Zula's Deli Sandwich

Hands down THE BEST sandwich in the area. The food here does not disappoint. The sandwiches are big, very fresh and so nicely prepared. They offer a large selection of bread choices and all their meats are fresh never off a roll and in some cases roasted. The Giant, a favorite of mine, is a throwback to the Post thanksgiving Turkey sandwiches of your childhood packed with a generous portion of turkey, cranberry, avocado, bacon and cheese. One sandwich is big enough to spilt. Five stars all the way around.

I had the chicken teriyaki sandwich. It was delicious! Plenty of space to eat inside or outside. Would recommend!

Incredible sandwiches. No breadwiches here- real, quality meats and great portions of them complimented by fresh bread, veggies and spreads. It is the go to sandwich place in the area, hands down. Zula’s is a purely family-run operation that moved to their current location from Market and Main. They rock! The “Avo-I-Am” is just an incredible sandwich. Give Zula’s a try and feel free to put them up against them to any other sandwich in town… there is no comparison. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!

Zula’s Sandwiches in Martinez is an absolute gem. The sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and generously made — you can tell they use quality ingredients and actually care about what they serve. The bread is always on point, the meats are perfectly portioned, and every bite is packed with flavor. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even when they’re busy, which makes the experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or sitting down to enjoy it, Zula’s never disappoints. Easily one of the best sandwich spots in Martinez — highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back

The sandwiches were just okay. We tried their turkey and Reuben sandwiches. The corn-beef meat was particularly disappointing. We also ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the baby, but they toasted it without asking. It took a while for the three sandwiches to arrive. The service was friendly, with staff accommodating another customer. However, I wouldn’t recommend the food. I’d probably go to Subway instead.
