from the app. 40 minutes ago. Got there in a line. They said pull ahead. Lady who screwed up my payment last time I was here told me to go park. I wait 25 minutes I see her come with an order then walk away saying “wrong order”. I’m confused like what just happened. I wait 10 more minutes. I finally go inside cuz I see about 10 people already go through the line roster and leave with their food plus people inside. What was the incentive to use the app? I almost decided to go through the line and re order to get it quicker than waiting for this one. they gave me a drink when I already was given a drink the first time I went to through. ALSO to sweeten the deal, they gave me no sauce. Just like the last time I was here. It was on my order too. And last time, I got asked in the mic, and at the window what sauce I wanted and they still skipped it.

What happened to Taco Bell? If I could take you in a time machine and go back to 1975 Taco Bell, you would not recognize it. The food was completely different and so much better. Why are the portions half the size now? It's now the McDonald's of Mexican food, And by that, I mean not good. This Taco Bell is not any different than any other Taco Bell. This is just a general review.
