Awesome food. Chicken is really good! Fresh salad and avocados. Definitley will be back.
Great, great Peruvian food...a litte hidden but it never disappoints.
Talk about a hidden gem in Maspeth Queens! Andrea's chicken has really impressed me with it's fine cousine and great customer service. The chicken is the best I have tried compared to other many good ones here in Queens. Prices are reasonable and our server Diana was amazing. Peruvian restaurants can be found all over Queens but Andrea's really stands out for their taste and hospitality. We will be back soon!!!
I received a delivery. The food was delicious. I received everything I ordered.
Me and my husband found this place and they’re so good. We will come back again for sure.
Everything was absolutely delicious. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. Salad, rice and beans also very tasty. Staff super nice.
My husband and I visited Andrea's Chicken on Saturday morning while in the neighborhood, and we were the first ones when they opened. We had a great experience- the empanada dough had just been handmade, and were delicious. Our waitress, Diana, made some deliciously well balanced Margarita's, and the food was really fresh and tasty (we had the Andrea's half chicken with rice and beans as well as the fried rice with chicken). We are planning on visiting again.
Edit: came on a Sunday to try brunch and we were a little confused. So you don’t have to pay the $25 for the 90 minute bottomless drinks. You can just order the food with respective prices. For example the. Chaufa especial is $24. If you want the meal plus the bottomless drinks is it would be $49 plus tax. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. You must try their lunch specials and the sauce gives it a nice kick. It’s a hidden chicken treasure :) Enjoy!!!
I absolutely love this place. Great food. Reasonable prices for NYC. Great chicken, rice and beans and fries with yummy green sauce. Love their ceviche and sangria. Everything I've tried there has been delicious! Nice staff and atmosphere. Only thing is with kids, there are suggestive printings and some nudity in the paintings in the bathrooms.
The best tastiest steak in New York. This Peruvian food is Amazing Amazing! We ordered Bistec a lo Pobre which was so tender medium steak with madiros avacado slices and white rice beans and sunny side perfectly made eggs. The green sauce added a tiny bit of heat and it was so tasty. The waitresses Diana y Monica were so warm and friendly super attentive and humourous. and on point. The Desert Tres Leche was the best I have ever had! It was so so juicy and so good it was perfect. The Sangrias: The red sangria was so fresh Im telling you it was so fresh I think they picked the fruits right out of the trees in the back yard. The red and white sangria was the best in all New York I challange anyone to try it. Even the water was so good. Its served in a fancy bottle. Saratoga water (a fine year my brother joked). The ambiance was so cozy and beautiful with brick and and pretty soothing blue and music was playing Salsa and Peruvian greatest they played english music too. This place is a MUST.
I have been to many peruvian restaurants in Queens, but what has amazed me the most is that here you can eat really, really well, authentic Peruvian flavor. Chef Ruben, very kind and polite, patiently explained to us the fresh ingredients he uses to make each dish. As a Peruvian, I feel proud to know that at Andrea I can taste an excellent Señor Ceviche, a lomo saltado and tallarines a la huancaina. The waitresses are very nice and helpful. Recommended.👏👏👏 P.S. They have good lunch menu Monday through Friday
The Can be ault and kids and family and teenagers are and people try the food I got is very yummy and delicious and fresh and And this place have music and Nice pictures wall of art painting the food call it rice and bean and orange rice and big chicken the other food veges the drink called Chicha morada the have water and other type of food in the this Peruvian restaurant and this restaurant is very good and healthy
What a wonderful surprise this place is wonderfully decorated from the glassware to the walls, no details were forgotten even the bathroom looks great. Now the food, we had apps that were like full meals. The leche de trigueros was my favorite but everything was tasty and authentic. Don’t forget to try their pisco sour with that tangy but sweet chicha morada flavor!
Overpriced. $250 later😬 I went to the Hamptons and paid $29 for a Filet Mignon dish in a restaurant with a beautiful ocean view. Andrea’s was $38. This is juts to start.
I do not recommend Andrea’s Kitchen. I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, but after my most recent experience, I’ll never be ordering from them again. They charged me $40 for a New York steak with fries—a dish that’s not even listed on their online menu. The steak was small, not worth anything close to $40. On top of that, I paid $15 for a chupe de camarones that came in a tiny container—the same size you’d get for a $5 soup at any other restaurant. When I called to ask about the price difference, the person on the phone told me, “Everything is super expensive now,” as if that justified charging more than what’s shown online. There was no warning about these higher prices beforehand. In total, I paid $61 for a small steak and a small soup. I truly feel scammed and extremely disappointed with the customer service. Don’t just take my word for it, go see for yourself if a tiny steak and a small cup of soup are worth that kind of money. I’ve supported Andrea’s Kitchen for over 5 years, but this experience completely changed my opinion. I won’t be back. Answer: I took the time to leave a review and it’s clear that it wasn’t read or properly addressed. There is no steak listed on your online menu for $40, which makes your current in-store pricing misleading and a form of false advertising. If you are changing your menu or adjusting prices, it’s your responsibility as a business to keep your online listings updated. Outdated information reflects poorly on your management, customer service, and overall transparency. Trying to justify the discrepancy does not excuse the issue. It’s simply the wrong way to run a business, and customers deserve clear, honest communication; especially when it comes to pricing. The shrimp soup is clearly advertised on your menu as $19.99, with no mention of different size options. Now you’re saying it’s $22? That alone proves my point: you’re misleading customers with incorrect pricing. You can’t expect customers not to raise concerns when your advertised prices don’t match what you’re actually charging. This kind of inconsistency reflects poor communication and misleading business practices. I have been a loyal customer for some time, which is why I felt confident placing an order over the phone without confirming the price or checking the receipt at pickup. The waitress never mentioned the prices over the phone when I was placing the order. However, upon arriving home and opening my order ; which consisted of a small container of soup, a small steak, and a side of French fries, I was shocked to discover I had been charged $40 dollars just for the steak with a side of French fries. This pricing felt excessive, especially considering the portion size. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. The waiter did not provide a price when I placed the order, and there was no indication that prices had changed. I later called to express my concern and was simply told that “everything is expensive.” While I understand that costs have gone up, the way this was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. If prices are being changed, they should be reflected accurately on your website and clearly communicated at the time of order. Failing to do so not only misleads customers but also borders on false advertising. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary adjustments to avoid future misunderstandings.
We came for this restaurant because we saw the review was 4.3 out of 5. But the food was bad, the price was high too. I asked medium for the beef, but they gave me well done. We waited there more than 40 mins to get food done, and only my friend and me in the restaurant. Also, they added the tips to check already, and asked for more tips. Very disappointed and never go again!
